He even began to touch the scripture and cried, "Every word of this scripture is heart-wrenching, every sentence is the scene of Father God in those days!"

If the Sinful Skull had not been absorbed by the Mountain Treasure, there would be no Qici today.
The host was also helpless. He knew that this might be extraordinary.
But I didn't expect these monks to be so crazy.
It's not like he hadn't read the "Repentance Sutra" that was related to this.
The content is indeed very good, and can be regarded as a masterpiece by a famous author.
But it’s not so exciting that people would feel as if they saw the Buddha appear on earth after hearing it.
As a last resort, the abbot found Qieci and asked him to come out and meet these crazy monks.
I am not a heartless person, I also know that the person who tied the bell must be the one to untie it.
Naturally, these former Brahma priests need to resolve their own knots.
Qieci did not reveal his identity directly, but after meeting these monks, he received them as an ordinary monk.
There was no trace of arrogance or contempt in his behavior. He just nodded slightly and motioned the priests to sit down.
Afterwards, Qieci also stopped talking about the past and only used Buddhist teachings to enlighten others.
No matter how the priests tried to test or ask, they always gave him a clue.
Some monks asked: "Master, although Brahma Buddhism had its past and was glorious, why has it fallen to such a state now?"
Without thinking, Qie said, "Flowers that have bloomed will eventually wither, and leaves that have fallen will usher in spring. Rise and fall are all in the cycle of cause and effect."
Another monk asked anxiously: "How can Brahma be freed from the sins he had in the past?"
Qieci put his hands together and said slowly: "Sins arise from the heart, so confess with the heart. When the heart is extinguished, the sins will also be extinguished. When the heart is extinguished and the sins are extinguished, both are empty. This is called true liberation."
Faced with various temptations and inquiries from these monks, Qieci remained calm and composed.
At this moment, one of the monks with a faded tiger wrapped around his neck could not help it.
This colorful tiger represents its role as a pioneer in protecting the Buddhist religion in the past.
The monk suddenly fell to the ground and began to shout, "Father God, have mercy on me!"
This shout broke the original tranquility in the Zen room.
The other priests were also startled, with different expressions on their faces.
There was surprise, confusion, and a hint of anticipation.
Qieci was unmoved, he just shook his head and said: "There is no Xinrao here, only Qieci."
The monk gnashed his teeth and asked:
"I would like to ask Brother Qieci, I often dream of a tiger swallowing the moon and blood clouds covering the sky... I have recited the sutras a thousand times, but I still cannot be liberated."
Qieci picked up a dead leaf and said, "Look at this fallen leaf, can you still recognize its appearance in spring?"
The monk was stunned and replied, "Of course I don't recognize him."
Qi said: "Since you know that the spring leaves are dead, why do you cling to the dead branches and cry to the autumn wind?"
The monk suddenly quoted the content of the "Repentance Sutra" and said: "But this sutra says that sin is like a carbuncle attached to the bone..."
Qieci picked up a piece of bamboo and lightly touched the water. The ripples instantly shattered the reflection of the setting sun:
"Donor, is the Golden Crow in the water the real sun?"
The monk could not help but reply: "It is an illusion."
Qieci threw the bamboo in his hand into the pond and said: "Since you know it is an illusion, why try to fish it out?"
The monk suddenly knelt down, revealing the old scar on his back and said, "But we have committed the sin of killing with our own hands!"
At this moment, Qie took off the cloth bag from his waist and poured out a handful of incense ash: "In the temple, incense is burned every day to worship Buddha. Where does the incense ash go?"
The monk raised his head, looked at the incense ashes in Qieci's hand, and said in amazement: "...scattered in heaven and earth."
Qi here holds the ashes into a ball, and then lets them fly away: "Yesterday's ashes will not prevent the burning of new incense today."
At this time, the monk also stood up.
His devotion to Xinrao was even greater than his devotion to Buddha today.
But at this moment he also knew that the past was past, and Xin Rao as the Father God would no longer exist.
He sighed, then clasped his fists and said to Qi: "Thank you, Master, for your help."
The old priest who was in the lead also sighed: "The master's insights really solved our confusion."
After saying this, Qieci raised his hand.
His fingers moved slightly, and a faint light flashed. The light touched the foreheads of many monks, and their eyes gradually became blurred.
Qieci looked at the priest, closed his eyes and chanted softly: "All phenomena are like dreams and bubbles."
After a while, the confusion in the eyes of the monks gradually faded away.
They stood up and bowed to Qieci: "Thank you, Master, for clearing up our doubts."
Qi Ci nodded slightly and said softly, "Leave."
Soon, all the monks who had gathered in the Foyin Temple left.
Only Qieci was left in the Zen room to continue annotating the scriptures and meditating.
Day after day, year after year, he immersed himself in commenting on the scriptures and meditating on Zen.
During these ten years, Qieci wrote twelve volumes of new sutras, such as "The Sutra of the Maitreya's Descent to the Pure Land and the Repentance of His Karmas".
He lived in a corner of the Sutra Repository, accompanied by a green lamp and ancient scrolls, and his desk was piled with all kinds of scriptures and books.

But the Brahma priests of the past are rarely seen.

He engraved the old abbot's Buddhist name and life stories on the tombstone.

They seemed to have become accustomed to the separation of life and death in the temple, or perhaps they were not close to the old abbot.
They just performed some simple memorial ceremonies as usual, and then went about their own business.
In such an atmosphere, Huiming, the new host, seems particularly different.
He was the disciple of the old host, and now he finally took the position of host, his heart was full of joy and pride.
His face was filled with an unconcealable smile, and his eyes revealed a desire for power and control.
He felt that he could finally realize his ambitions and manage the Foyin Temple according to his own wishes.
The first thing Huiming did after taking office was to start his plan under the pretext of "renovating the main hall".

Qi Ci also did not want the Foyin Temple, which was built by the old abbot himself, to end up like this and become a place of filth and corruption.
He took the initiative to go and find Huiming.
He could not sit idly by when he saw the seizure of farmland and the making of money in the name of Buddhism.
Qieci realized that if he did not stop it, the reputation of Foyin Temple would be ruined.
Today, Qieci has already become a high monk.
Over the years, he devoted himself to practicing, studying Buddhism, writing scriptures, using Buddhism to save all living beings and resolving the suffering and confusion of countless people.
His reputation has surpassed that of the old host by thousands of times.
The scriptures he wrote, such as the "Sutra on Repentance of Karma", are regarded as the guiding principle by many practitioners and are studied and understood repeatedly.
Huiming naturally had great respect for such an eminent monk.

He respectfully invited Qieci to take a seat, his words full of respect.

Their faces were full of drunkenness, their eyes were blurry, and they began to discuss loudly:
"It's good that the old monk died!"
"If we don't die, how can we make money?"
"That's right! Isn't the reason we become monks to make money?"
"That old monk has been blocking our path to wealth for many years. It's a good thing that he's dead now!"
At this point, Huiming patted the copper box beside him.
He opened it wide, and inside was a box full of gold bars.
Huiming laughed loudly and slammed the wine jug heavily on the table.
Then he reached out and grabbed a gold bar and started playing with it in his hands.
Huiming shook the gold bar in his hand and muttered to himself,
With a look of disdain on his face, he said with a drunken smile:
