They wore robes and held Buddhist beads, and on the surface they looked no different from the monks.

Afterwards, these Asuras disguised as monks left the sea of ​​blood and sneaked into the human world.

They began to spread the so-called "Ashura Buddhism" in every corner of the world. Their words were extremely deceptive, exaggerating the doctrine full of evil and sin.

They preached to the believers that as long as they believed in "Shura Buddhism" devoutly,
And by sacrificing one's own flesh and blood, one can obtain supreme blessings and liberation.

Some ignorant believers were deceived by their sweet words and really believed these fallacies.

They cut off their own flesh and blood without hesitation and offered them to these monks.

The face of Dipankara Buddha suddenly became solemn, and he sighed slightly: "The disaster that I predicted in the past has finally come."

"Everyone, listen to me..."

At this time, Negash, who was far away in the sea of ​​blood, was surrounded by a sinful aura that was so thick that it was almost tangible.
With his order, the entire Asura clan rushed out of the underworld in a mighty manner.

It was at Negash's call that the sea of ​​blood flowed back into the human world.

Wherever the sea of ​​blood passed, the land was instantly dyed a terrifying blood red.

After the living creatures came into contact with the blood that carried endless sins, their bodies began to twist and deform.

Their eyes became empty and their skin gradually lost its color.
The breath of life quickly disappeared, and they turned into zombies, wandering aimlessly in the sea of ​​blood.

The Buddhist world sensed the huge crisis in the human world and responded immediately.

However, Negash was not afraid at all.

The blood filled with strong sins can easily contaminate their magical instruments.

This means that even if all the Buddhas came together, they would be unable to do anything to Negash.

Just when the Buddhist world was in trouble, Dipankara Buddha finally took action.

Negash felt the power of Dipamkara Buddha and was also terrified.
He tried to resist, but in the face of the powerful force of Dipamkara Buddha, his resistance seemed so powerless.

But Negash did not die, after all, he was bound to the blood river.
As long as the blood river is not extinguished, he will not die!

Finally, Dipamkara Buddha sealed it at the foot of Lingshan Mountain with the "Additional Long-Bright Lamp Array".

The heavy pressure made Negash unable to move at all.

The Asura clan, having lost their leader, suddenly fell into chaos.

After struggling in the sea of ​​blood for a while, they had no choice but to retreat back into it.

Although Negash had been suppressed at the foot of Lingshan Mountain, he had previously devoured part of the Buddhist kingdom's fortune.

This gave him the characteristics of immortality and indestructibility, and even Dipamkara Buddha could not kill him.

The Buddhist world was also plunged into a long and arduous battle.

After all, there are too many Asura warriors, and they are too powerful.

The Asura warriors continue to wreak havoc on the human world just to rescue Negash.

At this moment, Dipamkara Buddha had been in meditation for a thousand years, and no one in the Buddhist world could stop these Asura warriors.

Unexpectedly, after experiencing countless devourings, the sea of ​​blood underwent some strange changes.

These resentments continued to accumulate and merge in the core of the sea of ​​blood, and eventually condensed into a "red lotus of evil fire".

And in the heart of the lotus, a new consciousness is slowly taking shape.

As the red lotus bloomed, a blurry blood shadow slowly walked out from the heart of the lotus.

This is the magical power of Negash, to regenerate himself from the sea of ​​blood!
With the appearance of Negash in the form of "Red Lotus of Evil Fire", the catastrophe officially began.

Those Buddhas in the heavens seemed so small and fragile in front of Negash.

Negash devoured the Buddhas of the heavens with ease, absorbing all their power and life.

Negash's body gradually became more solid as it devoured, and its power became stronger and stronger.

Even Negash said: "If the future Buddha cannot save all sins, I will become the calamity for him."

At the same time, at the bottom of the sea of ​​blood, the skeleton that was once suppressed by Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva was undergoing amazing changes.

Flesh and blood gradually grew on the originally dry bones.

The flesh and blood covered the white bones bit by bit like vines.

As time passed, the face of the corpse gradually became clear.

No one knew how many years had passed before Dipamkara Buddha opened his eyes from his meditation.

He had foreseen that the Buddhist world had reached a critical moment of life and death.
If decisive measures are not taken, we will face a catastrophic disaster.

So he summoned all the Buddhas to Mount Lingshan.

Dipamkara Buddha stood on the high platform, his eyes slowly sweeping over the Buddhas:

"Now the disaster of the blood sea is getting worse and worse, the red lotus of sin has been born, and the Buddhist world is in danger."

"Only by restarting the 'Eternal Light of Zeng Yi' can we completely purify the sea of ​​blood and eliminate this great threat."

When the Buddhas heard this, they all frowned slightly and looked solemn.

Dipamkara Buddha continued, "However, to restart the 'Eternal Light', we need the Buddha's golden body as fuel to make it work."

"Although this plan can purify the sea of ​​blood, it also means that we have to make a huge sacrifice for it."

As soon as these words were spoken, the entire Lingshan Mountain fell into silence.

Every Buddha was weighing the pros and cons in his heart, and they knew very well that what Dipamkara Buddha said was true.

But this is easier said than done at the cost of the Buddha's golden body.

That golden body is not only a symbol of the Buddha's practice achievements, but also the crystallization of countless years of practice.

After an unknown amount of time, an elderly Buddha took a slow step forward:
"For the sake of the peace of all living beings and the future of the Buddhist world, I am willing to burn my golden body."

Then, another Buddha stood up:

"I am also willing to do my part for the Buddhist world."

Following the lead of these two Buddhas, more and more Buddhas expressed their willingness to contribute their golden bodies.

The Buddhas reached a consensus and decided to restart the "Increase One Everlasting Lamp".
