Chapter 1368 Setting Sail on a Meteor

Chapter 1368 Setting Sail on a Meteor
"Commander, we've been working on unlocking the genetic code of the Pudorads for almost three thousand years, but none of the Pudorads we've raised have produced any genius scientists. I'm starting to believe that theory now," a young-looking scientist said to Yue Yuan, who was sitting in front of him, on the Lyra.

He is one of the genius scientists in human civilization who can understand his own unique technology, Long Xinglv.

As a top scientist, he frequently interacted with Yue Yuan and had long known that Yue Yuan was still, in effect, the supreme leader of human civilization. Similarly, he knew that Yue Yuan was a lonely old man who had lived for countless years.

"Where are the Soft Star people?" Yue Yuan picked up the unidentified green liquid and sipped it. It was a kind of leaf collected from an unknown planet, which had been modified into something similar to tea. It tasted mellow and was an indispensable beverage in human daily life.

“They are even more despicable. Now many civilizations suspect that the Soft Star people are not actually the species that created the space folding technology, but rather their sub-species, or even an experimental race that was created.” Long Xinglv said, picking up his cup as well. However, he found a small sip not enough and gulped down several large mouthfuls.

Setting down his cup, Long Xinglv continued, "Those civilizations are probably very disappointed, but they still haven't given up their research. The Silver Heart Civilization once proposed putting all the Podoradians together, but no civilization agreed."

Yue Yuan nodded; he knew about it.

The Galactic Heart civilization clearly wanted to try to gather the Podorads together and make them a nominal group, rather than having them divided among the six distinctive technological civilizations as they are now, in order to see if any genius scientists could emerge.

However, other civilizations were unwilling, and Yue Yuan could also understand the reasons. First, he felt that the race he controlled could produce genius scientists. Second, if a genius scientist was indeed born after they gathered together, whose would it be?

Those guys are now acting like they think, "If I don't have it, neither will you."

This is perhaps the drawback of an organization composed of multiple civilizations. If it were a single civilization, like the Galactic Heart civilization, it would probably have acquired the unique technologies of another civilization long ago.

The people most unhappy about this are probably the Awakeners and the Daya Civilization.

Because among the six distinctive technological civilizations, only these two lack a "teleportation" mobility method, they are naturally the most eager to acquire the distinctive technologies of the Pudorad civilization.

"What a pity," Yue Yuan sighed.

Dragon Star Brigade sighed, "Plundering the unique technologies of other civilizations isn't that easy. The Commander-in-Chief should know how long it took the Silver Heart Civilization!"

Yue Yuan knew, of course, that the other race of the Silver Heart Civilization was one they had cultivated from a lower level of civilization. It was said that the Silver Heart Civilization had cultivated them for tens of millions of years before mastering the unique technology of three-dimensional space travel.

The Great Voyage Organization has only recently acquired the Softstar and Podorad people. Even if they could truly recreate the glory of their ancestors, it would be difficult to achieve this in a short period of time.

If one knew the development history of the six distinctive technological civilizations, those civilizations wouldn't be so conflicted.

It took the Galactic Heart Civilization a long time to develop its own unique technologies, and the Awakeners became the overlords of the Triangulum Galaxy. Similarly, the Divine Matrix Civilization also languished for countless millennia.

That being said, regardless of any hesitation or doubt, the journey of the great voyage must continue.

Yue Yuan chatted with Long Xinglv for a while about the Soft Star People and the Pudorads, and learned about the maintenance of the Lyra. Then he returned to his office, turned on the outdoor mode, and stared blankly at the process of passing through the stargate.

This fleeting scene will continue for decades to come.

The current voyages of the various civilizations in the Great Voyage Organization are very much like traveling on a stream of light.

Another civilization also traveled on flowing light, but that was a long, long time ago.

It was an expeditionary force comprised of civilizations from the Milky Way galaxy. Judging from the style of their spaceships, one civilization's ships bore a striking resemblance to human designs. If humanity could see them, they would surely be gratified, for they were the kobolds that humanity had once trained.

Yes, the Great Dog Civilization and the Celestial Dog Civilization eventually met.

From their first encounter to their conflict, from their conflict to war, and finally from war to integration, the two civilizations, through a series of coincidences, eventually merged into one civilization: the Great Celestial Dog Civilization.

After that, they encountered the Niel civilization again, and because of human civilization, they were able to come together.

After a long period of time, the two civilizations finally decided to follow in the footsteps of their predecessors and embark on a great voyage. Unfortunately, when they set off on this voyage, neither of them had mastered any unique technologies.

But none of this could deter their ambition to embark on a long voyage.

With the blessing of countless years, the Great Celestial Dog Civilization successfully ascended to the ranks of Level 6 civilizations. In the days that followed, it encountered the Niel Civilization and became friends with the Adli and Nebula life forms.

The reason they left the Milky Way to embark on a long voyage without mastering any special technology was twofold: first, they wanted to follow in the footsteps of humanity, and second, they were two special life forms.

Adli successfully evolved into a Level 6 special life form. The nebula that humanity encountered back then has grown into a Level 6 life form over a long period of time.

Together with the Great Celestial Dog Civilization and the Nier Civilization, they formed the main body of the Great Voyage, along with some Level 6 civilizations, and embarked on their voyage.

However, they did not encounter the Andromeda meteor shower along the way, but only decided to set sail after the Andromeda meteor shower arrived.

Even so, they still gave their first voyage a name: Voyage on the Meteor Shower Sent by the God of Light.

In other words, the Great Celestial Dog Civilization started only 2.45 million years later than human civilization.

There are many other civilizations like the Great Celestial Dog Civilization that have been influenced by the Great Voyage Organization. They come from various galaxies, including the Milky Way, the Andromeda Galaxy, the Triangulum Galaxy, the Mafia Galaxy Group, and other places the Great Voyage has traversed.

Sooner or later, they all embarked on their long voyages.

It can be said that the Great Voyage is not only being carried out by the Galactic Great Voyage Organization, but also by civilizations in many star systems in the universe. They either choose the Boötes Hollow or other large voids that are relatively close to them.

If we truly had a God's-eye view of the entire tree-like structure of the universe, we would find that many large-scale voyages composed of civilizations are striving to sail, and most of them just pass each other by, with only a few organizations or civilizations actually meeting.

Among these expeditionary organizations, very few possess multiple distinctive technological civilizations like the Galactic Great Expeditionary Organization. The vast majority are organizations composed of Level 6 civilizations without distinctive technologies.

Some of them were lucky enough to successfully cross one galaxy after another, while others were unlucky, some perishing due to various natural disasters, and others being defeated and killed by powerful enemies.

Just like those expeditionary groups that came to the Milky Way and were wiped out by the Reapers.

Now, the Galactic Great Expedition Organization, which emerged from the Stargate, has encountered another seemingly powerful Great Expedition Organization.
