Chu Chengyi staggered against Guo Hao and shouted incoherently:

"I won't go back, I want to drink more..."

Guo Hao, holding his master with one hand and holding a knife with the other, kept persuading him in a gentle voice.

Occasionally, passers-by saw it and thought it was a drunken mess. They glanced at it and avoided it because they didn't want to get into trouble.

The master and the servant looked around cautiously while talking. When they found something, they whispered a few words, pretended to be drunk, and went into a secluded alley.

On the roof not far away, the masked man waited quietly for a while, but did not see the two people coming out. He climbed down from the roof and walked carefully into the alley.

After walking a distance, he suddenly felt someone beside him. He immediately used his Qinggong to escape from the other side. However, he did not run far before he was blocked by Guo Hao holding a knife:

"This road is blocked."

Hearing footsteps behind him, the masked man turned around and saw Chu Chengyi walking towards him without any sign of drunkenness:

"My guard said that someone was following me, so he wanted to test it out, and he actually found out who it was. I wonder why you are following me?"

The masked man looked at the two cautiously and snorted coldly:

"How did the young prince know that the person we were following was you?"

Chu Chengyi paused:
"You...you? Could it be...Guo Hao, hold him back! I'll go find my eldest and second brothers."

The masked man suddenly attacked right before he finished speaking, swinging his sword at Chu Chengyi. Chu Chengyi quickly retreated to avoid him, and seeing that Guo Hao had already started fighting with the masked man, he ran towards the alley where he came from without hesitation.

In order to avoid being recognized, he pulled out the dagger hidden in his boots, cut a piece of his clothes and tied it around his mouth and nose, and jumped onto the roof to take a shortcut, but found that two masked men had been waiting for a long time. Seeing Chu Chengyi, the two masked men stood up and drew their swords without saying a word to confront him.

Chu Chengyi was worried about his brother's safety, and his tone was no longer as lazy as before:

"My two heroes, why are you in trouble? Is it for money or for the Lord?"

The masked man did not respond, but swung his sword forward. After a few moves, Chu Chengyi saw that the two men were good at martial arts. He was anxious and did not want to fight. After using fierce moves to force the two men back, he wanted to leave in another direction.

As soon as he turned around, a handful of medicinal powder came towards him. Chu Chengyi was unable to dodge. Although he quickly held his breath, he still couldn't resist the effect of the medicine. He shook his dizzy head, staggered, and his eyelids became heavy. He tried hard to see the masked man in front of him, but he could only vaguely see the other's thin figure.

Then his eyes went dark and he passed out completely. He rolled along the slope of the roof beam towards the road. When he was about to hit the ground, he was steadily grabbed by one of the masked men.

The masked man who was spreading the powder clapped his hands, walked forward to check, and pressed Chu Chengyi's sleeping point again out of concern.

The accomplice carried Chu Chengyi on his shoulders. The three of them looked around and saw that there was no one around, so they quickly disappeared to a secluded place.

In the alley, Guo Hao and the masked man were confronting each other and he was gradually gaining the upper hand. Suddenly, a bird cry was heard. The masked man took advantage of Guo Hao's attack and retreated a few steps, quickly put away his sword and left.

Guo Hao was worried that Chu Chengyi had no intention of chasing him, so after making sure that the masked man had really left, he immediately followed Chu Chengyi's footsteps.

They chased all the way back to the palace, but did not find any trace of Chu Chengyi. After asking the doorman, they learned that the two young princes had already returned and did not see Chu Chengyi.

Guo Hao went to Chu Chengyi's yard to look for him, and searched the palace thoroughly before he was sure that Chu Chengyi was really in trouble. (End of this chapter)
