Catch up on some sleep tonight and update in the world tomorrow
As the title states, I seem to have been overdoing it recently by staying up late and typing. After I finished typing yesterday at about [-] a.m., I slept for more than four hours and then got up and went to work. This is the longest I have stayed up recently.

After waking up, I felt groggy all day and had a headache. I obviously had time to fish during the day, but I didn't feel like coding.

I have been talking about trying to adjust my coding routine, but unfortunately it was only normal for a few days, and I went to the underworld again and again. The latest update is that I have been living in the underworld and can’t come back.

I can't go on like this. I haven't coded many words yet, and my body has collapsed from staying up all night.
