Regarding Momoe Yamaguchi specifically, I read her autobiography "The Vast Hours", which basically followed her life trajectory.

It's just that her husband is replaced by someone else. In entertainment novels, it's the basic routine to make all the female stars your own!

Regarding the character specifically, I took reference from Momoe Yamaguchi's famous work "The Dancing Girl of Izu". I have read both the movie and the original work.

I wrote Yamaguchi Momoe as a naive and innocent girl, but also very independent.

When I was writing about Yamaguchi Momoe and the protagonist confessing their feelings, I asked Yamaguchi Momoe to say something to the protagonist: "One day, I lay here and fell asleep. I don’t know how long it took, and I had to call it a day. I vaguely I heard your voice saying distressedly in my ear, you must be exhausted, poor little thing. I didn't write this out of nowhere.

In reality, this is what Miura Yuka said when Yamaguchi Momoe fell asleep.

Yuhe is eight years older than Baihui. Baihui always thought that Yuhe didn't like her. After overhearing those words, Baihui knew what Yuhe was thinking.

Not long after Tomokazu and Momoe fell in love, Momoe told him that she wanted to retire.

Including the plot where Zhao Yazhi ran to the walled city to find the protagonist, it is actually a magical modification of the plot in the movie where JOJO found Liu Hua through Wu Mengda.

However, Zhao Yazhi’s character in the book is not similar to JOJO’s character in the movie.

Because I read Zhao Yazhi’s early Weibo posts and followed them as written.

Early Weibo posts were all about living people. You can use the Weibo posts they posted at that time as a reference for what the celebrities’ personalities were like.

But what her real character is like, the authors almost always write it out blindly. Anyway, she just has to be slept with by the protagonist.

I have read all the books published by Lin Qingxia, and the character presented is basically Lin Qingxia's true character.
