This is the highest and most profound teaching of the Tao, and it is the immortal learning that will never change for all eternity. Scholars should work hard!"

Chen Yun memorized every word, and when his master's voice fell, he immediately knelt on the ground and said loudly: "Disciple Chen Pu, thank you for guiding me through the tribulation."

"Haha, Chongyong, your teacher never thought that you would reach the state of Yang Shen so quickly."

The Yin spirit cannot split into two bodies, but the Yang spirit can have tens of billions of incarnations. It can appear and disappear unpredictably and change endlessly. It can walk on the sun and the moon without a shadow and can enter metal and stone without hindrance. It can reach a place thousands of miles away in an instant and knows everything about the past and the future. The so-called saint who is unknowable is called a god."

Chen Yun listened to the explanation very carefully.

Zhongli Quan said slowly, "When the top door is first opened, it will feel like a huge axe chopping off your head. Don't be startled. Choose an auspicious time when there are no clouds in the sky and the four qi are clear, and go out in the three directions of opening, resting and birth. When you first come out, you must circle left and right and look back at the divine chamber. After counting ninety-nine times, the qi of the five internal organs and five buds in your body will spread out in the air and turn into five-colored auspicious clouds. The spirit will rise up and shoot into the auspicious clouds."

Zhongli Quan was still explaining in a low voice, "Sometimes I see demons and heretics, with all kinds of scenes to seduce my spirit. All gods are one god, all spirits are one spirit, everywhere is my spirit, gathered into form, dispersed into spirit, it is the golden body that is indestructible for all calamities."

At this time, Zhongli Quan sighed and said, "As the saying goes, 'A thousand rivers have water and a thousand moons; a thousand miles of sky are cloudless and a thousand miles of sky', alas! You must not tell anyone about this, as there will still be people who will pass on this sutra in the future."

Therefore, Zhongli Quan said that this method should not appear here, and this here means "now".
