Only then can they be considered to have achieved the Tao."

After listening to this, Lan Caihe said thoughtfully: "Master, what you mean is that although Master Chen has realized how to merge the body and spirit into one, he has not yet achieved both the body and spirit, so he cannot merge them into one?"

Tieguai Li nodded slightly and said, "That's right.
