Great compassion is the right cause of the Buddha's path, so it is called 'the right path and great compassion'. Compassion has three causes: one is the cause of sentient beings, which is small compassion; the second is the cause of dharma, which is medium compassion; the third is the cause without cause, which is great compassion. Great compassion is transcendental good. The Pure Land of Peace and Bliss is born from this great compassion, so it is said that this great compassion is the root of the Pure Land, so it is said that 'transcendental good roots are born'."
“The right path brings great compassion and gives rise to the roots of transcendental goodness.” To go further, what does this “right path” refer to?
It is the road of equality.
Where does this equality come from?
Equality has one aspect. Only when there is one aspect can there be equality. There is no difference.
Where does one come from?
It comes from formlessness, and formlessness is emptiness.
One must realize emptiness before one can have great equality.
Those who have not realized emptiness are definitely discriminating.
This great equality is the great way.
Equality is the characteristic of Mahayana.
The Mahayana equality path can also be called the right path.
Although this is an explanation of the path of equality using Buddhist concepts, in fact Taoism has a richer concept of "equality".
Then why did Chen Yun think of these words of Buddhist Master Tanluan?
It was very simple. He felt that his ability to communicate with the avenue of equality repeatedly was most likely related to his practice of the Buddhist golden body.
The six-foot-tall golden body is one of the three bodies of Buddha.

Therefore, some people who don't understand "Journey to the West" and talk nonsense that Tathagata Buddha is the disciple of Bodhi Patriarch with the surname "Ru", are completely uncultured.
None of this matters.
The thing is, although Chen Yun did not attain the true body of Tathagata, he had reached that state briefly and sensed the true way.
True Suchness, a Buddhist term, is not true suchness, but is named true suchness. In true suchness, there is no self, and without self, everything is true suchness.
Truth is real and not false. It is like this and never changes. The combination of truth and normality is called true suchness. Truth is also the true reality. It is like this and the true reality is like this, so it is called true suchness.
True Suchness is the true original appearance of the nature of the Dharma Realm. It is always like this, unchanging and unchanging, neither born nor destroyed, neither increasing nor decreasing, neither defiled nor pure. It is the dharma of inaction, and the pure mind of the self-nature of all sentient beings. It is also called Buddha nature, Dharmakaya, Tathagatagarbha, reality, Dharma Realm, Dharma nature, and perfect reality.
The Awakening of Faith in Mahayana Buddhism says: "All dharmas, from the beginning, have been free from words, free from names, and free from mind and conditions. They are ultimately equal, without change, and indestructible. They are only one mind, so they are called true suchness."
In other words, the way of true suchness is, to a certain extent, the way of equality and they can be interconnected.
Chen Yun himself is a Taoist, and his philosophy is "equality".
He was reincarnated into this world from modern society and has a deep understanding of the concept of "equality".
The combination of these three enabled him to understand the true meaning of "equality".
Naturally, when he sensed the "Avenue of Equality" for the first time, it was like a door had opened, and it was up to him to go in or not. It was not like others who sensed the avenue like seeing a shooting star, which would be difficult to pursue again if missed.

Others would spend their entire lives coveting the opportunity to attain enlightenment, but you have a great chance of achieving enlightenment through this, and yet you are treated as a "spare tire"?
Yes, no one will understand Chen Yun’s mentality.
The reason why he made this choice was because he possessed the "Daluo Ling Tang".
Chen Yun remembered it very clearly. After taking the "Daluo Lingtang", he achieved Daluo, which is an existence beyond the Great Dao.
The most crucial point is that he and Erlang Shen and others had previously explored the secret realm that had not yet been truly opened up to the world, and learned that in a sacred mountain there existed all the spiritual roots of heaven and earth needed to make the "Daluo Ling Tang".

Borrowing the power of the Great Dao is something that only someone who has reached the half-step Great Luo can do.

"Heaven and earth are in harmony and one mind, and all things coexist."

And the consequences of these evils are shown to people: "For such crimes, according to their severity, their lifespan will be taken away, and when their lifespan is exhausted, they will die."
This is to warn people not to destroy nature wantonly.
The Yinzhiwen of Emperor Wenchang also states: "Do not burn forests with fire, do not climb mountains to catch birds, and do not poison fish and shrimp near water."
As long as you do this, God will bless you.
This heaven is not the heaven as people think, nor is it the sky as people see, but the "Avenue of Equality"!
Chen Yun seemed to have realized something. "The reason why I was able to sense the 'Great Way of Equality' again in such a short time is probably not just the three reasons I thought of before, there must be a fourth reason."
The fourth reason is that he let Purple Qi Star Lord go.

That kind of "compassion for the world" allows one to achieve "equality".

This is what many saints dream of doing.

This made Chen Yun sigh that his every word and action in this world was an attempt to attain enlightenment.
Perhaps because his understanding became deeper, Chen Yun did not notice that his strength might not have increased dramatically, but his body became stronger and stronger, or in other words, softer and gentler.
This kind of softness does not mean becoming weaker, but rather it is more like being integrated into the Tao, allowing oneself to overcome hardness with softness, or "concentrating energy to achieve softness."
Chen Yun's realm continued to rise and reached a very high level.
When his realm was elevated to a certain level, he inexplicably felt that there were many "laws" related to the Avenue of Equality in the fog, quietly converging towards him.
You don't even need to feel it to understand the power of the law.
It is truly mysterious to walk with the Tao!
