Cultivating fire and refining the body is different, it allows the practitioner to become an "infinite box" and himself become the "Tao".
As for the ninth level of Pangu's true body, according to the meaning in the book, one can really transform into Pangu, transcend all rules of the Avenue, and become a truly immortal being!
Chen Yun had previously judged that this state should be the so-called "infinite infinity box".
What is the Infinity Infinity Box?
Simply put, infinite boxes times infinite boxes.
That is to say, it can open up infinite complete worlds at every turn, and it can destroy infinite complete worlds with one thought.
If Pangu's true body can really reach this state by refining it, then Chen Yun has reason to believe that Yuanshi Tianzun's true state should be in the "Infinite Infinite Box", or even higher.

All these words illustrate one point, that is, the true Qi is the innate Qi, the ancestral Qi of all living things, coming from the void, the master of all things, the ancestor of heaven and earth. It is formless and imageless, soundless and breathless, invisible, inaudible, and untouchable. However, although it is formless, it can give rise to form, and although it is formless, it can give rise to form.
Chen Yun recalled carefully for a moment, and remembered that Yuanshi Tianzun said that the True Qi was the original Qi before the universe was formed, and was the spiritual root when chaos was first divided.
"and many more!"
He seemed to have thought of something. "Yuanshi Tianzun mentioned it several times. Tao is born from nothingness and one Qi is the true one Qi. Does it mean that we need to return to the innate state of nothingness to obtain the true one Qi?"
If this is the case, then it might be easier to cultivate fire within the body.
Why do you say that?
The answer is simple.
The last step of inner alchemy is "refining the void and merging with the Tao".
Refining the Void and Harmonizing the Dao is the highest level of Dandao practice, also known as shattering the void or void shattering, and is the ultimate goal of inner alchemy practice.
The key point is to shatter the empty mind, that is, to be indifferent to the void, to make the body empty, and to place the body in the void, to obtain the innate yang spirit of nothingness, and to be in harmony with the great way that pervades all things and is omnipresent.
Normally, if one can cultivate inner alchemy to the stage of "refining the spirit and returning to emptiness", that is the pinnacle.
So far, Chen Yun has never seen anyone who can achieve the state of refining emptiness and merging with the Dao.
Therefore, Lianxu Hedao is actually a theory in the inner alchemy system and it is impossible to achieve normally.
Various schools have different opinions on the practice of Lianxu Hedao.
For example, the Wu-Liu School calls Lianxu Hedao "Shattering the Void".
Liu Huayang said: "A radiance surrounds the Dharma Realm, the void is bright and the heart of the sky is shining; forgetfulness and tranquility are the most spiritual and empty, the sea water is clear and the moon is melted in the pond."
For example, the Qianfeng Sect calls Lianxu Hedao "Shattering the Void", which is a method of letting go.
It is from gradual method to sudden method, from action to inaction, from non-emptiness to true emptiness.
The secret is: "Break the road of emptiness and reach the other shore without a boat. Refining the spirit and returning to the void, a thousand changes, letting go of the void is the golden body. Refining this indestructible body, the ten directions of the world return to the body. Letting go is this, this void is not empty."
So what is the refining emptiness and combining the Dao of Zhonglu Dandao?
Zhongli Quan said: "To practice this skill, you need to take the Yang God back into the ancestral orifice, and practice it again and again, and return the spirit to emptiness. The Yang God is practiced a hundred times and becomes a hundred spirits. The wisdom light of the Yang God is practiced to produce divine fire, which penetrates all the orifices of the body. The Yang flame rises into the sky, penetrates the feet and the top, and refines the body into the Yang God, so that the divine light shines everywhere. Finally, the divine fire is practiced throughout the body, and the body collapses and shatters into the innate ancestral qi that seems to exist but does not exist, seems to be non-existent but not non-existent, and has no shape or trace. It returns to the void and achieves the unity of heaven and man. When the skill is achieved to this point, it can be gathered into shape and dispersed into qi. It is immortal in catastrophes and has a lifespan as long as heaven and earth. Only then can it be considered to have achieved the great way."
Chen Yun had verified this method long ago and ultimately chose not to do so.
In other words, the method of refining the void and merging with the Tao that my master talked about is different from the real method of refining the void and merging with the Tao.
However, Chen Yun got some inspiration from these words.
This inspiration is to return to the void in the form of "Qi".
"Yuanshi Tianzun has allowed me to enter the state of innate nothingness before. If I can really reach the innate nothingness, perhaps I can truly understand what the true Qi is."
Chen Yun thought thoughtfully, "Actually, if you want to know what the True Qi is, there is a second way."
The second method is just a guess and may not be correct.
When he sensed the first avenue before, he saw a group of magical jade-colored essence Qi, and he guessed it was the true Qi.
Chen Yun pondered, if he could sense that ball of vital energy again and bring it into his body, wouldn't he be able to successfully cultivate the fire?
If you do so, it is equivalent to integrating the true Qi into your body, rather than integrating yourself into the Tao.
Chen Yun estimated that this method of cultivating to the eighth level of "Pangu's True Body Art" was somewhat different from achieving unity with the Tao.
Now a new problem arises.
How can I sense that jade-colored essence of Qi again?
Chen Yun suddenly laughed, "Why do I have to sense the true Qi of that great avenue?"
Just because I can sense that avenue by chance, it doesn't mean I can't sense other avenues.
Chen Yun could easily sense the "Avenue of Equality".
He believed that as long as he could find the root of the Avenue of Equality and the true Qi of the origin of the Avenue, he would most likely be able to introduce it into his own body, thereby successfully cultivating the eighth level of Pangu's True Body Art.
There is no need to introduce too much, even just a trace as a "medicine inducer".
As long as he could understand the specific characteristics of the "True Qi", perhaps with the help of the eighth level of cultivation in "Pangu's True Body Art", he could successfully cultivate the True Qi that even a Half-Step Daluo dreams of.
Of course, the premise of all this is that one guesses that what is being nurtured by “nurturing fire” is the “true Qi”.
If the state of "nurturing fire" does not give birth to the true Qi, then all speculations will be invalid and he will have to start over.
"No matter what, I finally found a possible way, I have to give it a try."
Chen Yun did not hesitate any longer, and prepared to sense the "Avenue of Equality", and then see if he could understand the true Qi of the "Avenue of Equality", and thus practice the eighth level of "Pangu's True Body Art".
