Sometimes, knowing too much can be a source of suffering. Over the years, I've read countless books and have too many answers in my mind. Everyone has their own understanding of the concepts of Yin and Yang.

He felt as if he were a small boat adrift on a boundless ocean, surrounded by nothingness, unable to find his direction.

Some say that Yin refers to the Moon and Yang to the Sun.

The sun rises in the east, the moon rises in the west, and yin and yang alternate in their cycles.

The Moon brings darkness, while the Sun brings light, but the Moon is inherently bright, and darkness still exists even under the Sun's radiant light.

Light and darkness intertwine, yin and yang blend together. Without yin, yang has no foundation, and without yang, yin has no vitality. Neither can be lacking. Therefore, yin and yang are interdependent, mutually dependent and mutually supportive.

However, some people say that Yin and Yang are actually the basic rules governing the operation of the universe. They are originally one, but they are also mutually opposed and mutually restrictive.

Like movement and stillness, cold and heat, light and darkness.

Therefore, Yin and Yang are opposing and mutually restrictive.

However, some people believe that Yin and Yang actually represent the principle of natural balance. The two forces wax and wane, but always maintain a balance point. When Yang is dominant, Yin is weak, and when Yin is dominant, Yang is deficient.

Both may enjoy a period of prosperity, but neither can truly eliminate the other, because things will inevitably reverse when they reach their extremes.

Just like the endless struggle between good and evil in this world, generation after generation.

Because whenever righteous energy extinguishes evil energy, an even more powerful evil spirit will soon emerge from within the righteous energy itself.

Conversely, when evil forces extinguish righteous forces, righteous forces will also emerge from within the evil forces themselves.

Yin and Yang have reached a dynamic balance, just like the changes in the length of day and night during the four seasons. From a macroscopic perspective, this change is cyclical.

Therefore, Yin and Yang are in a state of waxing and waning balance, and are in a cyclical pattern.

But then some people said that these ideas were too narrow-minded.

The distinction between day and night is the distinction between yin and yang. Does that mean the distinction between male and female is also a distinction? The pairing of yin and yang is a great principle of heaven and earth.

The distinction between the sun and the moon is the distinction between yin and yang. Does that mean the distinction between cold and heat is also the distinction between yin and yang? Cold and heat are what the world calls yin and yang.

Spring, summer, autumn, and winter are divided into yin and yang; mountains and rivers are divided into yin and yang; thunder, lightning, rain, and snow are divided into yin and yang; even heaven and earth are divided into yin and yang, from which the concept of Heaven and Earth has been derived.

When heaven and earth unite, all things come into being.

When Yin and Yang are in harmony, all things are in harmony.

The principles of human relations are also the principles of Yin and Yang!
The method of dual cultivation originated from this.

Therefore, everything has yin and yang. Yin and yang is a concept, not simply referring to two kinds of qi or two big stars. This is a minor way, not a major way.

There were so many similar ideas that even Song Changsheng felt somewhat bewildered.

Yin and Yang are the origin; from one comes two forms, from two forms come four symbols, and from four symbols come eight trigrams.
