Chapter 976 Falling into the Abyss
Of course, at the very top of the sea race camp were several oracles.

These oracles are said to have titles bestowed by the gods; for example, the "Witch" who remotely commands the Naga army is an oracle.

Other oracles also have titles such as "prophet," "hunter," and "guardian."

Beneath the Oracle emerged a vast horde of sea warriors from the Gates of the Abyss.

These sea warriors, a small portion of whom were the noble “chosen ones of God,” and the majority of whom were also the glorious “citizens of God’s kingdom.”

According to the divine message conveyed by the witch, these sea warriors are fighting for the Naga race, with the ultimate goal of flooding the world with the Black Tide and turning it into another divine kingdom of the great gods.

At that time, all Naga will be citizens of the divine kingdom, and the Naga with the most devout and steadfast faith will be chosen by the gods to become the noble "chosen ones of the gods".

"Be patient, be patient. Just wait for the oracles to complete the ritual and be free to lead us, then we can avenge our defeat."

The Naga captains comforted each other.

They were all defeated generals, so this was the only way they could stick together for warmth.

However, the presence of Kor'thas (the fake Iserlohn) among them is definitely a destabilizing factor.

"This shelter only provides one meal a day. How can we survive on an empty stomach?"

Kossachs roared, "We still have many wounded! Without sufficient supplies, their injuries will be difficult to heal, and their fighting strength is declining day by day!"
"You must be patient, I can't stand it! I'm going to the surrounding waters to hunt some fish and shrimp and find food!"

Kossasis shook off several Naga captains and stormed out of the containment facility.

Several Naga captains, along with other Naga survivors, were moved by Kor'thas's actions, yet none of them wanted to report his misconduct.

……

Captain Corsaces (the fake Iserlohn) never returned after his departure.

The others were somewhat puzzled. But they had no way to leave the containment facility, and naturally, no way to search for it. Moreover, since Captain Korsasis (the fake Iseron) had left without permission, they dared not report it to the containment facility guards.

Two days later, a patrol of sea creatures brought Captain Iseron's mangled body to them for identification.

"My God, Captain Iseron... how could he..."

"He was torn apart by a group of giant sharks. His body still had severe old wounds, which seemed to be due to the recurrence of the old wounds, which is why he could not escape the attack of the giant sharks."

Among the sea creature patrol, a one-eyed Naga native sighed, "He shouldn't have left the internment camp. At least the internment camp was safe."

A sea creature awakened coldly said, "Captain Iseron left the containment facility without permission, violating military discipline. Since he's already dead, he won't be punished further. All of you who were with him should take this as a warning and not act recklessly in this area!"

Public sentiment was stirred.

The remnants of the Naga army stared at the awakened sea creature with resentment.

The patrol's one-eyed Naga advised, "Alright, alright, let's just bear with it for a few more days... the ceremony is about to end."

The patrol left Captain Ysheron's body behind for the defeated Naga soldiers to bury, and then quickly departed.

After completing their patrol mission, they each returned to their underwater nests near the abyssal eye to rest.

However, the one-eyed Naga quietly slipped out.

“Ms. Navia, I will be exploring that strange sea eye tonight. I will leave any information with you and my master through the Source Lord's Descent Meeting.”

"Good luck, Corsasis."

Navia's voice rang out, tinged with a sigh, as if she were somewhat saddened.

Under the cover of seaweed and sand, Kor'thas (the one-eyed Naga) stealthily burrowed into the depths of the Abyss Eye, quickly approaching the ruins of the Tidal Cliff. "Who goes there?"

A sudden shout.

Without hesitation, Kossasis sped forward, scaling the ruins of the tidal cliffs and plunging straight into the abyss eye!

The sea creature guards behind him, led by a sea creature general, caught up, but they only saw Kosasis being swallowed by the Abyss Eye.

"Someone broke in... It looks like a Naga, but we can't rule out the possibility that it's being controlled by humans."

The sea creature general slowly said, "According to reports from the remnants of the Eastern Theater Command, there are indeed humans skilled in brainwashing, heart transplants, and even transformation! In other words, that Naga is very likely a human spy!"

"General Norenso, we should report to the witch immediately!"

"The witch and the other oracles are presiding over a ceremony and cannot leave. However, you don't need to be too nervous. With the oracles' methods, a mere spy can't have any impact at all."

……

As soon as Kossasis entered the Abyss Eye, he felt himself sinking rapidly and continuously.

The terrifying suction emanating from the sea eye was like the mouth of an indescribable behemoth, forcefully sucking in its contents.

After falling for an unknown amount of time, Kossasis crashed through a film of water with a loud thud and struck the soft ground.

He opened his eyes and looked around.

This is a large, square-like chamber with thick pipes on all four walls. Occasionally, a red glow will flash from one of the pipes.

The ground and walls felt slightly soft to the touch, like the internal organs of some kind of giant beast.

Kosasis stepped out of the chamber and found that the passageways outside were even more interconnected and exceptionally spacious.

The passageway is wide enough to accommodate the largest whales in the deep sea swimming and rolling around.

"The Demon's Throat, a legend passed down by the Naga elders... The deepest part of the Sea Eye is actually such a wondrous world?"

Kossachs noticed something was wrong; the effects of the "witch's transformation potion" on him had dissipated.

Moreover, he was unable to unleash his fighting spirit.

The space beneath this water film seems to possess some strange power that renders all professional energy inoperable, forcing people to rely solely on basic physical strength to move.

Kosasis slithered through the passageways, observing and searching within each chamber.

Suddenly, Kosasis discovered two sea creatures holding strange instruments, doing something to a thick pipe.

A hissing sound came from the pipe, and with each flash of sparks, a streak of red light rose from the thick pipe.

“These two sea creatures must be ‘citizens of the divine kingdom’ who entered through some portal… in otherworldly beings, as our master has mentioned.”

A sense of instinctive disgust welled up in Kosasis's heart towards these sea creatures.

After being dominated by Bai Pu's pure blood, his faith in the "Great Lord" naturally dissipated. As an indigenous person controlled by Gaia's will, his hatred for otherworldly travelers was innate.

The two sea creatures did not find Kosasis.

Kosasis didn't dare linger. He knew that the people of the divine kingdom were very powerful, and although he was an enhanced elite, he was probably no match for them.

However, just as Kosasis was going around the chamber, two more sea creatures suddenly appeared from the other side of the passage!
