Chapter 957: New Hunyuan Avenue
There has always been a grudge and sorrow in the heart of the Taoist Master Ran Deng, that is, the Jade Purity Saint seemed to have tacitly agreed to the "primordial" future in the infinite universe of the Supreme Master of the World, that is, the most important event that the Taoist Master Ran Deng would betray the Chan Sect and join the Western Buddhist sect.
Now the Western Brahma has become a Buddha, and Sakyamuni Tathagata has been led to the ancient wilderness. Now he has experienced many disasters in the cycle of reincarnation, and he only needs to wait for the opportunity to come, so that he can become the Buddha of Buddhism.
It was the emergence of Buddhism that made Master Ran Deng more worried. He wondered if Master Yuqing would let him go to Buddhism.
He truly never had any such apostasy thoughts, not even for a moment.
But now it seems that he is being pushed towards Buddhism little by little, and the Bodhisattva Cundi has extended the Bodhi branch to him many times, hoping to win him over to Buddhism, or to split him into a clone and make him a Dipankara Buddha.
But the Taoist Master Ran Deng never agreed. He also went to ask the Sage Yuqing, but the Sage only said: When the time comes, you will take it yourself. There is no need to look back and forth, so as not to lose the secret of heaven.
This statement made it clear that the Jade Purity Saint agreed that he should settle in Buddhism, even if it meant giving up the position of deputy leader of the Chan Sect.
The Taoist Master Ran Deng naturally refused and immediately knelt down at the foot of the jade steps in the main hall of Yuxu Palace: "I have served my teacher wholeheartedly, why would you abandon me and not care about me at all?"
"Foolish boy, the origin of Tao is the same. There are only fellow Taoists in the world. How can there be a master and disciple? Our fate was originally in Zixiao Palace, and later in Yuxu Palace. In the future, perhaps we will witness it in Leiyin Temple. Don't worry, why bother? The holy heart, the heavenly heart, the Taoist heart and the Buddha heart can be discussed as one." The Jade Purity Sage advised at the time.
But this matter had long been the obsession of Master Ran Deng. He did not want to leave the Chan Sect. He had poured a lot of effort into it. How could he leave? How could he abandon it?
He had no intention of questioning or blaming Luo Zu. After all, these things were most likely future deductions made by the saint under the guise of Luo Zu.
Therefore, it is meaningless to blame Luo Zu. It is better to think of ways to resolve the problem. At worst, just listen to the advice of the Bodhisattva Cundi and create an incarnation to become the Buddha Dipankara.
No, if he was in the past, he was not the Dipankara Buddha, but was to inherit the throne of the present Amitabha Buddha. He should be called Dingguang Tathagata Buddha, the present Buddha, not the past Buddha.
He only needs to wait for the future Buddha Shakyamuni to return after overcoming the calamity, and then hand over the throne of Tathagata Buddha to him.
By then, the Buddha Dingguang Tathagata will have completed his merits and transformed into the ancient Buddha Dipankara, sitting in the throne of the past Buddha, gaining great wisdom and intelligence, and will witness the wonderful realm of Hunyuan with the Buddhist Dharma. This is the result of the deduction made by the Sage Cundi for the Taoist Dipankara, and it is also the big picture he has drawn.
Unfortunately, Master Ran Deng was unwilling to eat the pancake for fear of choking. It was not that he did not believe in the saint's promise, but he could not get over the hurdle in his heart. That was all.
Obsession is difficult to eliminate and difficult to resolve, so one cannot enter Buddhism and become a Buddha.
When the Bodhisattva Cundi saw this, he naturally knew that a forced melon would not be sweet, so he prepared to wait for the right time, the right place, and the right people, and finally invited the Buddha Dingguang Tathagata.
This time, the Taoist Master Ran Deng wants to ask the ancestor witch Zhu Jiuyin about the future, to see whether the three emperors of the Fire Cloud Cave of the human race can be seen in the extreme lower reaches of the long river of time.
If it can be seen, it means that the rise of the human race is inevitable. The appearance of the Three Emperors of Huoyun Cave represents the rise of the human race, and the two races of witches and liches will eventually turn into dust.
Faced with this result, both the Lich and the Warlock races felt that Luo Zu's deduction was alarmist and was a provocation by the human isolationists. Unfortunately, Luo Zu had someone to protect him, and the human race had Nuwa behind it. The great gods of the Lich and Warlock races knew this, so they could not cause trouble for the human race and Luo Zu.
But this is a thorn in the side. All the ancestral witches and great witches of the witch clan are keeping a close eye on the human race and Luo Zu. Even the ancestral witches Hou Yi and Hou Tu are now being secretly resented by other great gods of the witch clan, who say they are aiding the enemy. If this is the inevitable outcome, Zhu Jiuyin, as the ancestral witch of time, should have been aware of it long ago.
Now is the time to make arrangements for the Witch Clan's retreat. For example, the Witch God Realm should be vigorously developed.
But now the witch clan has not made any move, and the Taoist Master Ran Deng is going to force Zhu Jiuyin and the witch clan to take a "serious" look at the future, to see whether there is a place for the human race in that distant or near future. What's more serious is that the human race really replaces the witches and becomes the protagonist of the prehistoric world.
But no matter what the answer is, Master Ran Deng can accept it as long as Zhu Jiuyin can give it.
As the Taoist Master Ran Deng continued to ask questions, the other gods also looked intently towards the Heaven Beyond Heaven, where the God Zhu Jiuyin was sitting cross-legged with his eyes closed in the Wuzhuang Temple.
The great god slowly opened his eyes, eyes that could bring light to the chaotic universe, and then he spoke leisurely, "The Three Emperors are determined by heaven. In ancient times, there were three emperors. Later, the dragon, phoenix, and unicorn tribes fought for supremacy. After that, there were the three emperors of the demon tribe and the heavenly court. These are the three talents determined by heaven, and they are used to maintain the order of the great way."
"When a new overlord of the prehistoric world is born in the future, there should also be three emperors, or three saints. The three emperors and five emperors of the Fire Cloud Cave deduced by Daoist Luo Zu are actually just a reflection of the secrets of heaven."
Who can believe what Zhu Jiuyin said?
But He is already a symbol of time, He is time itself. If He says so, then other great gods have no reason to refute it.
We can only let it go and believe it.
"Fuxi is one of the Three Sovereigns. Fellow Daoist, do you think the Three Sovereigns do not exist?" Taoist Chaos spoke slowly.
How could the gods possibly ignore this, but none of them mentioned it. Now that Taoist Priest Chaos was willing to be the first to speak out, they were also willing to see how the God Zhu Jiuyin would respond.
But the great god Zhu Jiuyin simply nodded: "The return of Daoist Fellow Fuxi... is inevitable, but whether he will return as the Three Emperors Saint is unknown."
The Three Emperors returned the holy throne. Isn’t Zhu Jiuyin indirectly acknowledging this “factual” future?
"In this case, if the Three Emperors can truly become saints, then it may not be impossible for them to become saints through merit." Hongmeng Great Immortal picked up the key and thought.
The great god Zhu Jiuyin was noncommittal: "Perhaps it is another way to achieve the state of primordial chaos?"
Now the Hunyuan realm has belonged to the quasi-saints, and the gods do not pull the saints into this realm, but separate them out.
Therefore, when the Three Emperors had the title of saint but not the reality of saints, could they be classified as in the realm of Hunyuan Quasi-Saint, a realm they achieved only through special methods?
The minds of many great gods became active.
If this can lead to sainthood, then we can also achieve merit in our own multiverses, is that possible? Or does it require great merit from the prehistoric world, such as the merit of the Three Sovereigns and Five Emperors who educated the prehistoric overlords?
And who said the Three Sovereigns were necessarily human? Besides, who said the Three Sovereigns of the human race were necessarily Fuxi, Shennong, and Xuanyuan? (End of Chapter)
