Those Buddhist disciples who once violated the heavenly rules but used the excuse of "turning back to the right path" to hide in the Buddhist order.

And those who, knowing they had violated the heavenly rules, still led them into Buddhism and protected them through Buddhism.

Whether they are guilty or innocent is a question that no one in Buddhism is willing to face!
You say it's a crime.

Very well, it is only natural for the Heavenly Court to settle accounts with these people—in fact, not only should the Heavenly Court settle accounts with them, but your Buddhist sect must also cooperate with the Heavenly Court's settlement.

You say you are innocent...

Then you have to give a clear answer: why are you Buddhist disciples exempt from punishment after violating the heavenly rules?
None of the three sage lineages of Taoism believed that their disciples were innocent of violating the Heavenly Rules—it's just that their sect rules were stricter than the Heavenly Rules, so the Heavenly Court could approve of them dealing with their disciples with even stricter precepts.

But what gives you Buddhists the right?
Is it possible that your Buddhist sect alone is above all else in the entire world?
Such thoughts are acceptable in Buddhism, but cannot be spoken!
Once spoken, the whole world becomes an enemy in an instant.

It should be noted that even the freest demon race has never claimed to be outside the rules of Heaven—it's just that, to a certain extent, the Heavenly Court recognizes that the Southern Continent belongs to the demon race's territory and will not actively step into the Southern Continent to 'enforce the law'.

However, if that demon god really goes too far and crosses the line, then even if they step into the Southern Continent, the Heavenly Court will still have to send people to capture them.

Given the situation of the demon race, the Buddhist sect could certainly say that Xiniu Hezhou is their territory, and even the Heavenly Court cannot easily set foot in Xiniu Hezhou.

What about beyond Xiniu Hezhou?

The Buddhist sect is not like the demon race, which can hide in a continent and play with its own methods.

They need to spread their lineage beyond Xiniu Hezhou, and into the human world...

If they dare to say that they want to be like the demon race, free from the Heavenly Court's control within Xiniu Hezhou...

The moment they uttered those words, their forces outside of Xiniu Hezhou would be wiped out and eradicated...

Ultimately, the influence of Buddhism will be confined to Xiniuhezhou, and there is absolutely no possibility of it spreading beyond Xiniuhezhou.

This is why, during the countless millennia that Ao Bing was in seclusion, Buddhism has consistently avoided this issue.

Until then.

Ao Bing challenged the heavens and earth, asking whether the person was guilty or innocent.

At this point, Buddhism could no longer avoid this issue.

To say that he is innocent is absolutely impossible!
At this moment, Buddhism is experiencing a great resurgence—do you dare to say you are innocent at this time, do you dare to say that Buddhism is not bound by heavenly rules at this time...?

Even if it gains momentum, it will be completely crushed by others!
No matter how powerful Buddhism is, it can't be stronger than the entire Pantian!
Admitting guilt... wouldn't that mean abandoning all the Buddhist disciples?
In the blink of an eye, the Buddha's eyes suddenly lit up in the Great Thunderclap Temple.

It wouldn't be so bad to abandon those Buddhist disciples!
For tens of thousands of years, Buddhism has protected those who have violated the heavenly rules, not because it truly wanted to protect them, but because of the benefits it could gain after protecting them.

Their very existence, and the wealth they acquire, will all contribute to the foundation of Buddhism.

But now, so many years have passed... the wealth they acquired has long been absorbed by Buddhism.

With the rise of Buddhism, there is no longer a need to recruit those who violate heavenly rules to strengthen Buddhism.

and so……

“It must not be abandoned.” Just as the Buddha, who had a sudden inspiration, was about to speak, the voice of Venerable Maitreya rang out in the Great Thunderclap Temple.

"Don't forget those wealth gods you just converted to Buddhism."

“If we abandon those Buddhist disciples today, then tomorrow we can abandon those gods of wealth.”

"If that's the case, what's the point of me, the Buddha of Perfect Light, converting those gods of wealth?"

Without hesitation, Maitreya Buddha dug a large pit right at the feet of those Brahma Buddhas, waiting for them to jump in.

Those who use Brahma to guide others are seeking only personal gain.

—And at this time, the wealth gods who are converted into Buddhism represent immense benefits!
The reason these gods of wealth accepted the conversion of Buddhism was not because they admired Buddhism, but because they were forced by circumstances to seek refuge in Buddhism for survival.

No one wants to be sliced ​​away by the wheel of fate, life after life, until their life is as thin as paper, and then suffer in endless cycles of reincarnation to repay this debt.

This is a punishment even more terrifying than suffering in the underworld as a spirit and being imprisoned in the deepest hell.

In the Pantian realm, there is a saying of 'equality of all beings'—although this saying has limitations, newborn babies are truly examples of equality among all beings.

Each reincarnation is a brand new beginning; the grudges and entanglements of the previous life are irrelevant to this one.

But a debt-repaying reincarnation means that among the beings in this world, there is an additional 'class'—the lowest of the low!

What does the lowest social class mean?
This means that it is permissible for the beings in this heaven to do anything to them!

From previously controlling the operation of the rules of wealth, manipulating the infinite changes of wealth between heaven and earth, and even being able to communicate with the Great Luo with the vast wealth at his disposal... from such a high and mighty position, he has suddenly fallen to the most lowly class between heaven and earth. This is something that those gods of wealth would never want to accept!

They would rather die than do this!

The problem is, under the blade of fate, under the pull of destiny, even if they wanted to die, they couldn't—and even if they did die, it would be meaningless!

Because death means the beginning of the cycle of suffering with memories!
It was precisely to escape death, to escape the cruel cycle of fate, that these gods of wealth converted to Buddhism, seeking its protection.

—But now, Buddhism intends to abandon those who were previously protected.

Once those gods of wealth find out about this, how will they react?
They turned to Buddhism precisely because they needed protection.

As a result, the Buddhist sect told them that once their value had been completely exploited, the Buddhist sect would abandon them.

Even though these gods of wealth are masters at manipulating 'value', and even though they initially believed that things without value should be abandoned... that doesn't mean they can accept that such a thing happening to them.

Therefore, once Buddhism abandons its disciples, those wealth-seeking individuals will know that they too will be abandoned by Buddhism... just as they have been treated in the past, having their value squeezed dry by Buddhism before being discarded...

Under such circumstances, how could they possibly convert to Buddhism?

How could they possibly use their ill-gotten gains and illegal wealth to enrich the foundation of Buddhism?

How could he possibly use his talent to contribute to Buddhism?

Following Maitreya's words, the other Buddhas also realized the reason why they could abandon those Buddhist disciples: the benefits brought by these newly converted wealth deities were enough to smooth over the turmoil caused by the abandonment of those disciples.

But if we abandon the Buddhist disciples and also abandon these gods of wealth... then what is the point of Dipankara Buddha going to the Execution Platform and the Tathagata of Perfect Light going to the Golden Palace of the Ministry of Finance?
In order to convert those gods of wealth into Buddhism, the Buddha Yuanguang was stabbed.

The Buddha of the Burning Lamp was also struck by the murderous aura accumulated from the battlefield beyond the heavens, which damaged its Buddha-light...

The Buddhist community has already paid such a high price for this... If they get nothing in return, wouldn't all this price have been paid in vain?
But... if we can't abandon those Buddhist disciples, then we can only protect them.

Does that mean Buddhism is to transcend the rules of heaven?

"Whether one is guilty or innocent, this argument cannot be accepted or rejected. What should be done?"

The Buddhas all looked helpless.

They wanted to drag Ao Bing into this calamity, and the dragon clan into this calamity, in order to settle scores.

However, Ao Bing always acted in the name of the Heavenly Court and in accordance with the Heavenly Rules—unless the entire Heavenly Court was dragged down, Ao Bing could never be dragged into the calamity.

"It's nothing more than a delaying tactic." The incarnation of Dipankara Buddha appeared in the Great Thunderclap Temple, adding a touch of concealment to the pit dug by Maitreya.

"Since we cannot accept or reject Xing Jun's words, then we will neither accept nor reject them."

"We'll just pretend we never heard him say anything."

"As for his intention to settle scores with those Buddhist disciples, let him settle scores with them."

"If even one Buddhist disciple dies as a result, then we will take turns discussing the Dharma with him."

“In any case,” the smile of the Ancient Buddha Dipankara grew even deeper, carrying a sense of composure as if he had the whole situation under control.

"The Great Dragon God Ao Bing, who upholds Heaven and righteousness, is one and only. But the Buddhas of our Buddhist sect... are endless!"

His gaze swept over the Buddha of the present, the Buddha of the future, the Bodhisattvas, and the Venerable Ones seated in the hall…

And the countless manifestations and incarnations of Buddhas hidden deep within Mount Ling, in seclusion and cultivation, or even traveling throughout the myriad realms!
"As one side gains while the other loses, let's stall him and slowly entangle ourselves with him." The voice of the Ancient Buddha Dipankara was like a stabilizing force, setting the tone for the chaotic Buddhist mind.

"The rise of Buddhism is like a surging river, powerful and unstoppable. No matter how strong Ao Bing is, how long can he hold out? How long can he afford to waste time? The Heavenly Court has endless affairs to attend to, how can the Temple of Justice allow him to be confined to Xiniu for so long?"

"Amitabha! Excellent! Excellent!"

"The Buddha Dipankara has a vision that extends ten thousand miles! This strategy is brilliant!"

"That's exactly right! This is the strategy we should employ!"

"The Buddha is wise; this method is excellent!"

After a brief silence, chants of Buddhist prayers and exclamations of relief and reassurance erupted from the Great Thunder Temple!

The gloom on the faces of the Buddhas vanished, replaced by a sense of enlightenment and subtle excitement at finding a way out.

"Amitabha, well done, well done." Seeing this scene of all the Buddhas working together, Buddha Shakyamuni also put his hands together and smiled with joy.

The plan is complete!

According to the words of the Ancient Buddha Dipankara, Ao Bing only needs to make a move against those Buddhist disciples who have violated the heavenly rules, and they will be in conflict with the Brahma Buddha of Buddhism.

That was Ao Bing facing off against the Buddha of Brahma... but it was also the Buddha of Brahma who took the initiative to face off against Ao Bing!
In this bloody calamity, Ao Bing himself was one of the instigators.

When those Brahma Buddhas actively confronted Ao Bing, it meant that they had voluntarily stepped into this calamity.

—The Buddha of Brahma acts for the sake of profit.

And they themselves are also driven by self-interest.

As more and more Brahma Buddhas are dragged into the killing spree by Ao Bing, the costs they incur are increasing...

Then the remaining Brahma Buddhas will become increasingly restless!

With the support of these three Buddhas, Ao Bing could pull all the Brahma Buddhas into the calamity one by one, causing them to perish in the calamity.

Add to that his schemes with the future Star Lord of Calamity...

“The opportunity has been created.” Shakyamuni chanted the Buddha’s name, his joy growing ever stronger.

The same applies to the Buddhas in the Great Thunder Temple.

Three days passed in the blink of an eye.

On the execution platform, Ao Bing had already executed all the criminals on the list.

Beneath the Execution Platform, the deities of the Northern Exorcism Bureau, who had been ordered to come, were also on high alert.

The sharp edge emanating from the Execution Platform and the murderous aura in the hearts of those killers from the Arctic Exorcism Academy complemented each other, making the Execution Platform seem like a whetstone for these killers to hone their weapons, making the murderous aura even more brutal and terrifying.

"Reporting to the Heavenly Emperor, the Buddhist sect remains undisturbed."

“Buddhist disciples who have violated the heavenly rules still have not come to the heavenly court to turn themselves in.”

When the list of Buddhist disciples appeared on the register in Ao Bing's hands, a deity from the Arctic Exorcism Bureau, dressed in black armor and with a mask covering his face, stepped forward and spoke about the current situation in the world.

Three days ago, after Ao Bing issued a three-day warning to the Buddhist community, the Buddhist light from the Great Thunder Temple spread throughout the entire Western Niuhe Continent.

Subsequently, through the illumination of Buddhism, the light of Buddha also appeared between every Buddhist temple outside Xiniu Hezhou.

The relics that fell on the numerous temples were like stars in the sky. Under the guidance of the Buddha's light, they connected into one, forming an unprecedented grand formation that protected all the Buddhist temples.

The great prosperity of Buddhism seemed to be fully manifested at this moment.

The entire Buddhist community, with its numerous temples, is demonstrating an unprecedented presence.

Even in the human realm where humanity is oppressed, the Buddha's light shines forth.

“Then let’s go.” Ao Bing nodded.

"Bring all those Buddhist disciples who have violated the Heavenly Rules, and those who knowingly break the law, back to the Heavenly Court for trial!"
