Chapter 1041 Special Trait Mutation

From the goat-man devil, Wu Heng extracted the quality of "hypocrisy," whose so-called elegance was merely a disguise.

That special power, capable of distorting reality and creating chaos, burned through every cell of Wu Heng's body like venom.

His left eye suddenly melted, transforming into a goat-like horizontal pupil in a gray light. The fingers of his left hand continued to merge and split, eventually turning into five bizarre claws.

Satan's "arrogance" is most prominent, revealing a manic aura that can erode everything, like molten lead being poured into the veins.

This caused dense demonic runes to appear on Wu Heng's skin, each symbol recording a sin. His heart, frozen in 'fear,' stopped beating, dissipating into gray essence and being replaced by a pulsating black flame.

Satan's traits are more in line with the "manic" trait. Although they are very obvious, they are the easiest to tame.

Lucifer's "corruption" brought about a spiritual impact. That kind of depravity, which rebelled against all rules, actually began to impact Wu Heng's self-awareness and tried to break down his thought process.

His fragments of memory, like shattered mirrors, scattered in all directions, only to be forcibly suppressed by a force of fear, and molded into a single piece.

During this process, Wu Heng sometimes believed himself to be a fallen angel who had rejected God, and at other times he became a dark creature at the very bottom of hell.

Throughout the entire plunder, the screams of Satan and Lucifer never ceased.

The goat-man devil's heart kept bursting and reforming, Satan's vortex was torn to pieces, and Lucifer's spine broke segment by segment, but they could not truly die because Wu Heng deliberately kept them at a minimum level of consciousness, allowing them to fully experience the fear of being plundered.

The power of "fear" is the real lubricant.

Wu Heng continuously infused these traits into the three individuals, much like a spider continuously injects digestive enzymes into the cocoon of its prey to dissolve it.

When the last trace of its essence was extracted, the flesh ball violently contracted into a dark red cocoon the size of a human.

The surface of the cocoon was shrouded in three colors, and a powerful heartbeat emanated from within. At that moment, all the strange phenomena around the world ceased completely, and the sky returned to its normal color.

The three hells completely collapsed and disintegrated, turning into pure black energy beams that flowed towards the cocoon.

Some of the demons' followers in the human world suddenly discovered that the covenant marks on their arms had turned into a strange gray skull pattern, and then quietly disappeared.

They didn't know what this meant, but they inexplicably felt a deep-seated fear that seemed to be calling to them and trying to overwhelm them.

Suffocation, yet there is no way to resist!

Inside the cocoon, Wu Heng is undergoing his final transformation.

The three hellish qualities were forcibly fused together under his will. Given that he possessed multiple qualities, this was not a simple process. Finding a new balance point was extremely difficult, and it might not even exist!
The difficulty of integrating different traits increases exponentially with each additional trait added.

A fine crack suddenly appeared on the surface of the dark red cocoon, like a broken eggshell. From the crack, a mist of eerie green, dark red, and grayish-white swirled together, emitting a hissing sound that made one's teeth ache.

Wu Heng's left hand was the first to emerge from the callus. That hand had become unrecognizable, with countless insects wriggling under the skin, and the fingernails had turned into translucent black crystals, sealing a miniature hellish scene inside.

When he completely broke free of the cocoon, even Naoko showed a hint of shock. His newborn body was covered with flowing tattoos: a goat's skull was coiled on his left shoulder, a black-scaled python was wrapped around his right chest, and angel wings appeared on his spine.

These tattoos were not static; they were constantly moving and fighting beneath the skin. Each collision would cause Wu Heng's muscles to twitch involuntarily, but his expression remained calm.

"Echizen-kun, are you alright?" Naoko handed him a long robe.

Wu Heng did not answer. His left eye flickered with an eerie green light, while his right eye was filled with an indistinct darkness. The two lights converged at the center of his brow, bursting forth with a cluster of dim flames.

"I heard many different voices!" Wu Heng's voice became fragmented, as if three different tones were speaking at the same time. "The goat-man is cursing, Satan is angry, and Lucifer is mocking!"

Wu Heng raised his head slightly, and a terrifying hell suddenly appeared before him.

In the gray hell, Wu Heng stood amidst the gray mist. Countless shadows were cast on the ground in all directions around him, each shadow reflecting a different version of him: some were demons with horns, some were angels with tattered wings, and some were fleshy lumps covered in mouths.
There were even figures of Uriel and the Old Ones!

"I'm fine!" Wu Heng took a step forward, and all the shadows under his feet shattered. The flying shadows actually stopped after they were thrown out, and instead reflected even more distorted reflections.

Naoko stood aside, observing everything.

She noticed that Wu Heng's expression definitely didn't seem like he was alright. However, although she was also at the Hell level, the fusion of these traits was a field she hadn't yet explored. She didn't understand it and couldn't help him.

Under Naoko's gaze, Wu Heng began to converse with his own reflection.

What's even more terrifying is that after Wu Heng interacts with these shadows, they will reassemble on their own. The liquid seeping from the cracks is sometimes demon blood, sometimes black water, and sometimes white light.

"Echizen-kun, are you really alright?" Naoko looked at Wu Heng, who was ignoring her, covered her heart with her hand, closed her eyes, and asked sincerely.

She sensed the "manic" quality deep within her soul and used it to question Wu Heng's consciousness, which symbolized this quality at its deepest level.

"It's nothing, it's just that I forcibly found a balance point for these traits and absorbed them, and I got a little anxious."

"However, they cannot harm my core symbol!"

When Wu Heng reappeared in reality, the projection of the Fear Hell had disappeared.

He went to Ron's church.

Jeff had already helped Ron completely renovate the church, making it much more luxurious than before, and Wu Heng watched quietly.

Under Wu Heng's gaze, the stained glass statue of Jesus tore open its own back with its bare hands, revealing a pair of deformed wings emerging from the flesh and blood. The left wing was as white as snow, while the right wing dripped with black asphalt.

"Look at yourself now!" Jesus on the stained glass suddenly spoke, but his voice was that of a goat-man devil. "Our power is fighting within you, and you can't possibly plunder it. You shouldn't have done this!"

"On the contrary, this game is very exciting; my senses have been stimulated to a deeper level," Wu Heng said calmly. "Any new tricks up your sleeve? I'd be happy to continue this game!" (End of Chapter)
