The thought grew like wildfire, and Sam's heart nearly stopped beating because of his worry about his mother's situation. A chilling fear and immense sorrow overwhelmed him instantly.

Sam had already told Dean when he went upstairs that Kyle had the same background as them, so Dean had also thought of this, and he looked at Sam with a pale face.

The brothers' eyes met in mid-air, filled with the same shock, fear, and a sense of urgency.

If this is true, if their mother was also suffering like this.
Wu Heng looked at Kyle, who was pleading desperately, and then glanced at the Winchester brothers, who were clearly in a state of mental turmoil and lost in their own thoughts. A glint of light flashed in his eyes that no one could understand.

“Saving a soul bound to a specific hell.” Wu Heng spoke slowly, his voice echoing in the silent, broken corridor. “This is no easy task, the cost is far beyond your imagination, and it requires the right ‘timing’ and ‘method’.”

His words were both a response to Kyle and a hint to the Winchester brothers.

Kyle finally gave up on suicide and asked to go with Wu Heng, even if it meant paying him. Wu Heng said the Morrick family didn't need that, and he could return to Morrick Manor with him.

Sam and Dean, in their desire to save their mother who might be suffering in hell, surprisingly shared the same idea.

The Mordlin family's ordinary house was still filled with dust, the smell of blood, and a lingering chill.

Kyle's pleas stopped.

Wu Heng's gaze swept over the three of them, finally landing on Kyle. His voice was calm but carried an undeniable weight: "Emotions are the fuel that drives power, but fuel alone cannot make a machine run."

"Saving a soul bound by darkness requires not a momentary impulse, but a power strong enough to shake the darkness and a vast amount of occult knowledge."

He looked at the Winchester brothers, who were still undecided: "You brothers are taking a completely different path. Your father's arrangement, the trials of blood and fire along the way, is also a way to gain power and knowledge, and perhaps it is more suitable for you."

“Your situation is different from Kyle’s.”

His gaze returned to Kyle: "And you, Kyle Mordlin, the power within you has been activated by extreme pain and emotion."

"Pain is a key, but whether you can grasp it and open that door depends on your next choice: to train, take control, and transcend yourself. Otherwise, it will only backfire on you or drag you back into the abyss."

After dealing with the aftermath of Kyle's incident, Wu Heng took Kyle back to Morrick Manor.

At this point, Kyle was exhausted, both physically and mentally, and could barely take care of himself, let alone control his telekinesis.

Wu Heng brought him back to the manor, partly to provide him with a stable and controllable environment for training, and partly to explore his background.

The power to interfere with reality that Kyle has been awakened to possess, while manifesting differently from Sam's ability to receive omens of death, is essentially the same. Perhaps Kyle also has the ability to sense premonitions.

It just wasn't brought to fruition due to environmental and time constraints.

Moreover, the Winchester brothers were like a lighthouse in the darkness, attracting too many eyes hidden behind the scenes.

Kyle, who commits suicide in the show, is able to end his life smoothly precisely because of this lack of attention.

Kyle's fate has now taken a turn for the worse.

He is the best object to analyze.

After parting ways with Wu Heng and Kyle, Dean and Sam were still processing the heavy burden left by the Modlin family and the terrifying speculation about their mother's whereabouts when they quickly received a new case. It involved a series of bizarre throat-slitting murders in an old apartment building, with the victims all killed in their sleep late at night, and no signs of forced entry at the scene.

They quickly identified a portrait that had been sent for auction.

After some planning and baiting, they successfully lured out the evil spirit of the little girl hidden in the painting late at night.

After a brief chase and confrontation, the brothers destroyed the medium of the portrait with salt and iron, and then burned it completely with a lighter, thus solving the little troublemaker who liked to slit people's throats in the dead of night.

Having just dealt with the evil spirit in the painting, they received another urgent message: Robert Singer, an elderly but experienced witcher, had been murdered in his safe house.

When they arrived at Robert's secluded old house, they found only the lock on the door had been violently broken, the house was in a mess, and there were traces of blackened blood and signs of a struggle on the ground. The body had already been taken away by the police.

Dean carefully searched the scene and found a piece of paper with information written in a special way under a pile of overturned furniture. It was a code used only by Witchers.

After an hour of work, the brothers finally deciphered the code and obtained the number of a locker located at the town's bus station.

When they opened the small locker with the spare key they found at Robert's house, there was only an empty, long, velvet-lined box inside, which looked like it was originally meant to hold some important equipment.

Just as they frowned at the empty box, wondering whether Robert had taken what was originally inside or whether the murderer had stolen it, a deep, familiar voice, yet one that made their hearts stop, rang out behind them:
"How come you are here?"

Dean and Sam whirled around, drawing their guns almost simultaneously and pointing them behind them. Standing in the shadow cast by the locker was their long-lost father, John Winchester, who had been searching for the Yellow-Eyed Demon!

John looked travel-worn, his face showing fatigue and vigilance, but his eyes were sharp.

He glanced at the empty box in his sons' hands, his brow furrowed: "Did you see what's inside? A gun, styled like an old-fashioned revolver, but heavier, with special patterns on the barrel."

"The Demon-Slaying Spear?" Dean asked instinctively, having seen the relevant information on the data card.

John's eyes narrowed: "Yes! You know? Where's the gun?" His tone became urgent.

“It was empty when we opened it, Dad,” Sam explained, putting away his gun. “We only got here after we heard about Robert’s murder, and we don’t know what happened here yet.”

John's face flashed with deep sorrow and anger: "Robert is one of my best friends. I rushed over as soon as I received the news that he had discovered the Demon-Slaying Gun, but it was too late."

He took a deep breath. "That Demon-Slaying Gun is a treasure passed down through the Robert family. It is deadly against demons, evil spirits, and even some powerful supernatural creatures. But there are only four bullets left. Once they are used up, it will be completely destroyed."

"I must find it; it could be the key weapon we use to deal with 'yellow-eyed' people."

The father and his two sons were exchanging information when the observant Sam discovered a sharp, inhuman fang that had been left behind in a corner near the locker.

He carefully picked it up, his expression grave: "It's a vampire's fang."

Upon hearing this, John hurriedly came over and looked at the bloodstains at the scene: "It seems that vampires may have broken in here, killed Robert, and stolen the Demon-Eating Gun."
