“This is it,” Sam said confidently.

Without hesitation, the two kicked open the door and rushed inside. The scene inside was almost exactly the same as what Sam had seen in his hallucination.

The back of a tall man in a black trench coat is standing next to a crib, while a young mother is being choked and pinned against the wall from a distance.

"Hey, you bastard, look here!" Dean roared, and without hesitation, he raised the Demon-Slaying Gun and pulled the trigger at the dark figure.

The sound came out at the same time as the gunshot.

boom!
A strange buzzing sound rang out as bullets imbued with special power shot towards the shadowy figure.

However, just as the bullet was about to hit its target, the dark figure suddenly turned its head, revealing a pair of yellow eyes. At the same time, as if it had eyes in the back of its head and had been prepared, it turned into a wisp of black smoke and disappeared in a way that humans could not understand.

It didn't linger, seemingly wary of the Demon-Devouring Spear.

The bullets from the Demon-Slaying Gun flew past its ashes and struck the wall behind it.

As it disappeared, an eerie orange flame instantly ignited on the wall, spreading rapidly, and sparks splashed onto the crib, setting the sheets ablaze.

"Tsk, the Winchester brat, and Robert's toy." The yellow-eyed demon, now reappearing at the window, revealed only a pair of pure yellow vertical pupils like those of a viper, trailing a black smoke tail.

It gave the two brothers a meaningful look, especially a deep look at Sam, and a strange smile appeared on its lips.

The figure then twisted and faded in place, vanishing without a trace, leaving only a faint whisper echoing in the air: "The time is not yet ripe."

"Damn it!" Dean cursed, wanting to give chase, but the rapidly spreading fire and the baby's cries forced him to stop.

"Save them first!" Sam shouted, rushing over to scoop up the baby from the crib. Dean helped up the terrified young mother, and the three of them stumbled out of the house, which was already engulfed in flames.

They had just run to the open space outside and hadn't even had time to catch their breath when seven or eight pale-faced figures with venomous eyes suddenly sprang out from the shadows.

They're vampires!
The remnants of that vampire tribe, who had followed them all the way, launched a retaliatory attack at this moment.

"Fuck, you really know how to pick your timing."

"That persistent bastard," Dean cursed, quickly pulling a small bottle from his pouch. Inside was thick, chilling human blood.

He quickly smeared the blood onto the blade of the demon hunter's dagger.

"Sam, cover me!"

The two brothers stood back to back and engaged in hand-to-hand combat with the vampires that pounced on them.

These vampires learned from their previous experience and became even more cunning. However, Dean's knife, smeared with the blood of the dead, became a deadly weapon. As soon as their skin was cut, the inert effect of the blood would quickly take effect, weakening and slowing the vampires, who would then be beheaded by Dean or Sam.

After a brief but intense battle, the remaining vampires were completely wiped out, and their corpses quickly decomposed.

Dean, panting heavily, immediately pulled out his phone and dialed his father's number to find out how things were going on his end.

The call went unanswered, so they found a place to rest and made several calls during that time.

The phone rang for a long time before being answered, but it wasn't John's voice that came through; instead, it was Daisy's cold, mocking female voice.

"Hehe. The Winchester family's handsome little boy. Looking for your father?" Daisy's voice was smug. "Unfortunately, Uncle John wasn't very cooperative. He tried to fool us with a fake gun. How hurtful."

"And he didn't tell me he brought a 'surprise' too." Dean's heart sank; his father had failed!

Daisy continued, her tone turning cold: "But it's okay, he's 'visiting' us right now. If you want to save him, show some sincerity. Wait for my news, my darlings." The call was abruptly ended.

"Damn it!" Dean was so angry he almost smashed his phone.

“Dean…we…” Sam’s face also showed panic.

Dean's expression shifted uncertainly. Finally, he gritted his teeth, took out his phone, and dialed another number. The name on the screen was: Lorre Morrick.
“We need to get help,” Dean told Sam, and then dialed a number.

The phone was answered after only one ring.

"Speak," came Wu Heng's calm and even voice.

“My friend, our father has been captured by a demon, and we need your help,” Dean said rapidly.

"Okay." Wu Heng replied with just these three words on the other end of the phone before abruptly hanging up.

In the study, Wu Heng put down his phone. In front of him, Death Butler stood as still as a statue.

"Get ready to depart," Wu Heng said calmly.

The Grim Reaper butler bowed slightly, and the shadow beneath his feet spread out as if it were alive. Wu Heng stepped into the shadow, and the Grim Reaper butler's figure merged into it.

The next moment, the study returned to silence, as if no one had ever been there.

Despite requesting help, Dean and Sam did not stand idly by.

They contacted another trusted witcher friend, set a trap, and then deliberately leaked information, revealing their location and pretending to be injured.

As expected, the female demon Daisy took the bait. As soon as she stepped into the abandoned warehouse, she attacked the two brothers upon meeting them, speaking arrogantly as she approached, only to suddenly freeze in place.

A pre-drawn exorcism array was revealed beneath the carpet on the ground.

"Damn it!" Daisy exclaimed in shock and anger, trying to break free of the magic circle, but she was bound by an invisible force and unable to move.

Sam and Dean immediately began chanting Latin exorcism spells.

Amidst agonizing screams and curses, Daisy's demonic consciousness was expelled. The woman she possessed raised her head, opened her mouth, and a thick plume of black smoke, mixed with the smell of sulfur and ghostly howls, billowed from her throat, plunging uncontrollably into the ground and disappearing.

The possessed body, on its last breath, uttered its final words to the two brothers who rescued it: "On the outskirts of the city, at an abandoned sewage treatment plant, John is there."

Then the last trace of consciousness in the host's body dissipated.

However, just as Dean and Sam received the information and were preparing to rush to the sewage treatment plant to rescue their father John, a figure blocked their way as soon as they stepped out the door.

This is an extremely old, emaciated man who is almost skin and bones.

He was dressed in the attire of an old European nobleman, his skin was as white as paper, his eyes were sunken, and his eyes were filled with a bloodthirsty red, filled with hunger and cruelty.

The aura emanating from them was far more powerful than any vampire they had encountered before. (End of Chapter)
