Green hellfire burned atop the walls, and countless fierce-looking demon guards patrolled the camp.

The air was filled with sulfur, steel, and violent energy fluctuations.

They sharpen their claws and polish their weapons in preparation for the upcoming 'battle for supremacy' in the real world.

Crowley gestured for Wu Heng to hide behind a hill formed of charred bones.

“Look over there,” he pointed deep into the military camp, to a particularly tall black fortress that looked as if it were made of countless tormented heads. “That is Lilith’s lair, her place of healing. The secret chamber you are looking for is on the third basement level of the lair.”

He paused, his tone becoming serious: "However, entering the secret chamber requires a special 'key,' which must be the soul aura of Lilith herself as a trigger to open that door."

"Otherwise, forcibly breaking in will trigger a curse, destroying the secret room and everything inside."

He turned to look at Wu Heng and shrugged, "This is the best I can do for you."

“If I get any closer, my identity will be hard to explain, and I do have some ‘minor matters’ to attend to, so I can’t openly bring you in front of the Imperial Guard.”

His smile carried a hint of 'you know what I mean'.

Wu Heng nodded without saying anything more.

Crowley felt as if he had been granted a pardon. His figure quickly faded away, disappearing as if blending into the shadows, to proceed with the next step of his plan.

Wu Heng's gaze locked onto the black fortress.

He suppressed most of the puppet spirit's energy fluctuations, and like a apex predator, blended into the hellish environment, silently stealthily approaching the fortress.

The defensive arrays and patrolling sentries surrounding the fortress were rendered useless by Wu Heng's perception and stealth abilities.

He passed through layers of guards and entered the fortress.

The fortress was filled with the stench of blood and a demonic aura.

Following the direction of the source of the oppressive aura, Wu Heng finally arrived at a palace located at the core of the fortress, constructed of skeletons and obsidian.

In the center of the palace was a huge pool filled with dark red, viscous blood. Lilith was currently soaking in the blood pool, her once alluring face now pale and haggard.

Her eyes were tightly closed, her brows furrowed, clearly focused on channeling the power of hell to heal herself, completely unaware that shadows had already enveloped her.

Just as Lilith was feeling exhausted, Wu Heng's figure solidified behind her.

Lilith suddenly opened her eyes, her demonic intuition sensing extreme danger.

She wanted to scream, to fight back, but it was too late.

A tentacle covered in divine aura and evil incantations shot out from the shadows like shackles from purgatory, instantly imprisoning her and the entire blood pool.

The powerful binding force not only restricted her movements but also suppressed the demonic power within her.

"It's you!" Lilith recognized the newcomer, her eyes filled with disbelief and terror. "What do you want? I can give you power, I can give you power!"

Wu Heng completely ignored her.

He extended his right hand, palm facing Lilith's forehead, and the puppet spirit made the same gesture.

A sudden burst of icy power erupted.

"No—!! Spare me, I can submit, I know Lucifer's secret!" Lilith begged for mercy, struggling desperately, but it was all in vain in the face of the absolute power difference.

Her voice stopped abruptly.

A translucent black soul, a mixture of darkness, temptation, and pain, was forcibly extracted from her body by Wu Heng.

Lilith's physical body quickly withered and decayed, eventually turning into a skin that floated in the pool of filthy blood.

Wu Heng didn't even glance at it, focusing instead on the powerful demonic soul in his hand.

Under his control, the tentacles, like the most precise carving knives, began to process Lilith's soul.

Strip away those chaotic, painful memories and useless impurities.

Ultimately, it was compressed, shaped, and solidified into a soul key about the length of a finger, entirely black, with intricate demonic patterns naturally formed on its surface.

Holding the Soul Key, Wu Heng easily found the hidden entrance to the third underground level.

The heavy stone door, engraved with a curse, slowly opened inward with a muffled thud after sensing the presence of Lilith's soul aura emanating from the key.

Behind the door was a gloomy passageway leading downwards.

The walls on both sides are inlaid with skull lamps that emit a ghastly green light.

The passageway was riddled with traps: an ice curse that could instantly freeze the soul, an illusionary barrier that could incite inner fear, and a poisonous mist that could corrode the very source of energy.
However, Wu Heng's powerful perception detected these things in advance and allowed him to easily bypass them.

At the end of the passage lies a vast underground space.

This place is more like a giant prison for the soul.
