“Of course I remember!” Dean’s voice trembled slightly, as if the experience had left a mark on him. “The city was reduced to ruins, and everywhere was filled with people infected with the ‘Klotoran’ virus, who had become half-human and half-demon, madmen who had lost their minds and only knew how to kill. It was simply hell.”

Wu Heng nodded, a sharp glint flashing in his eyes:

"That experience, besides the despair, also gave me an inspiration."

"That kind of demonic virus can massively alter the human physique in a very short time, giving them superhuman strength, speed, and even regenerative abilities, albeit at the cost of losing their sanity."
