Old Marcus, using the meager power he had gained from the experiment, had forcibly opened the isolation chamber. He sat in an automatic wheelchair and pointed to a hidden passage.

"The vaccine stock and backup hard drives are in the cold storage inside, quick!"

He endured the excruciating pain coursing through his body, his eyes showing no fear of his own transformation, only a resolute determination to complete the mission.

Dean and Sam exchanged a glance and followed without hesitation.

Bobby was responsible for keeping watch on any remaining guards that might appear in the rear.
