The S.T course is the last part of the CQB training of SEAL Team 6. The training is conducted in the hood room of the Killing House training ground. The trainees do not need to make any movements before the training begins. They will be covered with black hoods. This kind of hood is absolutely unacceptable. It is made of light-transmitting materials. At the same time, a small audio device is installed inside the hood. After the hood is put on, manic music will be played continuously to ensure that the trainee cannot judge the scene changes outside through the sound. Moreover, S.T courses are open-ended, which means that there is no single correct answer for this subject. In other words, no matter what the trainee does, it can be right or wrong. This subject is the most stringent test of the trainees' physical reactions, quick thinking, insight, etc. Sean also uses this subject as the ultimate test for employees.
