Chapter 318: Journey to the West: Conquering the Demons

After Stephen Chow's "A Chinese Odyssey" was broadcast, people from all dynasties were still reluctant to leave.

Especially the last scene of the movie left a deep impression on everyone.

If you want to save Zixia, you must defeat the Bull Demon King, and if you want to defeat the Bull Demon King, you must become Sun Wukong.

If you want to become Sun Wukong, you must forget all emotions and completely sever your relationship with Zixia.

Such a difficult choice is cruel for Zhizunbao.

But the final result was that Zhizunbao had no choice but to put on the golden hoop and become Sun Wukong.

Many ordinary people in every dynasty have deeply experienced this kind of sadness and helplessness.

You obviously have someone you love, but in the end, due to one reason or another, you have to become strangers.

Only ordinary people who have had similar love experiences can understand Zhizunbao's helplessness.

Although "A Chinese Odyssey" is very different from the Journey to the West they are familiar with, it has to be said that the adaptation is very successful.

The images of Tang Seng and his three disciples are completely different from what they imagined, especially Zhizunbao.

In Journey to the West, Sun Wukong has no love.

But in the adapted version of "A Chinese Odyssey", the director arranged an impossible love line for Sun Wukong.

After watching the movie, people from all dynasties prepared to disperse and go about their own business.

But suddenly many people cried out in surprise, and the people around them also looked at the sky in confusion.

It turned out that after "A Chinese Odyssey" was finished, the sky curtain did not go out, but continued to play a movie.

Su Chen has prepared two films for everyone today, "A Chinese Odyssey" and "Journey to the West: Conquering the Demons".

Both films were directed by Stephen Chow and were adapted from Journey to the West.

To some extent, "Journey to the West: Conquering the Demons" is a continuation of "A Chinese Odyssey".

For this reason, after the broadcast of "A Chinese Odyssey", Su Chen also screened "Journey to the West: Conquering the Demons".

[“You must remember our philosophy of exorcism. Why do demons become demons?”

"It is the human heart that has been invaded by the devil. We must remove his devilish nature and retain his good nature."

This is the exorcism concept taught to Xuanzang by his master, and Xuanzang has always kept it in mind.

Unexpectedly, on the first day of the exorcism, Xuanzang began to doubt his master's exorcism philosophy.

In a fishing village by the sea, a fisherman was playing with his daughter in the water.

But suddenly, the fisherman disappeared from the water, leaving only a pool of blood on the water, proving that the fisherman had been killed.

The villagers thought it was a water monster, so they invited a Taoist priest to perform a ritual in the hope of driving the monster away.

After the Taoist's operation, he actually caught a big fish.

The villagers thought that the fish was the culprit and presented silver to the Taoist priest to express their gratitude for his help!

"He is not the murderer."

Hearing this, everyone turned their eyes to Xuanzang.

Xuanzang told everyone that this fish was a Gucci fish, which was gentle and kind by nature and would not attack humans.

The villagers did not believe Xuanzang's explanation.

In order to prevent Xuanzang from destroying the fruits of his labor, the Taoist priest took the initiative to sow discord and falsely accused Xuanzang of being an accomplice of the water monster.

After hearing this, the villagers actually believed it and began to blame Xuanzang. Some even went so far as to teach Xuanzang a lesson.

Then Xuanzang was dropped into the air, ready for the fire sacrifice.

In order to prove that he had gotten rid of the monster, the Taoist priest took the initiative to kick his apprentice into the water.

Seeing that the apprentice was safe and sound in the water, the villagers let down their guard and jumped into the water to celebrate, not knowing that the real danger was quietly approaching.

Because Xuanzang was suspended in the air, he could see from afar an object moving towards him quickly.

When Xuanzang discovered the water monster, he immediately began to warn everyone.

But at this time, everyone was still immersed in happiness and turned a deaf ear to Xuanzang's words.

It was not until the water monster ate one person in one bite that everyone reacted and swam towards the shore.

After reaching the shore, everyone felt safe.

Unexpectedly, the water monster stretched out a tentacle from the water and easily dragged the Taoist disciple into the water to get his lunch.

Seeing how powerful the water monster was, everyone was scared and fled in all directions.

"Don't move! Lie down and you'll be fine. Everyone, don't run, lie down."

After listening to Xuanzang's words, everyone found that the water monster no longer attacked people.

Watching the water monster swimming across the water, Xuanzang was extremely scared. After all, this position was like a sheep walking into a tiger's mouth.

At this moment, the little girl ran towards her mother out of fear.

Xuanzang wanted to speak up to stop it, but it was too late.

The water monster's tentacles moved again, grabbing the little girl and trying to drag her into the water.

The mother couldn't stand it anymore and rushed out to rescue her daughter regardless of the danger.

Seeing this, the villagers came to help and everyone worked together.

Finally, the water monster's tentacles were cut off and the little girl was rescued.

Just when everyone thought everything was safe, a water monster suddenly jumped out of the water and swallowed the little girl in one gulp.

Having lost two loved ones in one day, the mother could no longer care about anything else.

He jumped into the water with a machete in hand, vowing to save his daughter.

But when she actually saw the appearance of the water monster, the mother was stunned on the spot and eventually died in the mouth of the water monster.

The crowd's behavior angered the water monster, which swung its tail to break the wooden bridge. The broken bridge caused the Taoist priest and the baby to fall into the water.

The Taoist priest was quick to grab the board, but the baby was not so lucky and slid down the board into the water.

The baby was about to fall into the water monster's mouth, at the critical moment.

Xuanzang broke free from the rope and landed on the wooden board, letting the baby slide towards him.

But the water monster would not let it do as it wished. It suddenly pressed down the wooden board with its tail and slid the baby towards itself again.

Xuanzang had no choice but to pull the Taoist priest along to increase the weight.

Seeing the baby sliding towards him, Xuanzang was about to rescue him.

Unexpectedly, the water monster suddenly attacked the wooden board and threw the baby from the board into the water.

Seeing that danger was gradually approaching the baby, Xuanzang could only use the Taoist priest to make a short move.

Finally he rescued the baby at the last moment, and he threw the baby onto the wooden bridge, while he accidentally fell into the water.

Xuanzang thought he would not live long, but the water monster did not attack him and kept its eyes on the baby on the wooden bridge.

The villagers used the corpse of the Gu fish to drive away the water monster. Taking advantage of this time, Xuanzang came to the wooden bridge and rescued the baby.

The loss of food made the water monster very angry. It broke the wooden bridge again and knocked Xuanzang off the bridge and onto the wooden board.

Seeing the water monster's bloody mouth coming towards him, Xuanzang immediately ran to the other side of the wooden board.

He took the opportunity to strand the water monster and was bounced onto the wooden bridge by the elastic force.

Looking at the water monster's current appearance, Xuanzang came up with an idea and prepared to use gravity to bounce the water monster onto the shore.

Xuanzang pushed the Taoist priest down with him, but the two of them were too light and failed to pry the water monster away. Instead, they were bounced away by the water monster.

Seeing this, the villagers joined the team one after another, but in the end the results were not good.

Just then, a heavyweight in the village appeared.

As she fell, the water monster was successfully bounced onto the shore.

Without the nourishment of water, the water monster turned into a human form.

Xuanzang stopped the indignant villagers and prepared to use the exorcism concepts taught by his master, and to use truth, goodness and beauty to influence the monster.

He set out the props for reformation, took out three hundred nursery rhymes, and then slowly rotated the gourd.

"Son, boy, why are you so bad?"

"Bullying, cheating, why do you do it?"

"Learn to be good children, love each other, care is in your heart, full of color."

Hearing such an insulting song to a demon for the first time, the water demon turned her head away speechlessly.

Unexpectedly, Xuanzang chased the water monster relentlessly. No matter how the water monster tried to dodge, Xuanzang could catch up immediately.

After several minutes of torture, the water monster could no longer bear it and took decisive action, attacking Xuanzang.

Suddenly, a hand grabbed the water monster's hair, dragged him aside and started beating him up.

Finally, he used the demon-catching bag to subdue it, turned it into a water demon puppet, and then walked towards Xuanzang beside him.

"Are you an exorcist too?"

"Why?"

"Exorcism Ceremony? Three Hundred Children's Songs."

The woman couldn't help but laugh as she watched Xuanzang plan to use the three hundred nursery rhymes to exorcise the devil and to use it to awaken the truth, goodness and beauty in the monster's heart.

The woman's name is Miss Duan, and she is a professional exorcist.

Watching the villagers kneeling down to Miss Duan, Xuanzang felt very disappointed. He began to question whether the exorcism concepts taught by his master were correct.

"Master, I have a question. Are the 300 nursery rhymes really that great?"

"Why do you ask that?"

"I actually just want to be like other exorcists and use the simplest method to get rid of demons."

"Killing with one blow is not the true principle of exorcism."

The master told Xuanzang that demons are not born demons, and deep in their hearts, there is still goodness.

The three hundred nursery rhymes are meant to awaken the goodness in the devil's heart.

After what happened today, Xuanzang became even less confident.

If he had the same fighting power as other exorcists, the death rate of the villagers might have been reduced again.

Instead of watching helplessly, he suspected that he was not the man of destiny as his master had said.

The master told Xuanzang that when he achieved that little bit, he would understand that the 300 nursery rhymes possessed truly infinite power.

After that, he drove Xuanzang away again. After all, practice is the only criterion for testing truth. 】

Ying Zheng: It can be seen that this film is also adapted from Journey to the West. I didn’t expect Journey to the West to be so popular in later generations.

At the beginning of the film, he discovered that "Journey to the West: Conquering the Demons" was also directed by Stephen Chow.

Both "A Chinese Odyssey" and "Journey to the West: Conquering the Demons" were directed by Stephen Chow and were adapted from Journey to the West.

However, judging from the current plot, although both films are adapted from Journey to the West, the stories told in the two films are completely different.

But he guessed that since they were both directed by the same director, the plots of the two films must have something in common.

In the film, there appears an exorcist named Miss Duan who develops a bond with Xuanzang.

If the subsequent plot goes as he expected, Miss Duan will probably develop a romantic bond with Xuanzang, just like the love between Sun Wukong and Zixia in "A Chinese Odyssey".

If that's the case, then the story is interesting.

In the original "Journey to the West", both Sun Wukong and Xuanzang were monks who went to the West to obtain Buddhist scriptures, and there was no such thing as love.

However, the two films adapted from Journey to the West by director Stephen Chow, "A Chinese Odyssey" and "Journey to the West: Conquering the Demons", both have love entanglements.

Sun Wukong and Zixia, Xuanzang and Miss Duan, the contrast between this and the original work is somewhat big.

However, no matter how the director adapts the story, the basic setting of the three masters and apprentices of Tang Monk will not change.

If his guess was correct, the fish monster at the beginning of the movie should be Sha Seng.

So Zhu Bajie and Sun Wukong should appear in the next plot.

[After bidding farewell to his master, Xuanzang walked for a day and finally found a restaurant.

The proprietress enthusiastically introduced the store's features to Xuanzang, but she didn't know that these things showed their true colors in Xuanzang's eyes.

The characteristic candlesticks turned into nine-toothed rakes, the guests sitting cross-legged while eating turned into corpses, and even the restaurant's signature dish, the famous roasted pig, turned into corpses.

Looking at the restaurant that seemed bustling on the surface but was actually littered with corpses, Xuanzang knew that everything here was caused by monsters.

Seeing that the other party refused to admit it, Xuanzang punched him directly.

Unexpectedly, he was easily blocked by the opponent, who even took out his weapons to compete with Xuanzang.

Xuanzang didn't make any preparations, he just started punching twice.

Seeing that Xuanzang was so unsportsmanlike, the woman rushed forward immediately.

At this moment, Miss Duan appeared to block the woman's attack, and then beat her violently, reducing her to ashes.

She knew that these people around her were transformed by monsters in order to force the monsters to show up.

Miss Duan directly used her Wuding Flying Ring to resolve all the illusions around her.

Sensing someone behind her, Miss Duan took decisive action and the two began to fight.

Zhu Ganglie in human form was no match for Miss Duan and was knocked away by one punch.

She once again summoned the Wuding Flying Ring and launched a barrage of attacks at Zhu Ganglie, quickly revealing his true form.

Seeing his appearance ruined, Zhu Ganglie became furious. He waved the Nine-toothed Rake to block the flying ring and approached Miss Duan.

Seeing that a single attack could not break through the opponent's defense, Miss Duan retracted the flying ring and performed the Heavenly Flowers Scattering Technique.

Unexpectedly, Zhu Ganglie suddenly transformed into a being with three heads and six arms. He blocked all the flying rings and swung the nine-toothed rake towards her.

At the critical moment, Miss Duan recalled the flying ring in time and blocked the attack with difficulty.

Miss Duan forcibly removed the Nine-toothed Rake from her body, flew to behind Zhu Ganglie, captured Zhu Ganglie with her flying ring, and knocked out Zhu Ganglie's soul from behind.

Xuanzang came to the pig demon and looked at its ugly face. He couldn't bring himself to eat it.

But seeing that the pig demon was about to break free, Xuanzang had no choice but to bite it in pain, and finally sucked the soul into his mouth.

Knowing that Xuanzang could not hold on for long, Miss Duan turned around, took the soul from his mouth and put it into the Qiankun bag.

I thought everything was fine, but the pig demon was so scary that it actually forcibly shook open the Qiankun bag.

Knowing that she was no match for the pig demon, Miss Duan took Xuanzang and left first.

The two came to the river, and the injured Miss Duan immediately undressed and began to heal her wounds.

Xuanzang, who was standing by, was stunned by what he saw. He thought it would be enough to just appreciate the beautiful scenery.

Unexpectedly, Miss Duan actually put Xuanzang's hand directly on the wound, and asked Xuanzang to help her heal her under the pretext of asking him to help her heal her.

Feeling the softness in his palm, Xuanzang suddenly suffered internal injuries.

After the treatment, Xuanzang was very grateful to Miss Duan for saving his life.

Xuanzang was frightened by such a direct way of repaying his debt. He decisively broke free from Miss Duan's hands, picked up his things and ran away in a panic.

When the master learned about this, he took the goose leg to compare with Xuanzang.

"I don't have goose legs in my heart, so it's okay to eat them. You want to eat them in your heart, but you say you don't want to eat them. You are just a little bit away."

Afterwards, the master told Xuanzang that if he wanted to subdue the pig demon, he must find Sun Wukong who was suppressed under the Five Finger Mountain five hundred years ago.

In this way, under the guidance of his master, Xuanzang embarked on a journey to find Sun Wukong. 】

Liu Che: Sun Wukong and Zixia ended up with regret, and I'm afraid the same will be true for Xuanzang and Miss Duan.

After seeing this, he understood that all the films adapted from Journey to the West by director Stephen Chow contain love elements.

After Miss Duan had physical contact with Xuanzang in the name of healing her injuries, she had already fallen deeply in love with Xuanzang, otherwise she would not have let Xuanzang kiss her.

At this point in the plot, he vaguely saw the similarities between "A Chinese Odyssey" and "Journey to the West: Conquering the Demons".

That is, the love line runs through the entire storyline, and it always seems to end with regret.

In order to save Zixia, Zhizunbao put on the golden hoop and became Sun Wukong, completely severing his feelings for Zixia.

Now Xuanzang has an emotional entanglement with Miss Duan, and needless to say, the final outcome is tragic.

The reason is very simple. Xuanzang was destined to go to the West to obtain Buddhist scriptures and it was impossible for him to be bound by love.

Besides, since the two films were directed by the same director, there must be some similarities between them.

After watching the story of the fish monster and the pig monster in the film, he felt somewhat emotional.

The fish demon was originally a very kind person, but because he saved a child, he was mistaken for a human trafficker by the villagers, and was beaten to death and thrown into the river.

Therefore, he turned from good to evil and became a monster, wreaking havoc on the fishing village.

Zhu Ganglie was ugly when he was alive, but he had a beautiful wife.

He loved his wife very much, but in the end, his wife killed him after having an affair with a handsome man.

After his death, he finally turned from love to hatred and turned into a demon due to his accumulated resentment.

So, he transformed himself into a handsome man and vowed to kill all the women in the world who admired handsome men.

The fish monster and the pig monster were both miserable people in their lifetime, but after they were resurrected from death they became evil monsters, which is really sad.

[But he didn't expect that halfway through his journey, he was captured by the Five Western Demons who came to the Central Plains to make a name for themselves.

Seeing that Miss Duan was also among the captured people, Xuanzang was very confused. He didn't understand how such a powerful exorcist could be defeated by just a few people.

Seeing that the five Western demons did not play by the rules, Xuanzang really didn't know how to respond.

Seeing that the five demons were about to attack again, Miss Duan lied that Xuanzang was her husband in an attempt to avoid questioning.

But the five demons were not fools, and they let the two of them have sex in the bridal chamber in front of them as proof.

Unable to bear Miss Duan being bullied, Xuanzang had no choice but to agree to spend the bridal chamber.

But it is easier said than done, and Xuanzang really couldn't bear to do it.

Seeing that Xuanzang was so hesitant, Miss Duan started directly and prepared to help Xuanzang undress.

Unexpectedly, the fake injury on his hand was exposed. At this time, Xuanzang finally realized that these people were in the same group.

It turns out that Miss Duan has fallen in love with Xuanzang since they joined forces to eliminate the demon last time.

So she wanted to start a family with Xuanzang and live a happy life together. But Xuanzang's ideal was not these little loves, but the great love in the world.

Seeing that Xuanzang was so stubborn, Miss Duan had no choice but to take him away by force.

In order to make Xuanzang fall in love with Miss Duan, the younger sister suggested that her elder sister should go for the ladylike route, which might get a good response.

But after trying several times, Miss Duan was unable to act like a lady.

Helplessly, the younger sister could only take out the obedient talisman, so that Miss Duan would do whatever she did.

Afterwards, Miss Duan came to the cell and interrupted Xuanzang who was relieving himself.

Unexpectedly, at this moment, an accident happened to my sister.

In this way, Xuanzang was beaten up by Miss Duan again.

When the obedient talisman on her body fell off, Miss Duan realized that something was wrong and fled in a hurry.

The talisman that didn't want to be obedient fell on Xuanzang, but the sister outside didn't know it and continued with the previous actions.

Xuanzang also followed suit, not wanting this eye-catching scene to be seen by his men who came in.

Seeing that Xuanzang was so shameless, the two men couldn't stand it anymore and beat Xuanzang up.

By the time the younger sister found out, it was too late. She was beaten up repeatedly within a day.

Xuanzang could no longer bear it and was about to leave, but Zhu Ganglie appeared at this time.

Several people immediately got on the chariot, activated the Iron Blood System, and prepared to compete with Zhu Ganglie.

However, several people still overestimated the strength of the chariot. In the head-on confrontation with Zhu Ganglie, the chariot was easily smashed and several people were all seriously injured.

Just when Zhu Ganglie was about to kill the few people, a tiger appeared next to him. It was the Exorcist's Five Elements Fist.

In just a few moves, he knocked Zhu Ganglie to the ground and kicked him away.

Just when Wu Xing Quan was about to go forward to give chase, he was blocked by Tian Can Jiao. It turned out that both of them came to compete for the title of the world's number one exorcist.

Seeing that Tian Canjiao was always picking on him, Wuxingquan immediately prepared to take action.

Unexpectedly, a flying sword attacked suddenly. Wuxing Fist turned around and saw that it was Master Kongxu who arrived.

Xuanzang scolded these people for possessing extraordinary martial arts but not knowing how to eliminate the pig monster earlier for the sake of the people of the world.

But you are competing for the first place here. You are not worthy of being an exorcist.

If you don't agree, there's no need to talk to each other; if you have different ideals, you can't work together.

Xuanzang was about to leave, and seeing this, Miss Duan wanted to leave with Xuanzang.

However, Xuanzang sternly refused and asked him to return the 300 nursery rhymes.

In front of so many people, Miss Duan wanted Xuanzang to save her some face.

Well, Miss Duan tore up all 300 nursery rhymes.

Xuanzang wanted to take action upon seeing this, but had to give up as the other side had more people.

Seeing that Xuanzang was such a waste, Miss Duan beat him up immediately and turned to throw herself into the arms of Mr. Kongxu. Only a true hero like him was worthy of her.

Her original intention was to provoke Xuanzang and make him jealous.

Unexpectedly, Xuanzang turned a blind eye to it and left without looking back.

Seeing that Xuanzang didn't care about her at all, Miss Duan left angrily.

In order to ease the embarrassment, Mr. Kongxu wanted to invite his sister to have a drink, but he didn't want to be rejected again, so he could only turn his attention to other people. 】

Xuanzang: Can't we just go on a journey to obtain Buddhist scriptures? Why do later generations have to add romance into the mix?

In his previous film "A Chinese Odyssey", he couldn't help but want to complain.

It would be fine if he just fought monsters on the way to the West to obtain Buddhist scriptures, but why is there also a love line for Sun Wukong?

In "Journey to the West", Tang Monk and his three disciples went through untold hardships and finally succeeded in obtaining the true scriptures. He still likes this story by Wu Chengen very much.

After all, after going through hardships and obstacles and finally overcoming numerous difficulties, the journey to obtain the scriptures was successful. This mythological story is positive and inspirational.

But in "A Chinese Odyssey", the image of the character of Tang Monk he played was not very good.

It was so long-winded that not only Guanyin Bodhisattva was annoyed, but even he was annoyed.

In the plot of "Journey to the West: Conquering the Demons", the director has to arrange some emotional scenes for him.

He was very curious. Wu Cheng'en's Journey to the West was a mythological novel that had nothing to do with love, so why did later generations insist on linking it to love when adapting it?
He also didn't know whether director Stephen Chow liked to add love elements, or whether love elements were common in later film and television dramas.

However, although the director arranged emotional scenes for Tang Seng, fortunately he respected the original work "Journey to the West" and finally let Tang Seng embark on the journey to the West to obtain Buddhist scriptures.

Although the plot has been going on so far, Miss Duan and the protagonist Xuanzang have been involved in an ongoing emotional entanglement.

But in the final development of the plot, the two of them did not have a ending, and the protagonist Xuanzang finally returned to the track of seeking Buddhist scriptures.

[After leaving the crowd, Xuanzang finally reached the Five Finger Mountain after several days of difficult walking.

But there was no tall Buddha statue in front of him except the dilapidated temple that his master had mentioned. This made Xuanzang wonder if his master was lying to him.

After searching everywhere in vain, Xuanzang could only wash his face to clear his mind.

Unexpectedly, he saw four words in the water: Mirror Flowers and Water Moon. He seemed to understand something.

So Xuanzang sat cross-legged in front of the dilapidated temple, closed his eyes and adjusted his mindset.

When he opened his eyes again, he was surprised to see the Buddha statue that his master had mentioned.

So he climbed to the top of the mountain and found a lotus field, and found a hole under the white lotus in the lotus pond.

When he entered the cave, he met a man who claimed to be Sun Wukong.

Having not seen a stranger for five hundred years, Sun Wukong was very enthusiastic towards Xuanzang, so enthusiastic that Xuanzang could hardly bear it.

After the excitement had finally subsided, Xuanzang wanted to tell Sun Wukong about the pig monster and asked him to help get rid of it.

Xuanzang was not stupid. As a Buddhist, he saw at a glance that this was the Buddha's suppression and seal of Sun Wukong, so he rejected Sun Wukong's kindness.

Seeing that being soft didn’t work, Sun Wukong suddenly changed his face and declared that he was the leader of the Thirteen Guardians of the Flower-Fruit Mountain.

Holding two machetes, he chopped from the Nantianmen Gate to Penglai East Road, back and forth for three days and three nights without blinking an eye.

Xuanzang obviously didn't understand what Sun Wukong meant, and was still curious whether his eyes would be dry after not blinking for such a long time.

This made Sun Wukong very angry, so he took out the sugarcane and tried to fight Xuanzang.

Who would have thought that the famous Sun Wukong could chop a sugarcane until his hand bled.

However, in order not to lose face, Sun Wukong asked Xuanzang to take out everything and smash them all.

But what Sun Wukong didn't expect was that Xuanzang actually took out a durian.

When Sun Wukong saw the durian, he immediately backed off and started to change the subject.

Unexpectedly, Xuanzang was so unreasonable and took the durian to Sun Wukong.

Sun Wukong could no longer bear Xuanzang's behavior and tried to break free from the Buddha's seal.

Unexpectedly, he was suppressed again and was severely whipped.

Sun Wukong was very confused at this time. Five hundred years had clearly passed and he had also reformed himself.

Why was the seal still there? Why did the Buddha still not believe in him? He didn't understand why.
"If you truly achieve enlightenment, the Buddha will know and he will not abandon you."

No matter how Xuanzang spoke, Sun Wukong was unwilling to help him.

After all, no one who has been trapped for five hundred years would have the energy to help others solve their problems.

But when Xuanzang took out the monkey's favorite banana, everything changed.

Sun Wukong told Xuanzang that if he wanted to subdue the pig demon, he must lure it here, otherwise he would not be able to help subdue it since he could not get out.

There is a very simple way to attract the pig demon. You just need to find a beautiful woman and dance in the moonlight to make the love letter that the pig demon wrote to his wife appear.

But now the most difficult question comes again, where to find beautiful women?

Just when Xuanzang was about to sacrifice himself, Miss Duan appeared.

Looking at the erotic scene between the two, Miss Duan knew that she had come at the wrong time.

After learning the method to subdue the pig demon, Miss Duan volunteered to take on the role of seducing the pig demon.

But Miss Duan only knew one kind of dance in her life, and not that kind of graceful dance.

So Sun Wukong began to teach on the spot and became Miss Duan's dance teacher.

Under Sun Wukong's excellent guidance, Miss Duan quickly learned the dance.

After learning the dance, Xuanzang took Miss Duan outside.

Looking at Miss Duan dancing in the moonlight, Xuanzang was stunned for a moment.

The pig demon was quickly attracted by Miss Duan's beautiful dance.

Just as he was about to attack the two, Sun Wukong's voice suddenly appeared.

Following the direction of the sound, the pig demon stuck its head into the cave.

When the pig demon saw Sun Wukong, he was so scared that he wanted to run away.

But facing the top demon Sun Wukong, how could he escape? He was dragged into the cave by Sun Wukong.

When Xuanzang and his companions entered the cave again, the pig demon had turned into a gentle little pig.

Miss Duan took out the demon-catching bag and turned the pig demon into a doll. She gave the two demons to Xuanzang and let him deal with it himself.

Then, Miss Duan took off the Wuding Flying Ring, turned it into a ring-sized piece and put it on Xuanzang's hand.

She wants to marry Xuanzang, and the ring represents her love for Xuanzang.

Xuanzang didn't want to do that and wanted to take off the ring.

But the ring had taken root into the flesh and could not be removed.

Seeing that there was no way to remove it, Xuanzang could only prepare to give up his finger.

Seeing that Xuanzang would rather give up his finger than love her, Miss Duan took off the ring, returned the three hundred nursery rhymes she had put together to Xuanzang, and then left sadly.

After finishing the matter with the pig demon, Xuanzang was ready to leave.

In a trance, he saw Miss Duan appear on the top of the mountain again, smiling at him.

But Miss Duan had already left and obviously would not appear again.

Perhaps Xuanzang realized at this moment that he had unknowingly fallen in love with Miss Duan. 】

Wu Cheng'en: Although this film is an adaptation of my "Journey to the West", I really like this adapted story.

In his "Journey to the West", the order in which Xuanzang accepted his disciples was Sun Wukong, Zhu Bajie, and Sha Seng.

But in this film, the order is just the opposite: fish monster, pig monster, and Sun Wukong.

He found that later generations still liked "Journey to the West" very much, otherwise so many film and television dramas would not have been filmed.

Naturally, he would be very happy to be loved by future generations. After all, being able to leave a good reputation through the ages is the greatest ideal of them, the literati.

In order to make "Journey to the West" more popular among future generations, he was thinking about whether he should add a love line to "Journey to the West".

He discovered that both "A Chinese Odyssey" and "Journey to the West: Conquering the Demons", two films adapted from "Journey to the West", have love lines.

This is enough to show that love lines are very important in later film and television dramas, otherwise emotional elements would not be added to the adapted novels of gods and demons.

Compared with the love lines that became popular in later generations, there is no love line in his "Journey to the West".

If we have to say there are some, Tang Seng and the Queen of the Kingdom of Women can be considered as such, but they are both very reserved.

So in order to make "Journey to the West" more famous, he felt it necessary to add a love line between Tang Monk and his three disciples.

[After hearing what Sun Wukong said, Xuanzang broke the lotus himself. He did not expect that his good intentions might lead to a bad outcome.

Looking at the burning lotus in his hand, Xuanzang knew that something was wrong.

A huge fireball flew out from the bottom of the cave, then landed in front of Xuanzang, grabbed Xuanzang and threw him away.

He waited until Xuanzang was about to fall to the ground before catching him. Looking at the person in front of him, Xuanzang was stunned.

"The lotus is the seal, and this is my true body. You helped me to unlock it, and I finally walked out of the control of the Buddha."

"You just walked out of the cave, but the Buddha is still there."

Hearing this, Sun Wukong looked up at the sky, which was covered with dark clouds.

He immediately shouted loudly, and the terrifying force actually dispersed the dark clouds.

Even Xuanzang was blown away by this terrifying force and spat out large mouthfuls of blood.

In order to fight against the great demon Sun Wukong, Xuanzang clasped his hands together and asked for Buddha's protection.

Unexpectedly, this action aroused the dissatisfaction of Sun Wukong, who immediately asked Xuanzang to put his hand down.

Unexpectedly, Xuanzang turned a deaf ear to him, which annoyed Sun Wukong, who started pulling Xuanzang's hair.

Although Xuanzang was in great pain, he still forced himself to put his hands together.

Although Xuanzang was eventually forced to shave his head, he put his hands together again.

Seeing that nothing he said was of any use, Sun Wukong was about to send Xuanzang to see the Buddha, but he didn't expect the three exorcists to arrive at this time.

Seeing that the three people looked down on him so much, Sun Wukong's anger level soared, but he didn't expect that these three people didn't realize it was a big deal.

The order of appearance was determined by rock-paper-scissors, and finally the Five Elements Fist was the first to be used.

But when he saw him performing the Tiger Form Fist to prepare for an attack, Sun Wukong didn't waste any time, he flew forward and bit the Five Elements Fist to death.

After all, it is a bit presumptuous to dare to play with wild beasts in front of a big monster like Sun Wukong.

After seeing that the Five Elements Fist failed, the Tiancan Kick began to attack.

He took off his coat, flew into the air and stood on the cliff.

Then he used his supernatural powers and his right Tiancan Foot instantly grew bigger. This scene shocked Sun Wukong.

Tiancan attacks Sun Wukong and then uses the Tiancan Kick to attack.

Under his extremely powerful Tiancan Kick, even Sun Wukong couldn't resist and was knocked away.

Then Tiancanjiao leaped forward, intending to crush Sun Wukong.

Unexpectedly, he was hit by Sun Wukong when he kicked down, and then Sun Wukong flew over and kicked Tiancan away.

In the face of Tiancanjiao's wailing, Master Kongxu did not say anything.

He opened his empty sword box and then attacked Sun Wukong with nine swords one after another.

Faced with the siege of nine swords, Sun Wukong could only dodge first.

While dodging, the sharpness of the nine swords chopped off Sun Wukong's purple gold crown.

This made Sun Wukong very angry. He took out his golden cudgel to fight against the nine swords and knocked all nine attacking swords away.

Seeing that he was no match for his opponent if they were separated, Master Kongxu increased his power and combined the nine swords into one giant sword.

Sun Wukong wanted to use his golden cudgel to resist again, but he didn't expect the giant sword to smash the golden cudgel directly.

If Sun Wukong did not have an indestructible body, he would have probably been captured by Master Kongxu.

Seeing that even his strongest attack was no match for Sun Wukong, Master Kongxu immediately wanted to beg for mercy.

Unexpectedly, Sun Wukong did not intend to let them go. With a roar, he turned them into ashes.

Then Sun Wukong came to Xuanzang and prepared to deal with him, but was repelled by Miss Duan who suddenly appeared.

After saying that, Miss Duan used the Wuding Flying Ring to start attacking, but unexpectedly it did not cause any harm to Sun Wukong.

Miss Duan immediately stepped forward and prepared for hand-to-hand combat, but the gap in strength between the two was too great, and she was quickly killed by Sun Wukong.

Watching his beloved die in front of him, Xuanzang was heartbroken. For the first time, he admitted his love for Miss Duan.

Just when he put the love ring on his hand and prepared to marry her, Sun Wukong threw Miss Duan into the air and turned her into particles with one palm.

Seeing Xuanzang suddenly become different, Sun Wukong was shocked and immediately moved away.

At this time, Xuanzang's whole body was shining with golden light, and the three hundred nursery rhymes in front of him had turned into the true scriptures of Vairocana Tathagata.

Knowing that Xuanzang must have a relationship with Tathagata, Sun Wukong immediately started attacking, but all his attacks were ineffective against Xuanzang.

At this time, Xuanzang began to recite the scriptures, rocks began to roll down, and the stone statue of Buddha suddenly stood up.

In order to relieve his five hundred years of hatred, Sun Wukong dodged the attack of the stone statue, flew to the top of the statue, and punched it, instantly shattering it.

At this time, Xuanzang was still reciting the scriptures. Suddenly, a larger Dharmakaya of Tathagata appeared outside the universe. The Dharmakaya stretched out its giant hand and pressed down towards Sun Wukong.

Seeing this, Sun Wukong no longer held back and revealed his true form, ready to use his real body to fight against Tathagata.

But he obviously underestimated the power of Tathagata. As the giant hand fell, Sun Wukong could only hold on with difficulty.

When Sun Wukong woke up again, he was already in a green area.

At this time, the demon in his heart had been eliminated, and Xuanzang also put the Wuding Flying Ring on his head.

Afterwards, Xuanzang took his three disciples to the West to worship Buddha and obtain Buddhist scriptures, intending to use the Mahayana Sutra to save the world from suffering.

After the film ended, many ordinary people from all dynasties discovered that the background music of "Journey to the West: Conquering the Demons" was the same as that of "A Chinese Odyssey".

In addition, both films were directed by the same director, which is enough to show that "Journey to the West: Conquering the Demons" and "A Chinese Odyssey" are inextricably linked.

It can even be said to be a continuation, but not a continuation of the plot, but a continuation of emotions.

"Journey to the West: Conquering the Demons" just continues the sentiment of "A Chinese Odyssey". It becomes clear when the two lines from the two movies are spliced together.

There was once a true love in front of me, but I didn't cherish it.

It is too late to regret until you lose something. This is the most painful thing in the world.

If God could give me another chance, I would tell that girl that I love you.

If I have to put a time limit on this love, I hope it would be ten thousand years.

This classic line from "A Chinese Odyssey" left a deep impression on many people, and there is also a line in "Journey to the West: Conquering the Demons" that has a similar effect.

Ten thousand years is too long, love me now.

It is precisely these emotional lines that make many ordinary people feel sad.

In "A Chinese Odyssey", Sun Wukong and Zixia ended up with regret, and this ending made them feel bad.

But in "Journey to the West: Conquering the Demons", Miss Duan eventually died tragically in front of Xuanzang, and the pair of lovers ended up regretfully again.

Although many people had guessed the tragic ending the moment Miss Duan fell in love with Xuanzang.

But the moment Miss Duan was beaten to ashes by Sun Wukong, they felt lost in their hearts as well.
