The next step is to make intense preparations for Shi Jintang to proclaim himself emperor and establish a dynasty.

The first thing to do is to establish the "Dayan Dynasty Preparatory Committee", which is responsible for various matters during the preparation period.

The third thing that the preparatory committee has to do is to build the altar of sacrifice and the Taimiao. After all, the dynasty emphasized "the ancestors on the left and the society on the right".

The Taimiao Temple is very simple, with three main halls. The main buildings in the temple are the Xiangdian (front hall), the dormitory hall (middle hall), and the Ancestral Temple (back hall).

The Sheji altar is also very simple, with five colored earth and a sacrificial temple mainly installed.

This ancient building replicates the shape of the ancient capital of the Far East as much as possible. The Ministry of Urban Construction has already stocked up on materials such as white marble stone and glazed tiles, so it is not difficult to build. The only difficulty is that the work needs to be done quickly.

Therefore, Fu Tong and Cai Jinzhang were added to the organizing committee. Fu Tong was responsible for recruiting and controlling construction workers and providing logistical services.

As for coordinating building materials, designing drawings, etc., people from the Ministry of Urban Development need to do it.

Sansa Bruce serves as the financial director of the organizing committee, and she reviews and allocates funds for various events.

The funding expenses of the Preparatory Committee shall be separately allocated from the national treasury and shall be calculated separately.

Cai Shaoji, Tie Lan and Stein were responsible for formulating the "Draft Constitution of the Dayan Dynasty" and then submitted it to the Central Parliament for review.

As for the special clothes for Shi Jintang to ascend the throne, they need to be specially designed, but they will not use oriental dragon robes and other clothes.

Instead, modern clothing shall prevail. The enthronement dress ordered by Shi Jintang is somewhat similar to the military uniform of the generalissimo of later generations.

Based on the "August 1st-style Chinese uniform", it is added with gold lace and tassel ribbons, and is also matched with a military cap. After all, the emperor also serves as the generalissimo of the three armed forces. When he ascended the throne, the emperor held a marshal's scepter in one hand and a ceremonial sword in the other.

Kelly's queen's uniform also needs to be specially designed. Her queen's tiara, as well as the uniforms of other royal members, all need to be designed separately.
