Chapter 187 Battle

Chapter 187 Battle
The drone went back and forth twice, and after bombing twice, the enemies in the Aotu Manor hid under the eaves and never came out again.

After seeing this situation through the drone, Captain Jack waved his hand, and two bulldozers on standby roared forward and rolled towards the manor.

However, before tearing down the manor wall, the bulldozer must first level the two trenches outside and create at least a few attack routes.

Amid the roar of the engine, a dozen riflemen with guns in hand followed not far behind the bulldozer. They were guarding the wall in front with guns in hand and smashed all the cameras on the wall to cover the construction machinery that was operating with the lights on.

If there were no interference, it would be very easy for two high-powered bulldozers to fill in two trenches that are 1.5 meters deep and 1 meter wide. It would only take ten minutes to complete the task and create at least two wide avenues.

The enemies in the Oto Manor also knew that they couldn't let the bulldozer run wild, so they started to act...

When the first trench was flattened to a width of seven or eight meters and they were preparing to attack the second trench, the volunteer riflemen guarding the side heard wailing.

"Help, help me, I can't move, I am willing to surrender!"

Captain Jack heard it, and he signaled the other volunteer riflemen to be on guard. He walked over and looked into the second trench over the bulldozer.

In the light of the bulldozer's headlights, Captain Jack saw a guy in sportswear lying inside, his body covered in blood. He was obviously an unlucky guy who was injured in the previous drone bombing and was left behind by his companions.

Seeing Captain Jack, the wounded man curled up in fear, then mustered up the courage to continue asking for help.

"Save me, I will tell you everything. I have been in the yard and I know what is going on inside."

Can you save people?

Captain Jack moved, his hand went to his thigh, and when he was about to pull out his pistol...

Captain Jack's walkie-talkie on his shoulder rang.

"Captain, please be careful! The enemies in the manor are trying to throw grenades out!"

He rolled backwards without thinking and hid behind the bulldozer in two or three steps.

Just as he left the spot, several grenades flew out from the wall in front, some fell on the ground and some fell into the trench.

The wounded soldier who was lying there waiting to die let out a crazy scream at this moment because a grenade fell next to him.

After a round of explosions, the unfortunate guy stopped howling.

It was an expected counterattack, but this round of grenade bombardment only injured two riflemen and did not completely kill them.

In addition, the two most important bulldozers did not suffer any damage. Thick steel plates protected the cab, engine, oil pipeline and other important parts. The shock waves and shrapnel caused by the grenade explosion had no effect on them.

As an engineering machine, the bulldozer is very durable. After being modified to be bulletproof, it basically ignores the shooting of ordinary light weapons. The bombing of a few offensive grenades cannot do anything to it.

So, after the grenade exploded, the two bulldozers ignored it and continued to move forward and backward, pushing the soil to fill the ditch.

Captain Jack did not order his men to fight back, he just led the riflemen to retreat a little further, then half-crouched on the ground, holding his rifle and watching the wall. As for the grenades thrown by the enemy?
It is a good thing that the enemy is willing to waste throwing weapons. It is better to let the steel-clad bulldozers be bombarded by grenades now than to let the infantry take over the grenades when attacking the manor later.

Hearing the engine noise still going on outside, the East Ukrainian veterans who had thrown three rounds of grenades knew that their actions were futile, so they stopped. Only one helmet peeked out furtively, trying to test the situation outside.

Unfortunately, the veteran who did this also forgot about the drone above his head, and his every move was exposed under the eyes of the drone pilot behind him.

After receiving the report, Captain Jack did not play any "Whack-a-Mole" game with him. Knowing that there was an enemy lying on the wall, he directly took out a grenade and threw it over, which fell behind the wall.

After an explosion, the helmet that was originally moving up and down seductively flew out.

Now, no one played tricks on Captain Jack.

It took the two bulldozers more than ten minutes to flatten the trench in one direction without any interference, and then the wall.

Before starting to push the wall, Captain Jack called over the riflemen and machine gunners in the back and set up two firing positions eighty meters behind the wall, a little behind the two bulldozers.

The firing positions were located on both sides and rear of the bulldozer, avoiding the back of the bulldozer to form cross-fire. The positions were stacked with temporary sandbags to form a shelter where soldiers could lie down. Squad machine guns and automatic rifles were set up at the back, ready to fire.

In the thermal imaging of the drone, we can see that many enemies are gathered in a Japanese building behind the wall. Obviously, they are ready to wait until the wall is knocked down so as to focus their fire on the bulldozer and the enemies behind it.

Coincidentally, Captain Jack thought so too.

"Throw smoke bombs!"

At the command of Captain Jack, three drones hovering at a distance of fifty meters released their homemade bomb tubes. Three smoke bombs fell straight down and landed behind the wall. In the slight explosion, the smoke quickly filled the five-meter space between the wall and the Japanese building.

As the smoke wall formed, the two bulldozers immediately roared forward and slammed into the wall.

Japanese buildings are very exquisite, and exquisiteness usually has nothing to do with solidity. The same is true for this two-and-a-half-meter-high manor wall. With a slight collision between two bulldozers standing side by side, the five- or six-meter-long wall collapsed inward in a mess.

As the wall fell back, the two bulldozers also immediately moved backwards. Then, dense gunfire rang out like firecrackers during the New Year. Bullets rained out from inside to outside, clanging on the bulldozer bucket and the steel plate outside the cab, and sparks flew everywhere.

At the same time, the two firing positions behind the bulldozer also opened fire. More and denser bullets bypassed the bulldozer and poured into the manor. The rain of bullets from inside was quickly weakened a lot.

Obviously, even with the protection of the bunker, the enemies behind the smoke were suppressed by the cross fire.

However, the US captain did not mind that the East Ukrainian veterans who were firing directly were suppressed, because in his battle plan, they were just bait to attract the enemy's firepower and attention.

A minor explosion suddenly occurred on the left and right sides of the bulldozer, behind the wall about 20 meters away. The wall quickly collapsed, revealing two gaps. Then several assault rifles appeared from the smoke, pointed at the bulldozer's cab, and opened fire.

Compared with ordinary assault rifles, the firing sounds of these assault rifles are duller, and the flames are longer and brighter. At the same time, when the bullets they fire land on the bulldozer armor, there are not only sparks, but also black bullet holes.

The crude armor welded outside the bulldozer's cab was pierced.
