Yet, all the gods of the Heavenly Court could sense the oppressive atmosphere within the nine layers of the Heavenly Palace.

"The Immortal Scroll grants immortality to all races."

"Our Heavenly Court has divine edicts and decrees, divided into five colors and eleven ranks: white, red, gold, blue, and purple, which are used to elevate all living beings in the world to Heaven."

"I am the Heavenly Emperor. The Heavenly Court can accommodate immortals, gods, demons, and Buddhas, and is not bound by any particular race or place. Therefore, it is as inclusive as the ocean, serving as the social order for all the heavens and the three realms."

"What is Kaiyuan's intention in establishing this Ninefold Immortal Path Register?"

The Golden Palace Heavenly Emperor's voice was very calm, but the four Great Emperors, the various emperors, the Sun and Moon Lords, and all the gods could hear the anger in his words.

What is the purpose of the Eastern Heavenly Daoists establishing the Ninefold Precious Register?

It's obvious to anyone with eyes that the Eastern Heavenly Daoist Clan intends to establish a separate Celestial Court outside of the Heavenly Court. After all, they've already put out the precious talismans and celestial ranks, and declared that they teach without discrimination and that all races can become immortals. Isn't this clearly a challenge to the Heavenly Court?

But even if they know it, who would dare to say it to the face of the Heavenly Emperor of the Golden Palace?

"Although the Eastern Heaven previously had two Celestial Venerables, they had always maintained good relations with the Heavenly Court and were nominally under its jurisdiction. How come now..."

Yes, wasn't the Eastern Heaven always peaceful and inactive before? It was harmonious with both the Heavenly Court and the Buddhist sects in the Western Heaven. Why has it suddenly changed today?

“Previously, my Eastern Heaven only had two Heavenly Venerables, which could barely maintain a balance with the Heavenly Court and the Western Heaven. After all, the Emperor of the Heavenly Court and the Buddha of the Western Heaven were more advanced in their cultivation than my two Heavenly Venerables.”

"But now, my Eastern Heavenly Venerable Qingyan and Venerable Mingyang have been stable in the Realm of True Yang for nearly two thousand years, and their realms have long been stable. Now, Venerable Kaiyuan has also ascended to the Realm of True Yang and taken the True Yang Dao Fruit."

“Our Eastern Heavenly Daoist School now has three Heavenly Venerables, and we also possess the fortune of the Nine Realms of the Mysterious Gate, plus the two great helpers of Chixiao and Yaochi. Before, we could not compare with the Heavenly Court and the Buddhist Sect and could only compromise. Now that the Kaiyuan Heavenly Venerable has attained the position of Dao Master, we still have to compromise. Hasn’t the Kaiyuan Heavenly Venerable attained the True Yang Fruit position for nothing?”

Within the territory of Tongtian Tianhe, Mingxian, who had just received a reward, was in high spirits.

He is the eldest disciple of the Ming generation in the Tianhe Dao Sect. He witnessed the difficult period that the Tianhe Dao Sect went through and was also a direct disciple who fought alongside Kaiyuan Tianzun in the Tianyuan Realm.

Previously, the Eastern Heavenly Daoist School claimed that the Mountain and River Daoist School was of the same lineage, but when faced with Penglai and Qinghua, the Heavenly River Daoist School always felt somewhat inferior.

After all, Penglai, Qinghua, and Tianhe were all on the same level at the beginning. Tianhe Dao Sect was even the strongest and could fight against a whole world by itself.

However, as the main force of the Tianhe Dao Sect became deeply entangled in the Tianyuan Realm, the war in the Tianyuan Realm turned into a quagmire. With the Heavenly Venerable presiding over it, the Heavenly River Dao Sect is the true pillar of the Eastern Heaven and one of the three driving forces of the Mountain and River Dao Sect.

At present, the disciples of Tianhe Dao Sect are all standing tall and proud, feeling full of vigor. Their previous gloom has been swept away, and they are acting more generously.

After Kaiyuan Tianzun attained the true Yang of the Dao, he did not preach for a hundred years and generously rewarded his disciples from various sects.

Not to mention the immortal lords and true lords from Penglai, Qinghua, Chixiao, and Yaochi who participated in the battle, even the immortal sects and clans under the Five Directions Dao Sects received almost double the rewards.

As for a large number of those who took the lead in fighting alongside the Eastern Heaven Daoists, such as the Three Star Immortal Sect of Naluo Realm, the Mountain and Sea Immortal Palace of Dongyu Realm, the Linghai Immortal Sect of Linghe Realm, the Ziyun Immortal Sect of Shangzi Realm, the Nanji Immortal Palace of Nanhua Realm, and the Yueshan Immortal Sect of Beihai Realm, the Kaiyuan Heavenly Venerable bestowed upon them the talisman seeds of the Shangqing Dongxuan Treasure Register.

With the seed of the Shangqing Dongxuan Treasure Record, these immortal sects and clans can promote talents within their own sphere of influence. Moreover, with this seed, it is equivalent to these immortal sects and clans being able to reliably produce a Mahayana Immortal Lord.

This provides the greatest guarantee for these immortal sects and clans, almost ensuring that their status in their respective worlds can continue along with the Eastern Heavenly Daoist School.

Other immortal sects and clans, as well as Buddhist and demonic forces, also received their own rewards.

Of course, the Eastern Heavenly Daoists and Chixiao and Yaochi bestowed the most and the best rewards.

The True Lords of Qinghua Dao Sect bestowed gifts upon the sect incessantly, giving away rare and precious materials, magical treasures, immortal talismans, and various fruit positions almost for free.

The same applies to the Penglai Dao Sect. Taking Lin Fan as an example, Lin Fan obtained enough resources to be used up to the Integration Realm. In addition, there was a large amount of pure Yang spiritual materials specifically for Lin Fan's Fiery Yang Body. Lin Fan even obtained a Celestial Talisman, which allowed him to follow True Monarch Yuan Yi and become an assistant to a Sun Star.

Indeed, as the main True Lord of Penglai Dao Sect in the battles of the Nine Provinces, Yuan Yi True Lord, who had been immersed in the Five Tribulations Dao Cultivation for a long time, received the Immortal Talisman and Fruit Position bestowed by Kaiyuan Heavenly Venerable, and entered the Sun Star with the Five Tribulations Dao Cultivation, serving as one of the Sun Lords.

Among the star officials of the Three Realms, none are more noble than the sun and moon.

Even though the positions of the Sun, Moon and Star Lords are not particularly precious as the eight Great Thousand Worlds merge into the Three Realms, they are still not positions that ordinary Mahayana practitioners can hold.

Yuan Yi Zhenjun, with his five kalpas of cultivation, was in charge of a sun star. In a sense, this was an opportunity given to Yuan Yi Zhenjun by Kaiyuan Tianzun, allowing him to perform magic on the sun star and accumulate enough foundation for his breakthrough to the Pure Yang realm.

After all, with the immense fortune and resources accumulated by the Eastern Heavenly Daoist School, it is enough to produce another batch of Pure Yang Daoist Lords.

Meanwhile, a large number of Five Tribulation True Lords, who had made great contributions in the Nine Provinces Realm and whose fortunes were at their peak, such as Hongyi True Lord of Qinghua, Xiaoyuan True Lord of Chixiao, and Zhaozhen True Lord of Tianhe, also obtained good positions. The positions of Sun Lord and Moon Lord were given away by Kaiyuan Heavenly Venerable without any expense.

Xiaoyuan Zhenjun obtained the position of Sun Lord, Hongyi Zhenjun obtained the position of Heavenly Official, Zhaozhen Zhenjun obtained the position of Star Assistant Official, and Yaochi family obtained the positions of three Moon Lords, while the position of Moon and Star Assistant Official was decided by Yaochi family itself.

As for Lingwei, Lingyu, Xuanyi, Xuanxin, Mingxian, Mingfang, Xuyuanzi, Yuejian Fairy, Suqin Fairy, and others, they were all granted official positions. It can be said that the failure of the Seven Sects of Xuanmen has allowed everyone in the Eastern Heaven Daoist community to make a living.

Compared to the others, Jiang Sheng, who performed exceptionally well and made a great name for himself during this Xuanmen calamity, did not receive any official rank. Kaiyuan Tianzun did not even bestow upon him a celestial register.

However, there were so many immortals from all over the Heavenly River Realm this time, and the Heavenly Venerable's rewards had been going on for almost a year. It was not noticeable whether Jiang Sheng received any rewards while he was mixed in with the crowd, and those who noticed this tacitly did not mention it.

With the rewards bestowed upon all the immortals and immortals, the Eastern Heavenly Daoist community was filled with joy and celebration. In places like the Chixiao Daoist Sect in the Cangwu Realm and the Yaochi Holy Land in the Kunlun Realm, while a large number of True Monarch disciples received their rewards, the Kaiyuan Heavenly Venerable personally assured the Chixiao Daoist Lord and the Golden Mother Yuanjun that they would be allowed to lead their respective Great Thousand Worlds into the Three Realms, thus ensuring that the fortunes of the two Daoist Lords, the Chixiao Daoist Sect, and the Yaochi Holy Land would remain unchanged.

At the same time, the three Celestial Venerables will strive to secure the Heavenly and Earthly Fruit positions for the soon-to-be-born Chixiao Daojun and Jinmu Yuanjun.

Now is the age of great prosperity for the Xuanmen (Taoist sect). All realms of the Xuanmen have merged into the Three Realms. Naturally, a large number of the newly created Heavenly and Earthly Fruits will fall into the hands of the Eastern Heavenly Daoist sect. What Kaiyuan Tianzun (the Heavenly Venerable of the Origin) intends to do now is to seize Heavenly and Earthly Fruits from the Heavenly Court and the Western Heavenly Buddhist sect in addition to the originally predetermined share.

As I said before, the Eastern Heavenly Daoist School only had Qingyan Heavenly Venerable and Mingyang Heavenly Venerable before, which was barely enough to contend with the Heavenly Court and Buddhism. But now the Eastern Heavenly School has three Heavenly Venerables. If they are still as harmonious as before, then wouldn't Kaiyuan Heavenly Venerable have broken through to the next realm in vain?
After the grand feast, the disciples of the Crimson Cloud Dao Sect and the Jade Pool Holy Land left the Three Realms in high spirits, preparing to merge the Cangwu Realm and the Kunlun Realm into the Three Realms Great Thousand World. The Eastern Heaven Dao Family had already prepared places for the Crimson Cloud Dao Sect and the Jade Pool Holy Land, just waiting for their arrival.

Meanwhile, the disciples of the Tianhe Dao Sect moved their sect from the Southern Continent back to the East, preparing to settle down in the new continent.

The six realms of Tianyuan Realm, Huayang Realm, Jiuzhou Realm, Xuanhuang Realm, Xuanhu Realm, and Jiushi Realm have been reorganized. The three Heavenly Venerables personally intervened to re-integrate the seven realms, transforming them into Dongtian Huazhou, Dong Jiuxuanzhou, and Dong Xuanshizhou.

Due to special circumstances, and because both the divine system and the immortal register system needed the Mountain and Sea Realm to provide services, the three Heavenly Venerables decided to merge the Mountain and Sea Realm with the original Eastern Spirit Hua Continent, Small Earth Xuan Continent, and other continents to create a new continent called Eastern Mountain and Sea Continent.

Because Xiangyu Xianjun had made meritorious contributions in stabilizing the situation and fortune in the Mountain and Sea Realm after Jiang Sheng left, Kaiyuan Tianzun first bestowed upon him an immortal title and position, making him the Eastern Heavenly Protector Xuanji Dongyang Emperor, presiding over a sun star, and granting him the Mahayana position.

After Immortal Lord Xiangyu uses the power of the sun and stars to cleanse his aura and stabilize his foundation as an immortal, the three Heavenly Venerables will reshape his physical body and provide him with a new Mahayana position in Dongshan Haizhou or Dong Jiuxuanzhou.

Because of his meritorious service in participating in the Xuanmen Calamity in the Nine Provinces Realm, and because Dongling Huazhou no longer exists, the Heavenly Venerable specially permitted Huaguang Immortal Lord to establish a Daoist temple in Dongshan Haizhou, and to be the Dongtian Lingxian Shanhai Huaguang Emperor of Dongshan Haizhou.

Because the Left Divine Realm was too damaged, the three Celestial Venerables decided to directly merge it into the Eastern Continent, and together with many smaller continents, form a new Eastern Continent, which was named the Eastern Victory Divine Continent.

The mandate to defeat the gods was determined by the Heavenly Venerable Kaiyuan, with the intention of surpassing the divine path and also to covet the Heavenly Court.

For a time, as the Eastern Heavenly Daoists reorganized the various realms and divided the five continents of the East, the Qi within the Three Realms was in turmoil, and the thoughts of each faction were uncertain. Heavenly Court, Nine Heavens Palace, Dou Niu Palace, Lingxiao Hall.

"Eastern Divine Continent!"

"What a great name! What a boastful tone!"

"Since he attained the position of Master of the Dao and obtained the Heavenly Venerable status during the Kaiyuan era, his aura has truly become stronger day by day, and he has become increasingly extraordinary."

The Golden Emperor coldly gazed at the bustling scene in the east, sensing the immense fortune emanating from the eastern heavens, his expression growing increasingly indifferent.

"My beloved minister, Qiongyun."

Qiongyun Daojun calmly stepped forward: "Your Majesty."

The Golden Palace Heavenly Emperor said, "The Cloud Realm should be incorporated into the Three Realms."

Lord Qiongyun had long known this day would come, so he appeared remarkably calm: "Your subject obeys the decree."

Immediately afterwards, the Golden Palace Heavenly Emperor looked at a Bodhisattva on the side.

Among the celestial beings and gods of Heaven, this Bodhisattva stood out from the crowd. She was serene and elegant, with a kind face and gentle eyes. She was silent and did not argue, as if she were detached from worldly affairs.

However, all the immortals and gods in the Heavenly Court knew this person as the Bodhisattva of Pure Lotus Radiance, one of the two great Bodhisattvas of the Lesser Light Realm.

But then the Heavenly Emperor of the Golden Palace said, "Pure Lotus Bodhisattva."

The Pure Lotus Bodhisattva stepped forward and said, "This humble nun is here."

The Golden Palace Heavenly Emperor calmly said, "The Lesser Light Realm should also be incorporated into the Three Realms Great Thousand Worlds."

"I intend to tear apart the current Southern Continent, with the Xiaoyun Realm filling the gap left by the Tianhe Dao Sect to form a new Southern Continent; while the Shaoguang Realm will remain in the South Sea as a tranquil place."

"When the Lesser Light Realm merges into the Three Realms, I will personally bestow titles upon Pure Lotus Bodhisattva as the Buddha Elder of the South and Bright Light Bodhisattva as the Buddha Elder of the West."

The celestial beings of Heaven gasped. Two of the Four Emperors and Five Elders had been given away at once. His Majesty was truly enraged.

That's not all. The Golden Palace Heavenly Emperor then looked at Qiongyun Daojun: "The merging of the Xiaoyun Realm into the Three Realms and its integration with the Southern Continent will require your assistance, my dear minister."

"On the day of your success, my beloved minister shall be the Southern Emperor, and I hereby authorize the Great Emperor of Longevity of the Clouds!"

Qiongyun Daojun's heart stirred, but his expression remained calm: "Your subject obeys."

After bestowing three of the four imperial and five elder positions upon the Golden Emperor, he glanced around and murmured a few words to the Pure Lotus Bodhisattva.

The Pure Lotus Bodhisattva understood.

The following day, Bodhisattva Jinglian personally went to the Western Regions to visit the Dalingyin Temple.

The Dalingyin Temple attached great importance to the arrival of Bodhisattva Jinglian. Bodhisattva Mingxian personally welcomed him, and then Buddha Jinjue personally held a Dharma assembly.

After a grand Buddhist feast, Buddha Jinjue smiled and said, "I am very pleased that Bodhisattva Jinglian has come."

"I've heard that His Majesty intends to host a banquet for immortals and gods at the Dou Niu Palace's Pi Xiang Hall on the occasion of the two-thousandth anniversary of the Three Realms. If this old monk were to attend, would I be offered a cup of wine?"

The Pure Lotus Bodhisattva bowed and said, "If the Buddha wishes to go to the Heavenly Court, His Majesty will surely welcome him with open arms and treat him to a seat on the left."

Left seat?

Those are usually the positions of the two Heavenly Venerables in the east; Jin Jue can usually only sit on the right side in the Heavenly Court.

Leaving aside the fact that immortals and gods are all one family, the power of the East is stronger than that of the West, yet today the Heavenly Court is treating them with the left seat, clearly provoked by the Eastern Heaven.

Buddha Jinjue nodded in satisfaction, then dismissed all the Bodhisattvas and Arhats and spoke privately with Bodhisattva Jinglian.

"Fellow Daoist Jinglian, speak frankly. What is His Majesty's purpose in inviting this old monk to the Heavenly Court and placing him in the left seat?"

The Pure Lotus Bodhisattva said, "His Majesty has decreed that Daoist Qiongyun be appointed as the Southern Emperor, the Great Emperor of Longevity of the Clouds."

"At the same time, this humble nun is a Buddhist master from the South, and fellow Daoist Mingguang is a Buddhist master from the West."

Golden Jue Buddha's expression remained unchanged. As one of the Four Emperors and two of the Five Elders, His Majesty of the Heavenly Court was naturally full of charisma. However, whether it was Qiongyun Daojun or the Pure Lotus Bodhisattva in front of him, they would follow the Heavenly Court in the future, and their relationship with the West was not significant.

Pure Lotus Bodhisattva continued, "His Majesty also said that the Western Emperor among the Four Emperors would be chosen by the Buddha, and one of the Five Elders would also be reserved for the Buddha."

"At the same time, His Majesty allows Buddhism to enter the Central and Southern Continents, while the Northern and Eastern Continents will depend on the Buddha's abilities."

"In addition, during the great calamity of Buddhism, His Majesty promised to provide the Buddha with certain assistance."

Allowing the spread of Buddhism to the Central and Southern Continents is just a small benefit granted by the Heavenly Court; it's nothing special.

As for the demons in the Northern Continent, it goes without saying that it's not easy to snatch fortune and merit from those great demon saints. And as for the five continents in the east, it goes without saying that they are not worth mentioning either.

However, the promise of one fruit position each for the Four Emperors and Five Elders by the Golden Palace Heavenly Emperor greatly tempted Buddha Jinjue. After all, in Buddha Jinjue's original plan, he could only get one of the Four Emperors and Five Elders. Given the current powerful stance of the Eastern Heavenly Daoist School, it would be perfectly normal for the Four Emperors to take half and the Five Elders to take three. But now that the Heavenly Court was willing to help him fight for a Dao-holding fruit position, Buddha Jinjue could not help but be tempted.

Beyond this position, the last words of Pure Lotus Bodhisattva struck a chord with Buddha Golden Awakening.

This is a major calamity for Buddhism; it will not be easy for them.

Since the three schools of immortals, gods, and Buddhas established the order of the universe and created the Three Realms, fortune has been converging on these three schools, and each of them will surely have its own prosperous era.

The current strength of the Eastern Heaven is enough to know how much fortune and merit the Xuanmen Calamity brought to the Eastern Heaven.

However, we cannot judge a book by its cover. During the Great Calamity of the Xuanmen, seven Xuanmen Daoist sects, two side sect holy lands, and two demon royal courts successively entered the fray. Dozens of Pure Yang warriors fought fiercely, and over a hundred years, immortals fell like rain. Nearly half of the Pure Yang warriors were killed or wounded. Such a brutal battle truly shocked Buddha Jinjue.

The Western Buddhist sect doesn't have the resources of the Eastern Taoist sect to withstand such heavy casualties.

The Eastern Heaven Daoist School's confidence in its bloody purge of the Xuanmen Nine Realms and its attempt to reshape the orthodox order stemmed from its backing. Furthermore, it had the support of the Chixiao Daoist Sect and the Yaochi Holy Land, as well as the Demon Emperor Palace, the Golden Zen Temple, and the Heavenly Dragon Temple, who successively deployed fourteen Pure Yang Dao Lords.

However, if the Buddhist sect were to undergo a similar ordeal, it would inevitably suffer severe damage.

The Lesser Light Realm has already been submitted to the Heavenly Court; the Floating Pagoda Realm has agreed to merge; the Lotus Sutra Realm and the True Suchness Realm are wavering; and the Brahma Realm, the Secret Realm, and the Precious Image Realm are stubbornly resisting.
Thinking about the various troubles within the Buddhist community, Buddha Jinjue sighed, "What does Your Majesty need this old monk for?"

The Pure Lotus Bodhisattva said, "Your Majesty hopes that when the Cloud Realm and the Lesser Light Realm are merged into the Three Realms, the Floating Pagoda Realm can also be merged into the Three Realms at the same time."

"The position that Buddha promised to that Bodhisattva in the Buddhist realm will come from one of the Four Emperors and Five Elders promised by His Majesty."

The Buddha Jinjue was awe-inspiring. The simultaneous merging of the Xiaoyun Realm, Shaoguang Realm, and Futu Realm into the Three Realms would inevitably bring a certain boost to the fortunes of the Heavenly Court and Buddhism. Although it might not be able to compete with the Eastern Heavenly Daoist School, it would at least give them room to retaliate.

Furthermore, with the merging of various realms of the Xuanmen into the Three Realms, the Three Realms have become increasingly well-established. By the crucial juncture of two thousand years ago, the first batch of Heaven and Earth Fruits must have already been formed.

After pondering for a moment, Buddha Jinjue nodded: "If Your Majesty were to treat me with such courtesy, it would be disrespectful of this old monk to refuse."
