Ye Wenshu was taken aback at first, then realized what he meant: "Heh, he deliberately went into seclusion, ignoring all the demons and monsters causing trouble in the Three Realms and Four Directions, using the chaos in the four directions to highlight his noble status as the ruler of Heavenly Laws and Punishments."

"He has been a loyal minister who has served His Majesty for over ten thousand years. How could the Divine Firmament Emperor be so unwise?"

Ye Wenshu clearly saw Shenxiao Emperor's actions. Shenxiao Emperor not only wanted to compete for the position of Judicial Heavenly Lord, but also wanted to highlight his own importance and his two thousand years of hard work and great achievements in governing the laws of the Three Realms.

Therefore, the Divine Emperor of Shenxiao intentionally allowed demons and monsters to run rampant in all directions, planning to use a hundred years of chaos in the human world to prove that the Three Realms and the Great Thousand Worlds could not do without him. The reason is that the Divine Emperor of the Firmament harbors resentment towards the Golden Emperor of the Heavenly Realm, but dares not show it. The source of his resentment lies in the fact that from the Panfeng Realm to the present Three Realms, the Divine Emperor of the Firmament has always been in charge of the laws for the Golden Emperor of the Heavenly Realm. Ye Wenshu solemnly accepted the imperial decree and immediately rushed to the Southern Heavenly Palace.

Zhongqian World, Southern Red Realm.

A deity in brocade robes and a jade crown has stood in the divine palace for an unknown period of time.

He is the great god of the Southern Crimson Realm and the current ruler of the Southern Crimson Realm. All beings of the Southern Crimson Realm bestow upon him the title: Southern Crimson Glazed Yuan Emperor.

Emperor Liuyuan, holding the highest position of Mahayana, has only ruled the Southern Crimson Realm for two thousand years.

In the last great calamity of ten thousand years in the myriad realms, the previous ruler of the Southern Crimson Realm, Emperor Nan Chi Xiao Yuan, perished. Liu Yuan, having obtained the Southern Crimson Heavenly Fortune and following the will of Heaven, spent three thousand years finally attaining the Mahayana position, becoming the only Mahayana Emperor of the Southern Crimson Realm and ruling over the Southern Crimson.

That world was vast and boundless, many times larger than the Buzhou Realm known to Emperor Liuyuan. It was a boundless place with countless opportunities and rare treasures, as well as an incomparably powerful Heavenly Court.

Within that realm, Emperor Liuyuan saw hope for the future. In the depths of his mind, Emperor Liuyuan had a realization: as long as he reached that unprecedented realm, he could continue his path instead of stopping at the Mahayana realm.

"Your Majesty, do you really intend to leave the Southern Crimson Realm?"

A gentle female voice rang out beside Emperor Liuyuan. It belonged to a beautiful and dignified goddess who had admired Emperor Liuyuan for an unknown period of time, but Emperor Liuyuan had little interest in love.

Emperor Liuyuan nodded, gazing at the mountains, rivers, and seas of the Southern Crimson Realm, and said in a deep voice, "In the Southern Crimson Realm, I have nowhere left to go."

"In the path of cultivation, one either progresses or regresses. Moreover, I have already done what the Southern Crimson Realm asked me to do. Now that the Southern Crimson Realm is in balance and all living beings are safe, I can leave with peace of mind to pursue my own path."

The goddess asked in bewilderment, "Having reached the Great Ascension stage of cultivation, which is already the limit, what lies ahead?"

Emperor Liuyuan suddenly smiled: "Before, I also thought that Mahayana was the limit, but in my hazy state, I realized how vast the world is and how boundless the heavens are."

"The Mahayana path is far from the limit; there is still a path beyond the Mahayana, which leads to Pure Yang!"

The goddess was astonished: "Pure Yang?!"

Emperor Liuyuan turned to look at the goddess: "I know your feelings, but I have no love in my heart. My only purpose in this life is the Great Dao."

"Now I intend to leave the Southern Crimson Realm and pursue the Great Dao in a wider world. I have no attachment to the so-called position of the Southern Crimson Emperor."

"If you desire it, I can relinquish the throne to you."

The goddess smiled, and for a moment the world paled in comparison: "What if I wish to go with you to that new world?" Emperor Liuyuan was stunned. After a long while, Emperor Liuyuan said, "Then I will take you with me."

"With my methods, even in a new world, there will be few who can rival me, and I can protect you from harm."

A few days later, Emperor Liuyuan summoned all the gods of the Southern Crimson Realm and told them of his plan to leave. Then, disregarding the objections of the gods, he insisted on leaving with the goddess.

Emperor Liuyuan did not carry many of the rare treasures of the Southern Crimson Realm, as he did not wish to have too many karmic entanglements with the Southern Crimson Realm. He only carried a few of his own magical treasures, and then left the Southern Crimson Realm on the celestial palanquin that the gods of the Southern Crimson Realm had made for him when he ascended to the position of Mahayana Emperor, heading straight for that new world in the darkness.

Although this was not Emperor Liuyuan's first time entering the Chaotic Universe, this time he discovered many new and interesting things and saw many immortals and great demons from the Upper Three Realms walking in the Chaos.

After communicating with a divine ruler, Emperor Liuyuan learned the most eye-catching news in the chaotic universe: the Golden Palace Heavenly Emperor was recruiting talented people from all the heavens and myriad realms, awaiting the arrival of a high-ranking official.

The Supreme Ruler of Justice!

This immediately caught the eye of Emperor Liuyuan. In his mind's eye, Emperor Liuyuan felt that the position of the Heavenly Lord of Justice was prepared for him, and the Dharma assembly for vying for the position was the best start for him in the Three Realms!
Emperor Liuyuan does not believe in any underhanded methods or pretending to be weak to take advantage of others. If he does not show his strength when entering a brand new world, wouldn't he be bullied?

He has the power and the magic weapon, so he disdains sneaky tactics.

Following the group of immortals and gods who traveled to the Three Realms, Emperor Liuyuan finally witnessed the vastness of the Three Realms.

It was a vast world stretching across the center of the chaotic universe, boundless and immense. Even though it was still a long way from the Three Realms and the Great Thousand Worlds, the radiance of the Three Realms and the Great Thousand Worlds still shone down, filling Emperor Liuyuan's divine sense and vision.

Its grandeur and vastness are beyond description, as if the Three Realms and the Great Thousand Worlds are the only universe in the primordial chaos.

“Fellow Daoist Liuyuan, for us foreign immortals and gods, the best entrance to the Three Realms is the Southern Heavenly Divine Palace.”

"His Majesty the Heavenly Emperor deeply felt that it was inconvenient for immortals and gods from all sides to enter the Three Realms, so he specially opened up four Heavenly Palaces outside the Three Realms for us to enter and exit. Among them, the Eastern Heavenly Palace is mostly frequented by the immortals and gods of the Eastern Heavenly Taoism; the Western Heavenly Palace is for the bodhisattvas of the Western Heavenly Buddhism; and the Southern Heavenly Palace is where we, the gods and gods, and the wandering immortals of the unorthodox sects, come and go."

Within the Heavenly Gate and Palace Walls were pavilions, towers, halls, and palaces. This palace stood beyond the Three Realms, stretching for millions of miles, truly vast and boundless, as if it were an independent realm.

One can see rainbow-colored paths disappearing into the chaos, guiding wandering immortals, gods, demons, and monsters from all directions; one can see incomparably powerful gods standing on both sides, maintaining order.

Clearly, this magnificent and splendid divine palace, which seems to exist in its own independent realm, is merely a gateway placed outside the Three Realms.

As soon as Emperor Liuyuan stepped onto the Rainbow Light Road, he felt that time and space were different. Originally, he was still a long way from the Southern Heavenly Palace, which would have taken at least several more months. However, on the Rainbow Light Road, the time he spent was shortened by an unknown amount. In just a few days, he crossed the vast chaotic void and arrived in front of the Southern Heavenly Palace.

Looking at the long queues outside the Southern Heavenly Palace, and the orderly lines of immortals and gods from all sides, including the Mahayana Immortal Lords, Emperors, and powerful Demon Lords and Arhats, Emperor Liuyuan's original ambitions inevitably wavered, but he was more excited: there were so many beings of the same realm, the Three Realms were indeed unique!

The official who was checking his identity stared at Emperor Liuyuan for a moment, then smiled and said, "So it is Emperor Liuyuan of the Southern Crimson Realm in person. Her Highness Xuan Nu has been waiting for you in the Divine Palace for a long time. Please come in."

Princess Xuan Nu?

Emperor Liuyuan was somewhat taken aback, wondering why the unfamiliar Princess Xuan Nu was waiting for him.

However, many envious glances were cast from the surrounding crowd upon hearing this, clearly indicating that the Princess Xuan Nu's status was extraordinary.

Soon, Emperor Liuyuan met the legendary Princess Xuan Nu, a female cultivator of the Divine Path with the aura of the Integration Realm. Emperor Liuyuan sensed the vast and majestic aura emanating from the golden jade decree, as if he were seeing a great being sitting on a throne, ruling over all the heavens and myriad realms, and in charge of the chaotic universe.

That being, with just a fleeting glance, seemed to know one's past and present lives, to know everything about oneself; no secret could escape those vast, indifferent eyes.

At this moment, Emperor Liuyuan, the ruler of the Southern Crimson Realm, finally understood what it meant to be the Supreme Heavenly Emperor and what it meant to be above the Great Vehicle.
Having suppressed all his pride and ambition, Emperor Liuyuan bowed respectfully to receive the imperial decree: "This humble god Liuyuan receives the decree of the Heavenly Emperor."

Although Emperor Liuyuan had already left with Ye Wenshu, the commotion they caused still had lingering effects. The Heavenly Emperor's decree had manifested in the Southern Heavenly Palace, which had become a topic of conversation for many immortals and gods for a lifetime. Even though the Heavenly Emperor's decree had disappeared for an unknown period of time, the immortals and gods waiting in line outside the Southern Heavenly Palace were still talking about it endlessly.

Among the queuing crowd, a handsome celestial demon, over ten feet tall with two horns on his head, held his beautiful concubine and listened thoughtfully to the discussions of the people around him.

"A Mahayana practitioner from a middle-thousand-world system actually attracted the Heavenly Emperor's summons."
