Chapter 137: Furuya Rei

After the argument failed, Zhijing simply began to carefully tidy up his mask, saying as he did so:
"Kudou-kun, you also broke the law by helping me hack into the public art museum's surveillance."

Conan rolled his eyes at her, but he wasn't angry. He just asked, "I know you have bad intentions in asking me to come and help you. Tell me, what do you want me to do next?"

This question inexplicably brought about a series of silences. After a long silence, Zhi Jing closed her eyes and answered:
"Now I want you to come home."

what?
Conan stood up suddenly: "You just said that it would be helpful to bring me along?"

"The people who want to protect you are here. You can leave now. Even if you only have a few scratches, I will feel guilty in front of Mrs. Kudo."

Zhijing stood up, picked up Conan with one hand, who didn't have time to retreat, and walked out of the monitoring room.

One of her shoulders was seriously injured and it hadn't healed after so long. Conan really couldn't imagine how she could fight against those organizations.

Zhijing didn't give him a chance to speak and said directly:
"Kudou-kun, you are not young anymore. You have to know when you are causing trouble for others."

"I don't want to take you with me. It has something to do with not wanting to hurt you, and I don't want to put your family behind you in danger."

"By the way, tell your father that the new series about the Duke of Darkness is very interesting. We can have a good chat about it next time we meet."

See you next time?

"Wait a minute..."

When Conan looked up, he found that the watch on his hand appeared in Zhijing's hand at some point, and the watch cover was open. The needle that had been shot at Mouri Kogoro countless times finally shot into his neck.

This thing is useful, I'll steal a few more next time.

Zhi Jing looked at Conan who had fallen limply in her arms, and finally couldn't bear it, so she stuffed him into the cleaning car, slowly walked to the back door of the art museum, held Conan, put him in the corner, and covered him with a piece of clothing.

Now it's time to get down to business.

Zhijing returned to the art studio, closed the back door, and locked it lightly. After walking a few steps, several dark shadows appeared in front of her. Zhijing immediately hid in one of the rooms and waited for the shadows to pass. She was still worried, so she took out her cell phone, hesitated for a long time, and called Zhu Fu.

The person on the other end seemed to have been expecting this, and immediately answered the phone and asked, "Hello, this is Zhu Fu."

Zhi Jing lowered her eyebrows and said, "I left Jiang Dogan at the back door of the art museum. You should go and pick him up. Don't let him get into any accidents."

Zhu Fu paused for a moment and asked, "What about you?"

His tone was slightly worried, but Zhijing smiled easily and answered nonchalantly: "I just saw the reflection of the sniper rifle. Akai is nearby."

But Zhu Fu paused for a long time, as if hesitating again and again, before he continued to ask:
"Is it possible that that's zero?"

zero.

Zero is what they call each other among their friends.

But who is he?

Zhijing's eyes gradually darkened. She held the phone tightly and asked solemnly:

"So what's his name?"

The other side paused for a long time: "Furiya Rei."

After knowing each other for five years, she finally knew his name.

Zhi Jing finally felt relieved. Unconsciously, her eyes regained a relaxed look and she asked:
"What identity did he come here in? Is he your Zero, my friend Amuro Toru, or Bourbon from the organization?"

This time Zhu Fu did not hesitate and said directly: "Of course he is your friend."

Zhijing sneered:
"Let him go back. I don't need any friends today."
