Airplanes are different in that they can be transported directly to the disaster area.

Even a helicopter can transport hundreds of kilometers without being affected by damage to the ground road surface.

Even engineering equipment can be transported directly into the disaster area by helicopter to repair roads and rescue lives.

For example, professional rescue teams from all over the country arrived at the disaster area on transport planes, and engineering equipment was also transported by transport planes.
