The Northeast Power Grid, Northwest Power Grid, and North China Power Grid are mainly thermal power, supplemented by hydropower; the Central China Power Grid and East China Power Grid are equally focused on thermal power and hydropower; the Southern Power Grid is mainly hydropower and thermal power, supplemented by nuclear power; and the Southwest Power Grid is mainly hydropower, supplemented by thermal power.

Southwest Power Grid is the strongest, far surpassing the other six power grids in terms of financial resources, team building and fixed assets.

As for wind power and solar power generation, they are negligible in China at present.

Ships that are too large cannot pass through, but there will be no problem for 500-ton ships to pass through.

Now Panshan Group is investing heavily in building reservoirs and hydropower stations on the Yangtze River, Lancang River, Nujiang River, Yarlung Zangbo River and Pearl River, while the country is planning the development and utilization of the Yellow River.
