This year, more than 100,000 people from Panshan Group will retire at the station. Except for a few who will be re-employed, the vast majority of them will retire as a result.

After all, according to the latest retirement system, ordinary workers and female employees can retire when they are 55 years old or have participated in revolutionary work for ten years, while male employees can retire when they are 60 years old.
