Chapter 21 Ten Days
Time drifts on the golden sands deep in the desert.

As a pair of exquisite shoes slowly descended from mid-air, they left a faint mark on the boundless sand.

Tony Stark looked at the newcomer with a look that made him feel like he wanted to die.

After ten days of torture, it's a miracle that this cunning flat-striped hook didn't kill Tony Stark.

He would rather go back to the Ten Commandments' blacksmith's furnace than go through that completely inhuman and unscientific training again.

In the past few days, he has not only walked through hell, but also gazed into the abyss at least 80,000 times!

Despite the pain, the effects were also remarkable.

The moment he landed, Carrot El's gaze focused on the energy within Tony's body.

The tiny glimmer of light that danced in his palm, though dim, had already achieved the process of going from zero to one.

However, upon witnessing this scene, Carrot El's brow furrowed almost imperceptibly.

He didn't bring Tony Stark here to practice his skills on a whim; he was conducting an experiment.

Although they are all human beings, humans from different cosmologies have completely different life structures and historical origins, so their respective powers will also be different.

"why?"

Carrot's gaze pierced through his body, and through his perception of qi, El was able to detect that the source of this power was not simply qi generated through training.

While there was indeed a trace of life energy flowing within it, the majority of it originated from the Arc Reactor in Stark's chest.

That was pure energy.

However, under Piccolo's training, Tony Stark was able to control him physically, rather than through a suit of armor connected by wires.

Carrot remained silent for a long time at that moment.

If Tony Stark can learn to use ki in this way, can other characters also learn the power of other universes incorporating ki in some form?

These forces, acting together in the world, constitute this complex and chaotic universe.

By piecing together completely disparate elements such as deserts, forests, cities, oceans, and glaciers, a magnificent and vast world has been created.

Even assuming, for the sake of argument, that the energy flowing through Tony's body truly originates from the Arc Reactor, then what about the cause of the radiation?
This guy's skills are so good that he can build the Arc Reactor without a single trace of radiation leakage, and he can even extract energy directly from the body without being affected?

For some inexplicable reason, a slumbering voice from the depths of the sea echoed in Carrot El's ears.
It doesn't seem impossible.

The human body is not capable of handling such enormous energy. The existence of the reactor inside Stark is similar to Dr. Gangro's perpetual motion machine project for androids.

"Now that we've practiced enough, let's get ready to set off. Our next stop is the Arctic."

"????"

Tony Stark's mouth slowly gaped open in horror. If it weren't for the stabilizing effect of his jawbone, he could have dragged himself all the way to the ground.

I can't say I was on the verge of tears; I was just utterly devastated.

Help! So he hasn't had enough of this torture yet?!

Are you sure you're talking about the Arctic, not the North Sea?

"A double whammy of ice and fire, El, you're quite the player, aren't you?"

Admittedly, even a megalomaniac like Tony Stark was starting to have trouble figuring out Carrot's thought process. Carrot Al pulled him up from the ground like a kitten:
"No one knows how to play like you. You mastered the control of qi in ten days. I'll just call you a genius."

"Thank you!"

Tony Stark's body was already so exhausted that he couldn't even stand up. If it weren't for the Saiyan's special healing pods that repeatedly brought him back from the brink of death, he would have been killed tens of thousands of times by these two guys.
"What do you mean by 'let's just say it'?!"

"None of you taught me properly, you just kept pushing me to the limit."

"You wait, Flatband Hook, one day I'll get my revenge."

Tony Stark glared at Bick, only to be met with a cold, disdainful smile from Bick.

"Heh, alright, I'm ready anytime. But next time we fight, I might accidentally kill you."

Tony Stark was so angry his gums were trembling. Well, this feud was now officially on.

Hey, you flat-belt hook, aren't you going to the martial arts tournament? I'm going to teach you a lesson that day.

"Sun, what are you going to the Arctic for? Are you still looking for that old man's beads?"

When Piccolo asked him, Carrot shook his head:
"No, I collected those beads before just to display them at home, and now I'm almost finished collecting them."

When Carrot used the Dragon Balls last time, he asked Carrot about their power, and Carrot was surprised to learn that they could actually revive someone once.

It's unclear what deal the Dragon God Salama made with Death, but he managed to get his wishing dragon to rescue people from the Land of Death.

This is truly unbelievable, considering this isn't just the Dragon Ball universe.

However, Carrot El himself didn't really need to use it.

"I have other business to attend to on this trip, and there are also some people who want to see me."

"Don't follow me around with that green face of yours. I'll let you know on the day the martial arts tournament opens."

In fact, although Carrot El knew about the Kryptonian ship in the North Pole, he did not know its exact location, so he could only ask the Celestials to help him keep an eye out.

He could certainly search for it himself little by little, but unlike Superman Clark Kent, Carrot Al hates exhaustive search the most.

So he sent others to exhaustively search for the law, since the old man was just sitting idly in the temple anyway.

"Tch, I can't stand your faces either."

Bick rolled his eyes at him, crossed his arms and turned his back. What's wrong with his face? It's completely natural and harmless!

Tony Stark murmured to himself, gazing at the high-hanging sun, and sighed, "So what if you're going to the Arctic?"

"Why do you have to drag me into this???"

"You can fly, right? Then fly there yourself!"

Carrot El silently looked at him: "Fine, then I'll leave you here to continue training?"

"Or will you walk out of the desert step by step on your own?"

"Then I'll go with you!"

Upon hearing this, Stark was so frightened that he immediately grabbed Carrot's sleeve, fearing that he would fly away and disappear in the next second.
