Chapter 568 Exorcism Silver Ring
With the roar of the Labyrinth Lord, the entire treasure vault began to shake violently! All the gold and silver jewels began to shatter and turn to sand!
The stone bricks beneath Feng Ling's feet crumbled into sand, swirling her body downwards like quicksand! She flung out her tentacles to try and find a foothold, but everything she touched turned to sand!
The yellow sand swallowed everything, including the alien species and the labyrinth administrator called the bishop.

Feng Ling held her breath, closed her eyes, and fell with the quicksand. A suffocating feeling surrounded her, and the sand washed over her body like a waterfall! Finally, after two or three seconds, her lower limbs touched the solid ground.

Her entire body rolled out of the sand pile. The serpent was huge, and its sudden fall did not cause her any harm.

Upon opening my eyes, the first thing I saw was forty mummies.

There's no need to count them; since the maze uses the story of Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves, the number of mummies will definitely correspond.

With her gaze shifting slightly, she spotted a shooting star in the sand.

The meteor had revealed itself when it attacked the bishop, and was now struggling to pull its leg out of the sand.

Meanwhile, the messenger on the other side was clearly prepared, using an air shield to create a protective circle. Although he fell to the ground along with the quicksand, the area around his body remained clean.

The witch, holding the little boy, hid with the doctor inside the messenger's air shield.

"Meteor, you idiot! If you don't kill the hidden boss now, you won't have a chance to kill it once it advances to the Abyss Form! As long as you kill it, the Abyss Maze will disappear, the Lord will log off, and the game will settle as you wish! It's a win-win situation, why can't you think of that?!" The witch yelled at Meteor from inside the air shield.

Meteor stood up, shook the sand off his clothes, and retorted rudely, "You must be out of your minds to want to send the administrator back! Get this straight, to his parents, we're kidnappers! Playfulness is a bad gene, and he won't admit it to his parents! His parents won't give us any rewards! They don't even want to look at us!"

The witch's face turned ugly upon hearing this, and her hands, which were holding the little boy, tightened unconsciously until they hurt him. The boy cried out, "Messenger, it hurts!"

"Witch!" the messenger gritted his teeth and hissed. "He's no ordinary Upper Town man. If we let him die at our hands, and the investigation comes back, none of us will escape unscathed! Are you really going to listen to that madman Meteor?!"

Meteor stared menacingly at the messenger inside the air shield. "My biggest regret is letting you join our team. You ruined my plans, took my team away, and made what should have been a simple mission drag on until now!"

The messenger curled his lips into a sneer, "Is it possible that it wasn't me who took your team, but rather that everyone was already dissatisfied with you? Meteor, you're too self-righteous, too biased, too extreme. You never consider other people's feelings. It's because of this personality that Blackspot risked consuming the Abyss Cards back then..."

"Damn it!" Meteor was suddenly enraged and lunged forward, brandishing its cursed fangs! The air shield trembled and spewed air currents the moment it was hit!

"It must have been you who instigated it! It must have been you!" Meteor's eyes were bloodshot as she glared fiercely at the messenger. "You're the one who killed Blackspot!"

"No, you're the one who killed Blackspot." The messenger sneered. "You know it better than anyone, you just don't want to admit it."

"Stop arguing!" The doctor was on the verge of a breakdown. "Is this the time to argue? The Lord of the Labyrinth is gathering his power!"

Feng Ling was watching the commotion from the sidelines when the doctor reminded her that the Boss battle had already been triggered.

She glanced around but didn't see the Boss. The third-person perspective was all static. However, the forty mummified corpses on the ground were clattering and getting up.

Quicksand poured from their empty eye sockets, rapidly filling their shriveled bodies into humanoid monsters over two meters tall! They picked up weapons formed from sand and attacked those who had trespassed into the forbidden area!
Despite the forty mummies charging forward with great force, they were as small as crawling mice in front of Feng Ling's second form. With a sweep of his steel blade, a large number of them fell instantly!

However, the fallen mummified corpse quickly rose again and continued to charge forward!
Feng Ling was all too familiar with this feeling. It was the same when she killed the pottery men in the sandstorm. No matter how she tried, she couldn't kill them unless she smashed the pottery.

But there are no pottery jars on the heads of these mummies!

She adjusted the angle of her tentacles and swung them again! This time, almost all of them hit the heads!
The mummified corpse's head instantly crumbled like sand, only to begin to reform a second later, charging forward once more with its blade raised! Swords, spears, halberds, and all sorts of weapons clashed and struck her scales with deafening thuds!

Such force naturally wouldn't hurt her, but the feeling of being slashed for nothing was really unpleasant, with sand getting right into the gaps between her scales! It was as uncomfortable as poking your feet!
Feng Ling turned to Liu Xing and shouted, "Hey! How come these monsters are so hard to kill?!"

"I don't know!" Meteor retaliated against the dried corpse while retreating.

Once the boss battle is triggered, the dungeon boss must be killed, otherwise you cannot escape the battle unless you log off.

Once the maze boss dies, the maze will disappear.

In order to continue using this treasure vault, the Stars have never triggered a boss battle, and therefore have no way of knowing the boss's skills and weaknesses.

Xin struggled to hold on using his air shield, while the stitched beast, in order to relieve the pressure on him, stood in front of him and pounced on the constantly charging desiccated corpses!
The mummies weren't particularly powerful, but the problem was that they were impossible to kill, constantly draining everyone's energy. Meanwhile, the messenger was already weakened, and the air shield's range kept shrinking, making their defenses increasingly weak.

The messenger took off an antique-colored ring from his hand and handed it to the witch. "Take the bishop first. After you're out of the battle, contact the drunkard as soon as possible. Make sure to protect the bishop."

Without wasting words, the witch immediately put on the ring and asked, "What is the effect of this prop?"

The messenger took a breath and replied, "Solomon's Exorcism Silver Ring will prevent most monsters from attacking you or anyone you have physical contact with after you put it on. However, the ring is ineffective against boss monsters of the boss level or higher, and it is also ineffective against players."

To successfully cross the sandstorm, you must wear Solomon's Exorcism Silver Ring; otherwise, you'll easily get confused by the pottery monsters.

The witch scoffed and hugged the little boy tightly.

The boy's eyes were filled with fear. He was used to the messenger's company and did not consider the witch a reliable protector.

"Messenger, I don't want to die, I don't want to die..." The boy looked at the messenger helplessly, his former arrogance gone.

“You will not die. We will all protect you.” The messenger looked deeply at the boy. “Your Excellency, please remember our promise.”

The messenger, supporting himself on his knees, stood up, turned to look at the doctor beside him, and uttered two words: "Help me."
