Chapter 1327 Gomora: Clinging to a Powerful Force!

Cui Ming pulled out the Giga Combat Device from his pocket.

It was a cylindrical device emitting a ghostly blue light, its surface flowing with complex energy patterns, and the crystal at its tip shimmering slightly, as if containing some ancient and powerful force. Cui Ming raised it with one hand, pointing the crystal at the top of the fighting device at the crouching Gomora in front of him, and a blue beam of light shot out from it, enveloping the monster's massive body.

"Come in."

Gomora did not resist, allowing the light to envelop it. Its body gradually blurred within the beam, transforming into countless light particles that were absorbed into the combat device. The entire process was swift and smooth, without pain, only a strange sensation of being absorbed into a vast space.

He absorbed Gomora into his fighting device.

The light subsided, and the patterns on the surface of the Gigabit Combat Device glowed faintly before returning to calm. Cui Ming looked down at the device in his hand, nodded in satisfaction, and put it back into his pocket.

Gomora was somewhat surprised.

It had expected to be confined to a small, dark cage, but upon entering the combat device's interior, it discovered it was far more expansive than it had imagined. All around was a special domain composed of energy; the sky was a deep purplish-blue, and the ground was dotted with massive rocks and energy crystals. Even more astonishing, in the distance of this space, it saw other subdued monsters—some slumbering, some exchanging low growls, and others casting scrutinizing glances at it.

Cui Ming actually has so many subordinates...

Gomora's bright yellow eyes widened as it sensed the powerful aura emanating from its kind. Each one was no weaker than itself, and some even made it instinctively tremble. So this human hadn't just subdued it; this was such a vast army.

That's great!

Gomora's last trace of apprehension vanished completely, replaced by an almost ecstatic relief. It lowered its head, rubbed the ground with its paws, and its bright yellow eyes gleamed with excitement. Clinging to this powerful ally meant not only avoiding death but also being able to act alongside so many strong companions—it was truly a blessing in disguise. It found a comfortable corner to lie down, its tail gently patting the ground, beginning to adjust to its new home.

From now on, I'll be clinging to powerful figures!
Gomora and Red King in the Triumph Giga Battle Device were somewhat surprised to find a newcomer.

After being sucked into the energy space, Gomora landed steadily on a huge rock platform. It shook its body, its bright yellow eyes scanning its surroundings warily. In the distance, Red King lay on a small hill made of glowing ore, its thick skin rising and falling slightly with its breath. Further away, several other monsters of various shapes and sizes lay or stood, each radiating a powerful aura. The commotion caused them to raise their heads, their gazes all fixed on Gomora with a mixture of scrutiny and surprise.

But I'm too lazy to care.

Red King lazily lifted his eyelids, exhaling a puff of hot air from his nostrils, as if to say, "Another one," before turning over and continuing his nap. The other monsters merely glanced at him before lowering their heads, some sleeping, others continuing to gnaw on their ore, showing no intention of challenging or welcoming him. Here, there was no survival of the fittest, no territorial disputes; everyone was bound by the same rules, living in peace. Anyway, it's a nice place; having more friends wouldn't be bad.

Gomora cautiously took a few steps forward, its paws trembling softly as they touched the energy-formed ground. It found that although the space was vast, it wasn't desolate. Scattered everywhere were huge rocks, energy streams, and strange crystals, and the air was filled with a reassuring aura. Unlike the outside world, which was fraught with danger and scheming, this place felt like a habitat specifically prepared for them. Having more companions meant more excitement, and also more confidence in future fights; after all, no one wants to fight alone.

From now on, we'll be brothers who fight together. When we encounter enemies, we'll all come at each other together!

Gomora walked to a flat rock platform and saw Red King scratching at a glowing ore with its claws. It let out a low growl as a greeting. Red King looked up, stared at it for a few seconds, and then gave an even deeper reply, a voice devoid of hostility, only a tacit understanding. They were all taken in by Cui Ming, all in the same boat. From now on, they'd face any trouble together, fight together, and no one would stand aside or hold anyone back.

So they just waved from afar and then decided to stay in their own territory.

Gomora found a comfortable spot to lie down, its bright yellow eyes half-closed, its tail gently patting the ground. Red King, on the other hand, continued to lie on the pile of ore, purring contentedly. The two were hundreds of meters apart, undisturbed by each other, yet forming a strange coexistence. Occasionally, other monsters would let out low growls, but these were merely simple announcements of their location; there was no fighting, no biting, just peace and tranquility, as if this were not a monster's cage, but some kind of peculiar resort.

Life here is exceptionally comfortable, mainly because Cui Ming frequently releases a variety of monsters that can be used as hunting targets.

Every so often, a crack would appear in the energy layer of the sky, from which several sluggish, lifeless monsters would plummet. Upon landing, these monsters would charge aimlessly in all directions, emitting meaningless roars; they possessed no intelligence, only primal ferocity. These were prey deliberately released by Cui Ming to allow the monsters within the combat device to stretch their muscles and maintain their fighting spirit, preventing them from losing their wildness in comfort.

Monsters like Gomora and Red King are very fond of them.

Whenever prey is dropped, the previously languid Red King instantly springs to life, its muscles taut like iron, letting out a deafening battle roar as it charges. The Gomora are not to be outdone; their bright yellow eyes widen, claws dig into the ground, and their massive bodies become blurs as they pounce on their prey. They relish the thrill of the hunt, the tactile sensation of their claws tearing flesh, the feeling of dominating their enemies. This isn't just about filling their bellies; it's about maintaining their fighting spirit, ensuring their combat instincts aren't dulled the next time they face a real battle.

Of course, those monsters belong to the type that have absolutely no intelligence.

They lacked tactics, coordination, and even the ability to escape; they charged recklessly on instinct, like a group of moving targets. But for the inhabitants of the combat device, this was perfect. They could satisfy their hunting desires without worrying about injury, and still demonstrate a positive training attitude in front of Cui Ming—a triple win. Gomora bit off the neck of a mindless monster, shook its head, tossed the carcass aside, and then contentedly returned to its territory to digest its meal, its bright yellow eyes filled with anticipation for the future.

Following Cui Ming doesn't seem like a bad idea. (End of Chapter)
