Each of these worlds has its own celestial realm and underworld.

However, considering the importance of reincarnation, unifying the Netherworld is the priority.

Why do I say that? Because the Six Paths Reincarnation Disc was already a supreme treasure of chaos, the most precious treasure in the primordial world that came closest to being a half-step eternal treasure.

If the Netherworld is unified, it will be blessed by the power of the cycle of heavens and earth, and the Six Paths Reincarnation Disc will most likely advance further and be promoted to a half-step eternal treasure.

Reincarnation has the power to promote the cycle of heaven and earth. What is the cycle of heaven and earth? It is the large amount of waste gas generated when heaven and earth are in motion. The existence of this waste gas is undoubtedly harmful to heaven and earth.

If there is no reincarnation, then this waste gas will be discharged into the chaos by heaven and earth through the void.

But if there is reincarnation, this waste gas will be transformed through reincarnation and become a force beneficial to heaven and earth, continuing to circulate between heaven and earth.

The process of transforming waste gas into vital energy is the great cycle of heaven and earth. Undoubtedly, turning waste into treasure through reincarnation saves heaven and earth a great deal of energy.

Imagine how much waste gas the primordial world must produce every day; it would be such a waste to expel it all.

Only by turning waste into treasure can we achieve sustainable development.

The importance of reincarnation to the universe is self-evident, given its crucial role. Furthermore, the stronger the reincarnation, the more efficient it is at transforming waste gases.

Given the current size of the Primordial World, which is at the half-step Eternal Realm, if Reincarnation wants to transform all the waste gas into primordial energy, it should also be upgraded to a half-step Eternal Treasure.

As it stands now, at the level of a Chaos Treasure, it is undoubtedly overburdened and unable to convert all the waste gas.

Therefore, upgrading the Six Paths of Reincarnation is an urgent matter. Every day of delay will cause massive losses to the prehistoric world.

This is also why Ao Bing said that the primary task at present is to unify the Netherworld, not the Heavenly Realm.

In that case, it wouldn't be unreasonable for the West to rule the Underworld Court; it would be enough to reward the West for its achievements."

Sage Zhunti continued to play dumb. He knew perfectly well that Ao Bing didn't mean it that way, but he still said it anyway, trying to confirm the matter directly.

The Underworld, as its name suggests, is the institution that governs the netherworld. If the West controls the Underworld, what difference is there between that and handing the netherworld over to them?
Therefore, Ao Bing definitely didn't mean that.

“If grudges cannot be resolved, they will develop into resentment. If left unattended, they will eventually breed various disasters and even bring about calamities.”

"The establishment of the Underworld is related to this. Those who suffer injustice in life and have no one to stand up for them will have the Underworld step forward after death to seek justice for them, thus demonstrating the impartiality of Heaven's will."

"In addition, people are divided into good and evil, and their treatment after death should be different. The most virtuous will ascend to heaven to become gods, the moderately virtuous will remain in the underworld to serve as underworld gods, and the less virtuous will enjoy endless wealth and honor in their next life."

"On the contrary, evildoers should suffer torment to atone for their sins. The current punishment, which sends evildoers to the animal realm, is far too lenient and insufficient to deter people."

"Therefore, my opinion is that after the underworld is established, a hell should be set up, where all the world's cruel punishments should be gathered. Then, according to the degree of evil done by the wicked, they should be tortured there for different periods of time."

"This hell is where the opportunity for the West lies. Don't say I haven't taken care of your Western religion; your Western religion's doctrines are related to cause and effect. And the establishment of hell is the place that best embodies cause and effect."

"Good deeds bring good rewards, and evil deeds bring evil consequences. Hell is the evil retribution for all beings, the evil result of sowing evil seeds."

"With this powerful tool in hand, your Western religion will undoubtedly be more persuasive when you spread your teachings. This is an opportunity to strengthen the West. You should be satisfied with using this to achieve your goals."
