Tao and Heaven

Chapter 271: The Turbid World

Chapter 271: The Turbid World

The Buddha's expression remained unchanged, but his eyes were fixed on the yellow sand. He said:

"Donor, please don't talk nonsense about this thing. The cause and effect of the immortal position in the heaven is very serious."

"You can confer the title on me, so I can't give you some small things?"

Gu Wen sat on the ground, pinching the yellow sand in his hand. He could feel that Zhenru was more afraid of this thing than life and death.

Not only was he canonized, but he was also accepted as a dog.

He said in a joking tone: "This is my first time as a saint, and I don't understand many rules. Whether it's you or Tiansheng, you seem to like to take people as dogs."

"The Heavenly Saint said that all things are in order and follow the laws of heaven and earth. Even a saint cannot disobey them."

"Buddhism, Taoism and Demonism also have their own laws. Buddhism takes the fruition as the law, Taoism now takes moral behavior as the law, and Demonism takes force as the law."

The Buddha nodded in agreement and said without hesitation: "You say enlightenment is freedom, freedom, and recklessness are all false. I say that all living beings have order, and saints have laws, which cannot be avoided."

“If sentient beings are lawless and there is no order between the upper and lower levels, then there will be no lower monks to carry water in the temple, no middle monks to sweep the gate, and no upper monks to answer the doubts of believers in front of the Buddha.”

Hearing this, Gu Wen did not refute, and said: "Mortals have a saying, knights use force to break the law, and Confucians use literature to disrupt the law. Do you think this is right, Buddha?"

"Yes, but it is not applicable to heaven and earth, and can only be limited to the small country at the well mouth."

The Buddha took out a jade bottle, picked up a drop of water from the willow branch, flicked it with his hand, and the water droplets floated among the incense.

The world is evolving, there is no law in this world, life and death are disordered, and there are countless ghosts and monsters.

"A mortal's life span is fifty years, a dynasty lasts three hundred years, but the heaven and earth exist for billions of years. If the boundary between life and death does not exist, then the life span of the heaven and earth will not exceed tens of millions of years."

Gu Wen saw everything and knew that the other party was warning him. He asked, "Then why does the Buddha know everything about life and death?"

The Buddha said: "I was bewitched by the great demon, but the dream of a yellow millet is only a moment. Since there is a demon in my heart, why not enjoy a hundred years of yellow millet?"

This time it was the Buddha's turn to ask questions. If Gu Wen obediently accepted the salvation, then no matter how strong Qing Cang was, it would be of no use.

Among all forces, the most feared is the human heart.

Even if Zhenru really smashed the Buddha statue, what does it matter? As long as sentient beings still have desires, Buddha will always exist.

A heart of Taoism is worth tens of millions of Buddhist temples.

"A hundred years of Huangliang is not as good as this world of mud." Gu Wen replied: "I can tell the real from the fake. Your so-called Huangliang is like a shadow play in my eyes."

The Buddha said, "I have already taken my true body, how can you discover it?"

Gu Wen answered without hesitation: "If it is her real body, she will tell me whether it is true or not."

He would be sober no matter what, just in a different form. That's why he said to Akabane that it doesn't matter what kind of marriage it is, as long as you haven't met, it's the best.

At least in his dream, he had hope of seeing her.

The Buddha's mind was as light as a thread, and he showed a little realization, laughing: "It seems that I don't understand mortals."

Afterwards, the two fell into a long silence.

The two of them were testing each other on the vast avenue, or it could be said that the Buddha was spying on Gu Wen unilaterally. He knew it was impossible to convert the other party, but he still had the desire.

Perhaps he has entered Buddhism.

"What is Buddha?"

"The Buddha is the Buddha, and is not something else."

“What is the difference between Mahayana and Hinayana?”

"The Mahayana is about saving all living beings, while the Hinayana is about enlightenment and freedom." "Since it is about saving all living beings, then why can't the people of Fozhou be prosperous? Why is there the Chan Sect, which requires the people to offer virgins and boys as sacrifices?"

"The Buddha's teachings are boundless, but the laws of nature are impermanent. I am not a great saint. I cannot make the earth produce grains, nor can I make the world free from disasters and all living beings free from pain with just a thought."

"So one thing had to be exchanged for another. The monks gained spiritual attainments, and the common people gained gold and silver."

The Buddha is covered in Buddha's light, but what comes out of his mouth are the various forms of sentient beings and the myriad things in the world.

Buddhism cannot transcend material things, and Buddha cannot make everyone enlightened.

Even among monks, very few can achieve enlightenment.

Through questions and answers, Gu Wen carefully comprehended the Buddhist meaning.

You don’t need to learn, but you can’t live without it.

Upon seeing this, the Buddha was no longer stingy and recited the Buddhist scriptures incessantly, and his Zen thoughts spread thousands of miles away.

In an instant, the Buddha's light from Mount Xumi shone everywhere, and its light penetrated through the sky and went straight up to the blue sky, transforming into a Buddha cloud.

In the end, the True Buddha's breath was ethereal, and the golden Buddha's light was weak. He could only transform into an old monk sitting cross-legged three feet in front of Gu Wen, and said in a loud voice: "Donor, can you understand my Buddha?"

Gu Wen opened his eyes, and there was no more Buddha light in his eyes. He asked again: "What is Buddha?"

He has understood the Mahayana Buddhist principles, but has also forgotten them.

It doesn’t matter what Buddha is.

The old monk smiled and said, "The original Buddha is the Buddha, and the Buddha is the real nature."

As he finished speaking, his aura became stronger, but he had lost the natural aura of a saint.

The words come true and the law follows. Anyone who tries to replace someone else but has no power will surely suffer a great disaster.

In the battle between Buddha and devil, if Buddha can convert devil, he can go one step further, otherwise he will become devil again. The moment he really believes that he is Buddha, he has one foot in devil.

A saint is not really like the normal state of Buddha, but he has already converted the great demon and is about to complete his merits, and only then can he be called a saint.

The fact that he could not convert Gu Wen was like the stone he kicked when he was about to fall, and it was also the last straw that broke the camel's back.

"Buddha, you are defeated."

Gu Wen raised his hand and pointed, and the golden mantra wrapped with Buddhist ideas burst out, turning into a thin and tough beam of light that shot straight into the old monk's chest.

A huge bloody hole appeared, reflecting the shattered Buddha statue behind him.

The old monk lowered his head. He was no longer a saint and could not resist the attack of a saint.

A sage has no methods of fighting, he only uses the Tao to suppress others.

The rapidly draining life also took away the vitality of the inner demon, making the old monk's eyes more clear.

He took a few trembling steps back, the wound on his chest slowly healing. Gu Wen had already raised his hand to deliver the final blow.

"I have a method called the Turbid World Sutra, which can connect yin and yang."

Perhaps it was because a dying man's words were good, the old monk had no choice but to accept Gu Wen's request. His fingertips were stained with blood, which turned into a scripture when it fell to the ground.

Gu Wen saw this and suddenly fell into a strange silence.

The old monk grinned and said, "Since you have become a demon, it is not considered breaking the precepts if I harm others."

In this corrupt world, millions are slaughtered and life and death are disturbed.
