Chapter 135 Lupin's House
In the distant Hogwarts, Harry suddenly felt a sharp pain in the scar on his forehead, as if a terrible scream came from a long distance.

He was training on the Quidditch field when the pain suddenly made him feel dizzy and he fell off his broom.

"Harry——"

The team cried out in surprise, and Fred happened to be nearby. He flew over at full speed and finally caught Harry's ankle before he hit the ground.

……

Outside the cave, everyone looked at Wade, waiting for him to give an answer.

Wade said calmly, "You know, when some magic items are made, the creators often put their own thoughts into them."

"No wonder the shadow was so evil." Michael breathed a sigh of relief and said, "It was filled with evil thoughts by the mysterious...Tom, right?"

The young wizards all accepted this explanation, but Lupin looked at Vader deeply.

When he was in school, he once made a live map with James Potter and others, which could display the location of everyone in the school in real time. He also imitated the Big Four and injected his own thoughts into the map.

So when Michael and others believed it, Lupin was skeptical because he also knew what magical items infused with thoughts looked like.

The fierce fire burned for a long time until there was nothing left to burn and it gradually went out.

When everyone moved the boulder away, they saw that the entire cave had been burned, even the spiders in the corners and the grass roots between the cracks in the rocks were not spared.

The blackened crown still lay on the cracked stone, and Vader was satisfied to see that the extra name on it had disappeared.

Ryan wanted to go in and take out the crown, but Wade held him back.

"Don't go in." Wade said, "There may still be residual flames. Be careful not to get burned."

He raised his wand: "Crown fly!"

Even if there was originally a counter-cursing spell on it, it must have been burned by the fierce fire.

So the crown immediately flew towards him and was caught by Lupin in mid-air.

He turned the crown over and examined it.

All the magic attached to it was destroyed, and now all that remains is an ordinary metal product.

There was some black and sticky stuff on the surface, which had been burned by the fire and stuck to the surface dryly. It fell off like paper ash when rubbed with fingers.

"The water is as clear as a spring!"

Vader summoned a stream of water to clean the crown, then put it back into the box.

"Is there any other use for this thing?" asked Lupin.

"It's useless." Wade said, "But I promised others that I would put it back to its original place after removing the black magic on it."

Michael recalled the crown that had just been washed by the water and revealed some of its original color, and asked, "Wade, don't you think... it looks a bit like the one worn by the Ravenclaw statue?"

"Maybe it was a copy of Tom's." Wade said calmly, "If he also studied at Hogwarts, he might have imitated the Big Four and made something similar."

Michael nodded.

In the plot, Dumbledore only told Harry and his three-man team about the Horcruxes, but did not tell the members of the Order of the Phoenix who followed him through life and death.

Wade didn't understand it before, but after living in this world, Wade gradually came to understand his actions.

Everyone in the wizarding world holds a wand, which is equivalent to everyone holding a gun.

Originally, they only used it to clean, brew potions, and resist harm, but if someone told them that this "gun" could also kill people, and that killing people could make them immortal... Even if some people can stick to their positions and morals today, how do we know that they won't change in the future?
Even if he himself was dismissive of Voldemort's "resurrection", what if it were his parents, lover, or children?

So it has nothing to do with trust and it has nothing to do with character.

Some evil things should remain a permanent secret.

……

After the Horcrux is destroyed, it means that the club activities are successfully completed.

But they did not go back immediately. At Lupin's invitation, they decided to go to his home in Hogsmeade to rest for a while, go to Hogsmeade to play in the afternoon, and return to school in the evening.

Lupin's house is located in a remote area, very close to the Shrieking Shack. Because of the ghost legends nearby, the house is sold at a very low price.

This is a three-story building, with a loft on top, that looks like a skinny chicken leg mushroom. There is also a fence next to it, where a dozen chickens and a goat are raised.

Further away is a rectangular vegetable garden, where lettuce, snow vegetables, tomatoes, strawberries, etc. are planted. It is surrounded by colorful flowers such as cornflowers, dahlias, and peonies.

Wizards are generally used to being self-sufficient. Lupin didn't have this opportunity before, but after he had a stable place to stay, he learned from others to take care of his home properly.

With the help of magic, planting and breeding are much simpler than for ordinary people.

After entering the door, there is a spacious living room, and the fire in the fireplace is automatically burning. The hanger by the door is bent down, so that the little wizards can hang their coats on it.

There is also a small door on the side, and you can see the kitchen over there.

"It's really nice, isn't it?" Ryan looked around the room and said, "It's much more spacious inside than it looks from the outside."

Lupin directed the teapot and teacups to fly out of the kitchen, poured each person a cup of hot tea, and took out cookies and cakes to entertain the little guests.

Michael leaned against the fireplace and looked at the pictures on the wall.

There were pictures of Lupin and Harry standing together, Vader and Harry, and Harry holding a goat.

One of the photos was clearly of Lupin when he was young. He had the same gentle smile on his face that he had now.

There is also a black-haired boy in the photo who looks very similar to Harry, wearing glasses and with messy hair. He should be Harry Potter's father.

Next to him was a fat, short boy with round eyes, a pointed nose, and a shy smile.

His appearance and eyes made Michael subconsciously think of a mouse.

There was another person in the photo, whose black hair could only be seen. He was very close to James Potter, but his face was obscured.

"Who is this person?" Michael couldn't help asking.

"A person of no consequence."

Lupin came over quickly and took the picture off the wall: "I forgot to put this away."

He placed the photo face down on the table, then smiled and asked the others, "What would you like to eat for lunch?"

While Lupin was in the kitchen, directing the clinking of pots and spatulas as lunch was made, Michael whispered to Wade, "His face has changed... It must be someone important."

"Don't ask around, or you'll get beaten."

Theo whispered, "I've heard of that man... Sirius Black, the most notorious Death Eater and the one who betrayed Harry's father."
