I'm the Demon King in Marvel

Chapter 223 The bloody reality

Chapter 223 The bloody reality

"You are..." Peter Parker showed a surprised expression when he saw this face: "Captain America?"

"Peter, wait."

Gwen Stacy quickly stopped her friend.

"The flames outside are caused by the Fierce Fire Curse. Ordinary methods cannot extinguish them, but this man can extinguish them in an instant."

She cast a wary look at the real Steve Rogers.

"I don't remember Captain America knowing magic."

"So, he is a bad guy who can transform into a magical being?" Ned Leeds quickly dropped the little sister from his shoulder and took out his magic wand.

Peter came to his senses and took out his wand as well, but he did not drop the little sister on his shoulder.

"Take it easy, kids." Steve quickly raised his hands to indicate that he meant no harm: "I haven't transformed, this is just who I am."

"I am indeed Steve Rogers, but I am not the one you often see on TV. I come from another parallel universe."

"Another time and space?" The three little ones were confused, as this was beyond the knowledge they had at their age.

"This is not the place to talk. The bad guys' reinforcements will arrive soon." Steve pointed in the direction of the mining area and suggested, "My friends are over there. You can go over together."

"No need, we'll call the police and leave." Gwen had her own ideas. She didn't have the slightest trust in the man in front of her who looked exactly like Captain America.

"The police can't help you..." Steve's voice became weaker. After thinking for a while, he decided that he shouldn't let the children be exposed to the cruel reality too early, so he changed his words: "If you want to call the police, remember not to use your own mobile phone, and don't reveal your identity information and home address."

"Also, leave this town as soon as possible."

After giving the instructions, Steve turned and left.

These three children are obviously not ordinary people. The wands in their hands are clearly equipment from the magic school in England.

As an "international student" in Asgard, Steve certainly knew Queen Frigga and knew that she was now a teacher at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

Since they are not ordinary people, it means they can leave safely without any care from themselves.

Gwen suddenly realized what Steve said, so she called out to him, "Excuse me, do you know what happened in this town? Why are there so many patients in the town hospital? Are they really sick?"

The task given by the principal is to find out why there are so many patients in this town. The two medicine bottles in hand are at most clues, which does not mean that the task has been completed.

Since you have accepted the task, of course you have to do your best.

If we can get the answer from this man who calls himself "Captain America from another time and space", then wouldn't that mean our mission is accomplished?
Gwen is not a pedantic child. She has a way to complete the task directly and will not think about continuing to take risks.

"You guys..." Steve turned around, looked at the three kids, and quickly realized: "Is this why you came to town?"

Hogwarts is far away in England, and it is impossible for students from three magic schools to come to a desert town in Arizona for no reason.

"Yes, this is our semester assignment." Peter blurted out.

"Peter!" Gwen glared at him.

Peter reacted and quickly stuck out his tongue and put his fingers in front of his mouth.

Steve smiled, hesitated for a moment, and finally made up his mind.

"If you want to know the answer, follow me."

Coming down from the battlefield, he knew clearly that what he would do in the future would affect millions of children, so what were these three more things?
The three little ones looked at each other and decided to follow.

After all, this is their mission.

Before leaving, Peter ran to the pool to pick up the little sister who had just been thrown in, and then found a blanket for all the little sisters and covered them with it. The street outside the villa had been burned to a scorched earth by the Fiery Curse. If Steve hadn't put out the flames, the surrounding buildings would have been destroyed.

Steve seemed to be very familiar with the town and walked straight to a factory building behind the hospital.

Most of the armed personnel stationed in the town died under the Fierce Fire Curse, and the remaining few stayed in the factory and did not leave even though the leader asked for help just now.

"who?"

There were bunkers outside the factory gate and guards were holding machine guns on the commanding heights. When they saw a group of three children, one adult, coming over, they all turned their guns towards them.

Before the three little ones raised their wands, Steve waved his hand, and all the weapons floated into the sky, collided with each other, and were twisted into a ball by an unknown force.

The red light spread out from Steve's hand and hit the guards, instantly making them lose consciousness.

It's too easy to use the power of the Lord of Hell to deal with a few small characters.

"Cool, he seems to be as awesome as the principal!" Peter whispered from behind.

"Impossible. The principal must be better than him. At most, he is..." Ned thought for a moment and gave his own judgment: "Better than several deans."

"A childish little boy." Gwen shook her head and took a few quick steps, unwilling to associate with him.

After entering the factory, Steve took them to a row of laboratories, where researchers in white coats were busy working, as if they had no idea what was happening outside.

"Who are they?" Gwen asked.

"A group of pharmacologists are researching a new drug here." Steve answered their questions: "The patients in the hospital are the tools they use to test the effects of the drugs."

Steve's tone was calm. After seeing the dark side of this country, he found himself able to remain calm when facing these things.

They can shoot community civilians and bomb their own cities... Compared with such grand scenes, what are the human experiments in a mere town?
Hearing his words, the three little ones were obviously stunned.

"Experimental new drugs..." Peter was at a loss, muttering: "Is this a good thing or a bad thing?"

"If it can cure the disease, it should be a good thing, right?" Ned added.

We can't blame them. We can only say that they are too young and these things are beyond their understanding.

"Are you idiots?" Gwen's face turned extremely ugly, and she said angrily: "Participation in the experiment of new drugs requires personal willingness. Do you think the residents of this town are willing?"

Peter and Ned finally reacted.

"They force residents to participate in drug experiments?" X2
"It's not just forced, it's coercion!" Gwen was furious: "They used armed personnel to control the entire town and forcefully injected the residents with drugs."

The empty medicine bottle in her hand seemed to be mocking the three little ghosts for discovering the truth only now.

"That's why this town is so deserted, and that's why the lady at the hospital front desk told me to run away..." Peter was also angry, gritting his teeth: "Damn it, they are committing a crime!"

"Fortunately, fortunately, I didn't kill the wrong person just now." Ned thought of this, and the psychological pressure of casting the "Fire Curse" disappeared instantly.

"Let's call the police now and let them catch all these bad guys!" Peter shouted.

Gwen turned her gaze to Steve and asked him, "You asked us not to use our phones to call the police because..."

'These three children are indeed extraordinary.'

Steve sighed inwardly and quickly replied: "It's obvious that they can control this town. They must have huge power in the region and even in the whole of Arizona. The police may not dare to intervene, or even..."

"They are probably in the same group!"

Eventually, the bloody side of reality was revealed, forcing the three young children to face it all.
