Chapter 560 Hilda and Allen, Sylphie and Aisha

The footsteps coming from outside the restaurant door that Lil had just casually closed were so clear.

That was the feedback from the high heels hitting the ground.

Rudy hadn't heard this kind of noise in a very long time. He was momentarily dazed, but then realized who was coming from.

The next moment, Allen's actions confirmed his guess.

His expression was somewhat surprised, as if he hadn't expected Hilda, who was supposed to be chatting with Noda in the back garden, to find out so quickly that he had returned home and come straight over.

The back garden is some distance from the front hall; even if Allen walks quickly, it takes him half a minute to cross it.

And calculating from the time he entered the mansion to the time it took to pour tea, it was only a minute.

Immediately afterwards, Allen stood up from his seat. For some reason, Allen, who had precise control over his movements, was somewhat reckless and knocked over the red tea next to him when he stood up.

"Clang clang."

"Snapped."

The door was pushed open.

Rudy turned his head and saw Hilda, with her full head of red hair and wearing a high-necked dress, stepping in.

Following behind was a somewhat flustered Noda: "Madam, please slow down. Don't fall."

The sound stopped abruptly. Noda looked at the room full of people and was stunned, as if he hadn't expected the restaurant to be so crowded at this time. He first glanced at Rudy, who was closest to him, but the latter was only looking at Hilda.

She shifted her gaze to Rudy's daughter, whom she was now so proud of, only to see her looking at the young man who had stood up at the head of the table.

He had the same white hair as Sylphie, and his eyes were incredibly sharp; he looked vaguely familiar.
Who is it? Is it a guest? But why is someone sitting in this seat?
Lost in thought, the living room was very quiet.

The only sound was the teacup rattling on the table.

Hilda and I were walking so fast that we couldn't stop our rapid breathing.

Even though she had stopped in her tracks, the sound of her breathing that reached Noda's ears became increasingly clear.
Noda's eyes widened as she realized something. She gasped, covering her mouth in astonishment, and looked at Allen who was staring in their direction: "Allen? You...you're back! I almost didn't recognize you!"

These words jolted Allen, who was staring at Hilda's expression, away from the gray eyes that were piercing his face. For some reason, he didn't greet Hilda but instead tried to invite Noda, who was somewhat unfamiliar with him, to sit down.

The next moment, Hilfi stood up, gently patted Allen's hand, paused for a moment on the overturned teacup beside Allen, glanced at the red-haired figure at the door, then turned and walked quickly to Noda, took her hand and walked out of the restaurant.

Allen suddenly lost his target for conversation and became even more at a loss.

However, just then, that familiar, long-missed, somewhat cool and gentle voice softly rang out:
"Oh, so they were entertaining guests."

Hilda took a deep breath to calm her rapid breathing. She looked away from Allen, then gave a polite smile and nodded to each of the guests at the table.

"Good afternoon, everyone. Boreas welcomes you all. Thank you for welcoming Allen. You've all worked hard."

The Seven Stars of Rudy rose to greet Hilda, who waved and stepped into the restaurant: "You're too kind, please have a seat. Oh, Rudy, it's been a long time, you've become even more handsome! Would you like to stay for dinner tonight?"

Rudy waved his hands frantically:

"No, no need, Madam. We'll leave now after we've had our talk with Allen. We'll come back another day to bother you."

Hilda gave a teasing smile:
"Although it's been a while since we last met, there's no need to be so nervous. Please sit down."

Rudy glanced at Allen, who stood watching Hilda walk towards him, looking somewhat nervous, unsure whether to stand or sit.

Hilda walked past Rudy, casually picked up a clean white tablecloth from the tablecloth in front of the maid standing beside him, and walked over to Allen's side.

He reached out, using the tablecloth to cushion his right hand, and with his left hand he lifted the hem of his sleeve to right the overturned teacup on the table in front of him.

He flipped his hand, used the tablecloth in his hand to absorb the steaming black tea on the table, folded it, and placed it next to Allen.

He picked up the brand-new napkin from Allen's side, took his hand, and naturally wiped the tea stains off Allen's hand. He then placed the napkin on the table, turned around, came behind Allen, and gently pressed Allen into his seat with his hands on his shoulders.

The movements were fluid and seamless, as if Ellen had never left the Boreas mansion, and she was simply playing the role of a mother who appeared to greet the guests her child was entertaining.
"Sit down, Allen. If you don't sit down, no one else will either."

Hilda smiled at Rudy and Seven Stars at the table, and the two then sat down properly.

She then glanced at Aisha, whose demeanor was completely unlike that of a maid, a hint of surprise flashing in her eyes. Seeing Aisha's red hair, she couldn't help but think of Alice, whom she hadn't seen for a long time, and smiled gently.

“There is no maid with your bearing in the manor. You must be a friend that Allen brought back. Please sit down. There are many servants in the manor, so there is no need to be so formal.”

Aisha was also a little nervous. She glanced at the tense Ellen, nodded and gave a maid's bow before obediently sitting down next to Rudy.

Rudy's lips twitched as he looked at Aisha, his eyes seeming to say: I told you to sit down, but you wouldn't. You only sat down when Lady Hilda invited you, didn't you?
Aisha was even more nervous than Allen. Seeing Rudy's expression, she became annoyed and stepped on Rudy's boot from under the tablecloth.

Rudy: !!!
Allen stared blankly at the tea stains that had been wiped clean on the table, unable to process what had happened in less than half a minute.

He had imagined countless scenarios of their reunion, and thought about how to explain in detail where he came from, but he never expected it to be like this.

Too natural, too ordinary, too heartwarming.

Hilda was still the same mother who gave people a sense of security when she was around.

It's as if my appearance has never changed.

At that moment, Hilda's hand on his shoulder reminded him of the scene in Roja where she adjusted his dress.

But then the image in his mind shifted again, and it was the scene in the dream that Bitta had created for himself, where Hilda was pleading for him in the courtroom.

He suddenly felt his throat was a little dry:
"Mother, you arrived very quickly. I heard from Sylphie that you and Lady Noda were discussing matters in the backyard. You were originally going to go to the back garden to find me after seeing them off. Did Lil send a message over there? But Lady Noda's reaction just now..."

Hilda looked into Allen's black pupils with her gray eyes, paused briefly, and then replied:
"Many of the maids in the back garden have left. I think someone important has returned, but my dear, he's not important enough to cause such a commotion, so I came to check on you. You've lost some weight."

"Is it."

As she spoke, Hilda reached out and straightened Allen's collar, then gently patted his shoulder:

"Well then, Allen, you can continue entertaining the guests. I'll head back to the back garden. I arrived in such a rush that I left the guests outside, which made Hilfi deal with them instead. That wasn't very considerate of me."

Allen was taken aback:
"it is good"

Hilda nodded to Rudy and the others, then turned and left the restaurant.

Allen watched her walk out of the restaurant.

Lil and Alifa returned, one on each side, and closed the restaurant door.

Just as the door was about to close, Hilda turned around and briefly met Allen's gaze.

The two were almost a restaurant apart, quite far, but Allen felt that Hilda's gaze was very close and gentle.

Click! The door blocked the view.

A moment later, the footsteps resumed and faded into the distance.

Allen stared blankly at the door.

Rudy coughed lightly, glanced at Aisha beside him, then at the empty space where Sylphie was, and said with some concern for his sister:

"Lady Hushirda is as imposing as ever. It feels like it's been ages since I've seen her. I say, Allen, we need to properly introduce Aisha later. I think Sylphie's reaction is a bit off; she looks really scary, Allen? Allen??"

Allen came to his senses:

"Hmm? What's wrong?"

Rudy:
Hey, what are you daydreaming about? Can't you see you're already in a potential love triangle situation? Wait, is Eren completely unaware of Aysha's feelings for him?
No way. Has Aisha not confessed to Eren yet? The time magic was so difficult to execute, and Aisha waited so long.
"Ouch!" The next moment, Rudy was writhing wildly in front of the dining table, his face contorted in pain.

Under the table, Aisha was stomping her feet on Rudy's boots.

The two looked at each other:

Rudy's face was contorted with rage, and he gave a complex look, inwardly cursing:

Aisha, why are you stepping on me again? Am I wrong? What have you been doing all this time on your way back? Before the time magic, you were always talking about Eren, but now that you've met and have had so much time alone together, what have you been doing?

Do you expect me to teach you? I gave you a chance, but you didn't take it!
He was stunned.

No, that's not right. Eren needs someone to egg him on. That's what he did with Sylphie, and now it's Aisha's doing too.
Ouch!
Ouch! Ouch! Ouch! Ouch! Are you trying to stomp your dear brother to death with all that force?! I'm doing this for you, okay?!
Aisha, meanwhile, kept her head down and stomped hard on Rudy's shoes.

She immediately understood what Rudy was trying to say and felt that he was just making things worse.

The siblings, who often argued because of Eren, frequently engaged in such interactions. Furthermore, Aysha unintentionally imitated Eren's behavior and way of handling things as she grew up, thus always holding a dominant and assertive position in her communication with Rudy, the 'traitor.'

aside.

Seven Stars looked at Aisha with curiosity, glanced at her maid outfit, and then looked at Hilfi's seat, revealing a slightly gossipy expression.

As it stands, Rudy knows the woman who was brought back by Ellen Boreas Greirat, and they seem to have a good relationship.

But Hilfiet doesn't seem to recognize her?

Is this the kind of feud and grudges between nobles?

As Aisha stepped on Rudy, she turned to look at Eren:

“Brother? I think you should go and talk to the mistress. I think the mistress misses you very much. As for Rudy, don’t worry about him. Let him have some tea here.”

Allen: "Uh, that's not a good idea, and Mother also has guests."

Rudy: ? ? ?
This is definitely not good! Am I not human? I want to be like Allen too!

What's the meaning of me drinking tea here? Aisha Notos Greirat?

Is this what the first meeting after the successful time magic trick is like?

Beside him, Qixing's eyes widened: "Qiaoqiaodou dam dang, brother?!"

of course.

Rudy looks a few years younger than Aisha now.

Rudy is more like Aisha's younger brother.

-

This somewhat comical scene didn't last long before Silphi returned from outside.

After she sat down, the dining table fell silent instantly.

Seven Stars was aware of Hilfi's influence. During their previous conversation, Hilfi had guided them to reveal information about Orsteed. Now, whenever they saw her, they felt somewhat inferior and stopped talking.

As for Rudy, he was going to guide Alan in introducing his sister to Sylphie to avoid any misunderstandings.
He felt he had gone to great lengths to ensure Allen's future happiness.

Although Allen seemed confused, it was unclear what he was confused about.

But as soon as Hilfi returned, she didn't sit down. She glanced around, then, after only glancing at Aisha who was seated, she leaned close to Allen's ear and whispered something:
"Allen, where is the mistress?"

Allen was taken aback: "Weren't they going to entertain Mrs. Norda?"

Hilfi shook her head: "I'll have Mother go find Father first."

Allen was taken aback.

Hilfi added, "Since today is a special day, it seems that Madam is alone in the back garden. Allen, why don't you go and talk to her? I'll take care of things here."

I was just about to discuss Princess Ariel's situation with Miss Cyrult. I heard that Mr. Orstead favored her, but due to unforeseen circumstances, we arranged for her to seek refuge in the north. And now, the First Prince's relationship with the Boreas family has improved somewhat. I'm at a loss for what to do.”

She nudged Allen, then, using her body as cover, subtly pumped her fist at him as a gesture of encouragement.

"It's alright, Allen. I just heard about Madam's reaction from Lil, so it seems she was already prepared."

Allen paused for a moment, recalling Hilda's hand on his shoulder and her unchanging warmth.

We decided to talk things out as soon as possible.

He said to the crowd:

"I've been away from home for two years and haven't seen my mother in a long time. I'll go say hello first and then come back. Please wait for me a moment."

Everyone nodded.

Allen got up and left quickly, disappearing from the restaurant in just a few steps.

The door closed, and the footsteps faded into the distance.

Aisha nodded secretly upon seeing this.

—As it stands, even if the brother isn't Allen Boreas Grellat, the mistress's reaction is relatively mild, so they shouldn't have any major problems.

As expected, people's feelings for the older brother do not depend on who he is.

well.

Before she could catch her breath, she felt a burning gaze fixed on her face.

Aisha looked up.

Then he saw that Sylphie had no intention of discussing matters with Seven Stars at all, and was staring straight at him:

"Hello, my name is Silphiet."

She squinted, a gentle smile on her face, appearing quite harmless.

But seeing this, Qi Xing, who was standing to the side, was startled and looked away.

The voice rang out
"Your name is Aisha? I don't know why Rudy knows you, but you must be a noble lady from some family. I apologize for ignoring you until now that Allen has left. There are some things that are inconvenient to say here, so now I finally have a chance to talk to you."

What I want to say is that Ms. Elsa is very beautiful, with lovely eyes, and has a very graceful demeanor; she is quite charming, but...

She gazed into Aisha's green eyes:
"The Boreas house is a bit crowded now, there aren't enough rooms for people to live in."

After he finished speaking, the restaurant fell silent.

Seven Stars showed an excited expression.

Entertainment options in the Six-Sided World are quite limited, yet she unexpectedly witnessed a medieval family feud that seemed straight out of a TV drama.
So close, so exciting!

Rudy, standing next to him, looked down at Hilfi with a grim expression, as if something terrible had happened.

Wait a minute, why am I always the witness in Eren's chaotic scenes?
And
"Hilfie, your expression is terrifying!! Make it up right now!! And you misheard my name!!!"
