Chapter 7 Safety Drills
After being driven out as a human rights organization, George walked in the corridor of the campus with a rage. Other students walking towards him could see that he was unhappy, so in order to avoid getting involved, they all gave way.

George was about to go back to his dormitory. He felt extremely uncomfortable when he thought of Wyatt's condescending attitude that did not treat the fallen as human beings.

When passing the corner ahead, George passed by an old professor wearing monocular glasses. The old professor called out George's name, and the familiar voice made George straighten up instantly.

"George, you went to that lecture, right?"

"I'm sorry, Patriarch... No, Professor."

"There's nothing wrong with listening to your enemy's speeches, but I heard that you seemed to do something you shouldn't have done during the lecture?"

"I just really can't stand heretics trying to seduce students who are inexperienced in the world..."

"They are not students, they are heretics, and they will eventually be your food." The old professor was about to leave. "Don't forget the purpose of this trip. The birth of the Son of God cannot fail. As long as we succeed, we can move towards a brighter future. Then our brothers and sisters will not have to live in darkness, and our companions captured by the heretics will return to us sooner or later."

"I'll take note, Professor..."

The old professor glanced at George and saw that he had suppressed his anger, so he left with satisfaction.

George raised his head and continued to move forward. As long as the sacrifice ceremony was completed, everything would be fine.

…………

First Fallen Asylum, meeting room.

A week is about to pass, and the four directors gather here again to share the intelligence they have gained with each other.

The situation at the Kingdom's Extraordinary Research Institute, which was headed by the third director Spencer, was the best. It seemed that the pagans had only tried to infiltrate the institute, but made no progress and went back home.

Spencer had little interest in the report, after all, he didn't catch the guinea pig he had been longing for.

As for the cathedrals, Charles, as a cardinal, easily eliminated the spies planted by the pagans in the churches. However, during the arrest process, Charles found that the management of these spies was very loose. They were more like abandoned pawns than secret agents who were intended to hide for a long time.

It is obvious then that the sacrifice ceremony was probably chosen to be held at Clara College.

Sadly, Wyatt and Nora didn't discover anything at Clara Academy.

"That's roughly the situation at Clara College. In order not to arouse suspicion, I only stayed at the college for three days. On the first day, the students who denounced Wyatt in the lecture were found to be members of a human rights organization and had nothing to do with pagans."

"So, Director Wyatt, did you find anything?"

"Discovery? Lectures are exhausting enough. I don't have time to care about pagans."

"There are only two lectures a week, and the speech is written for you by the Academic Affairs Office. Does that mean memorizing a speech will take up most of your time?"

"I'm not like Her Highness Nora, who was born to be the center of attention. Of course, I have to prepare well for a speech on stage. Why don't you teach me some experience tonight?"

"But I see that you are like a fish in water at the social party held by students. Aren't you also used to being the center of attention? Could it be that you are only used to the attention of the opposite sex?"

"This is the investigation I did at the expense of my rest time. Please don't misinterpret my efforts, Your Highness Nora."

Nora almost couldn't breathe. Working with such a guy was undoubtedly the worst experience. It reminded her of the humiliating time as a tutor.

Faced with the bickering between the two young men at the meeting, Charles just smiled kindly, but this was an important meeting after all, and as the leader, he still had to bring the topic back.

Since the pagans were extremely careful in their arrangements at Clara College, a step-by-step investigation would certainly not be able to stop the ritual of human sacrifice, so now they needed an opportunity to take the initiative. Charles hoped that everyone would brainstorm and even invited the adjutants of the directors to join the discussion.

Nora, Helen and others put forward their own ideas, such as sending people to sneak into the college during the graduation job fair of Clara College.

Nora's idea was good, but unfortunately no one would want to see a shelter booth at a job fair as it would be too eye-catching.

Nora's subsequent proposals were also criticized by Wyatt and were ultimately rejected.

Nora was at his wit's end. He looked at Wyatt, who was holding a small cake, and asked him if he had any good ideas:

"Wyatt, I see you are so active in rejecting proposals, why don't you also come up with a plan."

"Let me think...how about a safety drill."

"Safety drill?"

"Dean Wesley plans to set the theme of the second lecture next week as 'How to Correctly Face Heretics'. He hopes that I can give the students some strategies for the military and the shelter to deal with heretics. It would be even better if I could teach them two simple divine arts. He said that the academy will soon hold a joint security exercise, and he wants the Priestess Academy to perform better."

After listening to Wyatt's proposal, Nora began to ponder subconsciously.

She had never heard of this matter, but since it was revealed to Wyatt by Dean Wesley, it was probably true.

A safety drill that had been on the agenda for a long time was indeed suitable for some tinkering.

"Please elaborate on this."

Wyatt smiled triumphantly, stood up, and began to show everyone the public speaking skills he had acquired during the week.

Wyatt's proposal is to hold a security drill at Clara College immediately, preferably next week, and send people to play the role of pagans invading the campus, so that they can legitimately send people into the college.

Because I was playing a pagan, I could let myself go and even run into the women's restroom to search.

You can even make some adjustments to the personnel arrangements. For example, Nora's three-day investigation allowed her to discover some suspicious people.

But she was worried about how to find out their true identities, so that she could put these people on the list of staff playing pagans.

"What's the point of doing this?"

"Although those pagans were able to infiltrate Clara College, I guess they don't have a deep connection with each other in order to hide. So we can use this to spread false news that the ceremony will start early to the pagans and trick all the lurking pagans out."

"But these pagans must have agreed on a code for action beforehand. We don't have one."

"Rules are dead, but people are alive. Just tell those lunatics secretly, and the staff who play the pagans and have infiltrated the shelter will be fine. They will understand that this is our general offensive, and it has come to the point of a life-and-death struggle. Will they care about the secret code?"

Nora digested what Wyatt said and put together a complete plan in her mind.

I have to admit that this plan is indeed feasible.
