However, because I was working at the time, I was just writing for fun. Basically, I only wrote about 100,000 words and then stopped.

So strictly speaking, Qingyan is still a new author with little writing experience.

The topic seems to have gone off track...

In short, because she was unemployed and couldn't find a job, Qingyan decided to write a book seriously this time to see if she could support herself by writing.

In the first chapter of this book, the protagonist's initial situation is the same as Qingyan's, both of them are fired and unemployed.

During the subsequent writing process, Qingyan was learning writing skills while writing.

So you will find that some of the plots are written a bit abruptly, that's because I haven't yet mastered those techniques and routines.

For example, in the Popular Pill Contest, I originally wanted to write some plots where the villain taunted the protagonist, and the protagonist pretended to be cool but got slapped in the face.

But due to my poor writing skills, I didn't write it well.

After writing it, I felt embarrassed when I read it, so I just finished it hastily.

Also, the part where he was attacked after obtaining the first-grade elixir recipe was a bit abrupt.

After I finished writing it, I felt it was a bit cliché, so I temporarily introduced the character of Nie Yixiong and tried every way to make the plot less clichéd.

Although I am still not satisfied with what I wrote, I know that with my current level, I can only write to this extent.

Later on, I realized that for a new author, it is more important to write a good story first than to use writing techniques and routines.

So later I threw away all the writing skills and routines and focused on writing a good and interesting storyline. So far, the writing is still relatively average, which can be reflected in the performance of this book.

However, I personally feel that there is still a little progress.

In addition, some fellow Taoists mentioned the problem of the water used in the writing.

It's really not what Qingyan wanted to write. It's true that her writing ability is limited, and she doesn't have a good grasp of the rhythm of the story, which makes the plot seem a bit watery.
