Animals, vegetation, weather, and all kinds of natural things grow, become stronger, turn to decline, then sink or hide, and after gathering, grow again. This cycle, the five qi are transformed by various things, endlessly.

The wise Confucian suddenly realized that this vision clearly contained the mysteries of the five elements and 64 hexagrams, compared with the righteous way of the five emperors and the hexagrams of the Book of Changes, he immediately gained something.
