When this type of baseband is used overseas, it is actually a full-network communication baseband, because CDMA2000 and WCDMA are mainly used overseas.
For example, the three major operators in North America are: one WCDMA and two CDMA2000.
As for the domestic situation, it is more special because there is an additional mobile TD-SCDMA and the extended TD-LTE. These things are unique to the domestic market, so the domestic full network access must add these two network standards.
Unfortunately, Zhiyun also has a corresponding project for the domestic version of the all-network communication baseband that integrates the three major 3G network standards and two 4G network standards, and the design has entered the late stage. This is the B4 communication baseband.
It’s just that due to the limitations of the domestic 4G situation, the B4 communication baseband cannot be used for the time being... Not only the B4 cannot be used in the country, even the dual-network a4 cannot be used - there is no 4G network in the country, no matter what kind of 4G network it is, if you insist on using this communication baseband, you will not be able to get a network access license.
For next year's domestic version of the mobile phone, Zhiyun plans to use the B3 communication baseband, which integrates the three 2000G network standards of WCDMA/CDMA3/TD-SCDMA, and is also compatible with the communication baseband of 2G network.

FDD-LTE's advantage is not that great, but it also belongs to the first echelon. After all, Zhiyun Technology is directly involved in the research and development and testing of the FDD-LTE experimental network in Japan, and also provides FDD-LTE communication baseband for various experiments.
Anyway, Zhiyun has both types of 4G communication basebands, and they are both pretty good.
Zhiyun Technology has made sufficient preparations. No matter what happens in the country, Zhiyun Technology can respond directly and then quickly launch corresponding products.
If it could be released earlier, Zhiyun Technology would have some advantages in technological leadership...but this advantage is only average.

It relies on powerful hardware performance and ultimate user experience to maintain its high-end status... Even using 3G communication does not affect Zhiyun's high-end attributes.
Anyway, the signal of Zhiyun's S series mobile phones has always been not very good.
