Chapter 528 Loki and the Others

Chapter 528 Loki and the Others

Time goes back to a while ago.

At that time, Loki had just arrived at the Time Bureau and witnessed everything that had happened on the original Sacred Timeline.

The pitiful and tragic fate of Loki was actually maliciously arranged from the very beginning.

It's as if some people just want to see him fail, to see him lose again and again, to see him wallow in pain and struggle, and to find pleasure in that.

He was not reconciled.

Even though his own fate has already changed, countless Lokis in countless universes are experiencing the same tragedy.

Every single moment, he was breaking with Thor over the throne. He would kill his beloved mother and be smug about it. He would banish and indulge his father until his death.

He always ends up on a path that contradicts his beloved brother, just as two people in love are forever tormented.

He will always be jealous and always think he is clever, until he hurts the few people who love him, then he will feel heartbroken and regretful, lamenting his own mistakes, only to repeat them again.

He seems to never know what it means to learn from mistakes; thousands of years of wisdom are no match for a child's.

But now he knows.

All of this shouldn't have been inevitable. He wasn't born a bad seed; he was manipulated and tormented by fate.

He must change all of this, not only to protect his current life, but also for all Loki.

For you, for all of us!

Perhaps this is his true calling. As the happiest Loki in all the universes, he needs to guide the other Loki.

First, let's start by taking control of the Time Management Bureau!
And that's how he ended up in his current state...

Just like Loki in the series, he was assigned to capture the time criminal, who was actually himself—Loki from another universe.

Having made up his mind to change the lives of all Lokis, he naturally couldn't actually go and arrest another Loki.

Thus, although they were different individuals, he and Loki, who was originally supposed to be captured, chose the same path.

The difference is that female Loki—or rather, Sivir—was captured during her first attempt to attack the Time Bureau.

She was really unlucky; she had just caused trouble when she ran into Abedo, who was loitering around the Time Management Bureau. Abedo easily dealt with her and then imprisoned her.

Loki did it for her, but the Time Bureau couldn't use his magic, and he was discovered before he could even begin, and was directly cut back into nothingness.

So this scene happened.

The old Loki looked like a damp, disgusting old man, his bowed legs trembling, making one wonder if he had to wear diapers to avoid soiling his pants.

After all, even Biden looks more athletic than him.

"It seems our new friend knows I'll guide him to success," old Loki said with a smile. "But you'll be disappointed; we can't leave here."

When he said "we," more Lokis came out.

Standing in the middle is the young Loki, with the old Loki to his left and a bald black man holding a golden hammer to his right.

This gave Loki a slightly uneasy feeling.

"Don't tell me you're all Loki."

“Obviously.” Little Loki turned around, revealing a crown with short horns behind his ears.

"So he is too?!"

Loki pointed at the black man: "It's that guy, fucking!" Then he angrily slapped his chest and said forcefully, "I'm at most a frost giant, and if I'm talking about skin color, it's blue. What does this black guy mean by this!"

"Don't be racist, buddy."

The black Loki patted his chest and lifted up a crocodile that also wore antlers: "At least I still look human. This one, Crocodile Loki, is the heavyweight."

Loki hadn't even noticed that there was another one at their feet.

“I just drank too much soy sauce and accidentally got stained. It’s definitely not that Laufey’s wife cheated on me with a dark elf.” Old Loki interjected, “If that were the case, then it would explain why you were born weak and why Laufey abandoned you.”

"Alright, enough talk. Take him back now," Loki commanded.

"Yes, Your Majesty."

The elderly Loki bowed slightly, gestured for them to proceed, and led several other Loki toward a small hill.

"Ask any questions or doubts you may have on the way."

The scene was somewhat comical.

Loki never expected that an old man, a black man, and a crocodile would obey a little kid so readily.

Why do they call you king?

Loki's first question was about this.

Old Loki looked at him with surprise: "I thought you were going to ask where this place is and how to get out?"

"I know how to leave."

Loki had climbed a hill, and looking into the distance, he saw the monster in the clouds.

"Elios, take it down and we can leave."

"You know quite a lot, but unfortunately, no one can kill it." Old Loki had absolutely no confidence in the Lokis' fighting abilities.

"That's just how we Loki are. We can only play some useless little tricks, nothing special. Heh, but they can't kill us either, because Lokis are good at surviving in places like this."

Loki remained noncommittal, instead saying, "So, now can you tell me why you call this brat king?"

Young Loki stopped and turned around, saying with an arrogant but seemingly unhappy expression, "Because I killed Thor."

"Wow~"

Loki was startled and immediately looked at him with new respect.

He initially looked down on a kid being the leader, but now that he knows the other's achievements, he feels that the title of "king" belongs to him.

He solo-killed Thor; his record is verifiable.

“You are indeed extraordinary. I’m rather curious about what it will feel like to kill Thor,” Loki said with a complicated expression.

Little Loki never showed any sadness, but he guessed that the other person was probably not feeling so well, so he changed the subject.

"So, what do you want from me?"

"Help each other."

“We are all Loki, and no one can survive alone in this vast junkyard of exile,” said old Loki.

"That's it?"

They crossed several hills before finding a cellar, Loki's base, which was fully equipped, like a post-apocalyptic refuge.

"You're just going to play the role of a childish king here?" Loki retorted. "I thought you had some grand ambitions."

"It's been worn smooth for a long time."

Black Loki comfortably found a chair and sat down, boasting, "I defeated Captain America and obtained six Infinity Stones, but so what?"

"Still a loser."

Loki chimed in, saying, "I've been away from Asgard for thousands of years, wandering from place to place."

"Loki was born to be the god of exile; this is our destiny."
