The general meaning is that in April of the twelfth year of the Tianbao period of the Tang Dynasty (753 AD), a dragon appeared. After reaching Dongting Lake, the dragon went up along the Zishui River. As a result, it was struck by lightning and fell in Shaozhou (now SY City). The local people were panicked and called the place where the dragon fell "Longtou Ridge".

This is not the most outrageous thing. The most outrageous thing is that in January 23 of the previous year, in Shaoyang, Xiangzhou, a construction team hired by a village committee accidentally dug out a five or six meter long stone that looked like a "dragon claw" during road construction.
