Chapter 553: Brahma Sect’s Fate
It is now October 6th, Year 13 of the Spiritual Calendar.

It has been fourteen years since little Zhuoma left the Western Desert and entered Baiyun. During these fourteen years, a group of old monks in Mount Wutai have never given up on welcoming back their true sect.

When little Zhuoma was still young, she felt troubled. Every time she wrote a letter to refuse, she had to spend a long time and be very tactful. Later, she was really tired of writing letters, so she just pretended that she didn't know anything. Those letters sent to Baiyun Mountain were always piled up into ashes.

After more than 20 years of spiritual energy recovery, the Taoist sect has been developing rapidly, and top masters have emerged one after another. On the other hand, the Brahma sect has only two or three big cats and small cats. Gao Miaohai, the only one who can be regarded as a representative, ran away halfway.
There is a conspiracy theory that this is because Baiyun Mountain converted their contemporary Zhenzong, causing the Taoist sect to devour the fortune of the Brahma sect, and the Brahma sect has never recovered in this era of spiritual inspiration.

But that's just folk saying.

Mount Wutai has really adopted an attitude of non-interference with the world. The only outstanding thing in the past decade or so is the Wutai Buddhist Temple on the mountain, which has cultivated many innate masters.

It's not that they don't want to fight. They were indeed in the wrong regarding the matter of little Zhuoma. As the reincarnation of the True Emperor, he was blocked by his own people and killed at the resurrection point for eight generations. Now in the ninth generation, if Li Yang had not come to the rescue, little Zhuoma would have been buried in the cold snow-capped mountains of the Western Desert.

Little Zhuoma has learned a lot about these things in recent years. She is no longer the child she used to be. She glanced at her master and saw Li Yang nod slightly. She leaned forward and performed a Taoist bow.

When several old monks saw that Zhenzong used Taoist etiquette to return the greeting, they didn't care and immediately led the way with tears in their eyes.

The simultaneous visit of the Taoist Master and the True Sect of my religion was an unprecedented event for Mount Wutai.

It was unknown how the old monk notified the people on the mountain, but when Li Yang and little Zhuoma arrived at the gate of Xiantong Temple on the mountain, Losandini had already lined up with a group of old monks and lamas to greet them.

The reason why it is said that the Buddhist sect is in decline in this world is that even now there has not been a single master of the Way of the Tao appearing in Mount Wutai.

Li Yang had heard that the leader Losandini had indeed made a breakthrough in seclusion a few years ago, but because he was too old and his blood was weak, he ultimately failed.

Like Mount Wutai and Mount Baiyun, most of the masters on the mountain have basically only gone to support the front line in Qiongzhou, so now there is only one innate master, Losandini, on Mount Wutai.

"Zen Master."

"Master!"

Li Yang, Xiao Zhuoma and Losandini are all old acquaintances, and they performed a "Tai Chi Grip"

When Losandani saw Liyang and Xiao Zhuoma, he first clasped his hands together and bowed respectfully to Liyang: "Greetings, Zhugu."

Then Losandani's eyes stayed on little Zhuoma, with a loving look in his eyes: "Good, good, good, it feels like a lifetime since we parted in the Western Desert, and Zhenzong has grown up."

"Zhen Zong has entered the Dao sect in this life, and has cultivated Daoist techniques with a Brahma body. By cultivating both Brahma and Dao, his future achievements will not be inferior to those of his predecessors."

Compared to when they parted in the Western Desert, Losandini looked older, with a head full of white hair and skin like the bark of a centuries-old pine tree.

Li Yang could see that the failed breakthroughs in previous years had left many hidden dangers to the old lama's health.

Compared with other people in the Buddhist community, Losandini was extremely open-minded. He made no secret of little Dolma's joining the Baiyun Mountain and praised it as a great achievement.

Seeing Losandini's goodwill, little Zhuoma finally breathed a sigh of relief.

"It's hard to say what you can achieve, just learn as you can."

"Yes."

Losandani bowed respectfully again, then looked at Li Yang: "Zhu Gu, the things are ready. What you need is ready at the Wanfo Pavilion on the mountain."

Li Yang nodded: "Okay, please lead the way, Master."

Losandani nodded, then looked at Xiao Zhuoma: "Since Zhenzong has arrived, Wanfo Pavilion also has things prepared for Zhenzong. Some people there have been waiting for Zhenzong for several years."

"Ah, me? Me?" Little Zhuoma was surprised and waved her hands quickly, saying, "No, no, I am here with my master. You just need to take my master over."

"Zhenzong does not need to worry. Master Gao Miao is also in the pavilion, and he is accompanied by Zhu Gu. No accidents will happen."

Little Zhuoma had no choice but to look to Li Yang for help.

"Go ahead, let's go take a look together. Don't worry, with the master here, no one will force you to do anything you don't want to do."

Li Yang touched little Zhuoma's head to express his relief.

"Okay." Losandani saluted with a smile.

Later, under the leadership of Losandani and other old monks, the group set off towards the Ten Thousand Buddha Pavilion in a mighty manner.

Passing by Wutai Fanyuan along the way, the Fanyuan was still operating normally, but the disciples of the Fanyuan were quite calm. Those who recognized Li Yang and the dean just stopped to salute and did not swarm around to watch.

There are not dense trees on Mount Wutai, but there are many ancient Buddhist temples. Green temples and yellow temples are scattered here and there. It looks solemn and ancient, and the mountains are magnificent, creating a unique scenery.

After leaving Xiantong Temple, passing Pusa Ding, Nanshan Temple and Dailuoding, it was common to see lamas in red robes and bald monks chatting happily, which made Li Yang marvel.

"The Zen master's achievements are probably unmatched in the past thousand years of Buddhist teachings. He has integrated Chinese Buddhism, Tibetan Buddhism and Buddhist teachings so naturally."

Losandani smiled slightly: "This is an extraordinary time. Spiritual inspiration is emerging and foreign demons are rampant. If the Brahma sect still clings to its divisions, I'm afraid it will never have a chance to rise again."

"Zhu Gu, Zhen Zong, we have arrived at the Ten Thousand Buddha Pavilion."

The Wanfo Pavilion is called a pavilion, but it is actually a complex of buildings with halls and towers. The main deity enshrined there is the Guangji Dragon King, who is an incarnation of Manjushri Bodhisattva in legend.

In modern society, all kinds of gods, demons and monsters have appeared. Even Zhang Daoling ran back from the Jizhen Realm to recuperate in seclusion in Longhu Mountain, so Li Yang was skeptical about these Bodhisattvas, Buddhas and so on.

After walking past the incense-burning area and passing the incense burner in the courtyard, everyone stopped outside a hall with its doors closed.

"Everything Zhugu needs is in the palace."

"it is good."

Li Yang nodded, then pushed open the door of the hall.

Seeing this, Xiao Zhuoma also wanted to follow in, but Losandani held her back.

"Zhenzong, the time has not come yet. Please wait a moment."

"What? You let me in, but you won't let me in."

Little Dolma pouted as two old lamas respectfully invited her to the monastery for tea.

When Li Yang stepped into the hall, the first thing he saw was the three-meter-tall statue of Manjushri Bodhisattva. Manjushri Bodhisattva was riding a green-haired Suanni, looking at the world with lowered eyebrows.

The hall is divided into two floors. Li Yang followed the sensation and went up step by step.

The walls of the main hall are made of wooden squares, which are filled with three-inch-tall small clay and gilded Buddha statues. Looking at the densely packed statues, it feels like entering a Buddhist kingdom, which is why the Wanfo Pavilion got its name.

Entering the second floor, you will find that the space is extremely large. In the center of the floor hangs a huge bronze bell, surrounded by sculptures of the "Ten Courts of Hell and Ksitigarbha Bodhisattvas". The three walls are also made of wooden squares, and small gold-plated Buddha statues are placed in the squares.

And below the bronze bell, there were two people sitting quietly, both of whom Li Yang knew.

When Gao Miao saw Li Yang coming in, his expression changed. He bowed and stood up to leave.

The other was a young lama in white clothes, with a faint glow on his body. When he saw Li Yang, he stood up and saluted.

"My Lord, we meet again."

"Mijue Dorje?" The lama's name finally emerged in Li Yang's mind, and he was a little surprised.

"You actually came out of the snowy mountains?"

The white-robed lama clasped his hands together and smiled faintly: "I don't exist in the present, nor in the future, so it's fine."

"In other words, it was you who told Baiyunshan that you could solve my physical body problem?"

Li Yang took the lead and found a cushion, sitting cross-legged opposite Mijue Dorje.
