Chapter 601 Werewolf Problem and Time Travelers

Hearing his daughter's kind words, Peter touched her face in a good mood.

Then he looked towards Loki.

Loki, with a calm expression, raised his head and smiled at Peter.

Peter originally wanted to ask him about Quidditch, but seeing his expression he lost interest.

Peter saw clearly that the boy was teasing Harry in the sky.

Although he said he had no interest in Quidditch, his body was honest.

Peter shook his head slightly and looked away from Loki.

Forget it. Even if I ask him, this guy will definitely give me all kinds of excuses.

It seems that this kid is very sinister. I have to be careful not to be betrayed by him in the future.

The next day, early in the morning.

Hogwarts.

Mark stopped at the door in front of the Defense Against Dark Arts classroom, took a deep breath, opened the door and rushed in.

"I'm sorry I'm late, Professor Lupin, I -"

Mark looked up, but the person he saw was not Professor Lupin, but Professor Snape.

"This class started five minutes ago, Padraic, because of your unexcused tardiness, Gryffindor will deduct ten points. Now, come in and sit down."

Listening to Snape's words, Mark still stood there in a daze.

Seeing Mark standing still, Professor Snape's eyes flashed with unkindness.

"It looks like you really want Gryffindor to deduct another five points from itself, Padraic. If you don't come in and sit down, then Gryffindor will deduct fifty points from each person."

Mark only reacted when he heard Snape say that he would deduct 50 points.

He quickly walked over to sit down next to Ginny.

Professor Snape looked at the class and said, "I know what happened yesterday. Dementors attacked the stadium, and a powerful wizard drove away the Dementors. I think someone must have become proud and complacent because of his father's behavior, and even ignored other people."

When he said this, he glanced at Mark, then turned his gaze to the book.

"Before Padraic interrupted, I was just saying that Professor Lupin didn't teach you anything..."

"No sir, we have learned about Boggarts and Red Caps, not nothing."

Ginny raised her hand to him and said, "And we are preparing to learn"

"Ms. Weasley."

Professor Snape looked at her coldly and said, "You should have some manners. Maybe you have learned something, but I believe that the courses that Professor Lupin told you were definitely not organized."

"No, I don't think so, Mr. Snape, Professor Lupin is the best teacher in Defense Against the Dark Arts."

Mark hesitated for a moment, then stood up bravely and spoke to him.

As soon as Mark finished speaking, there were waves of echoing voices in the class.

Seeing Mark stand up to refute him, Professor Snape's expression became even more ferocious.

"You are too easily satisfied. I believe that Lupin has not taught you anything. Your shallow cognition does not know what you need. Today, we will discuss -"

Mark watched as Snape turned to the last chapter of the textbook.

He guessed that the other party did this to ensure that his students had not yet learned this.

"——Werewolf."

Professor Snape said with a gloomy expression.

"But, teacher."

Mark sat down and raised his hand again, "I don't think we should learn to be werewolves. We should start."

"Mr. Padraic!"

Professor Snape's voice was calm but full of dissatisfaction and annoyance. "You should understand that I am here to teach you, not to discuss with you. Now, I ask you to turn to page 394."

Then he turned to all the students, "You too, all open your books."

The students grumbled and flipped open their books in dissatisfaction.

"Can anyone of you tell me how to tell the difference between a werewolf and a real wolf?"

Snape asked, looking around at everyone.

All the students sat there with blank expressions.

Ginny thought for a moment, raising her hands straight up in the air.

"Doesn't anyone know?"

Although he didn't like Gryffindor, he didn't like Mark being close to Harry.

But due to Peter's power, Snape would give him some face and would not say anything too harsh to Mark.

But he had no such concerns about others.

Snape simply ignored Ginny and continued to ask everyone.

Then his sinister smile reappeared on his face, "It seems that your Professor Lupin has not taught you the basic knowledge to distinguish..."

"Professor Snape." Thomas, who had said before that he was afraid of the banshee, stood up and said to Snape: "We haven't learned about werewolves yet, we are still learning--"

"shut up!"

Snape looked at him angrily. "You know how rude it is to interrupt others. Besides, I've never seen a second-year student who couldn't even recognize a werewolf. It seems I have to report to Professor Dumbledore. The second-year Gryffindors are really lagging behind..."

"Teacher, I know."

Ginny really wanted to show off her knowledge in front of Mark, so she kept raising her hand to answer questions.

"That's the second time you've interrupted, Miss Weasley."

Snape said to Ginny unceremoniously: "Five more points from Gryffindor."

Hearing Snape's words, Ginny blushed and put down her hand.

She looked at the floor with tear-filled eyes.

Seeing Ginny's sad expression, Mark whispered to comfort her: "Don't worry, no one will blame you."

"Like the famous 'Dragon Pox' (Harry's grandparents died of this disease), werewolves are a magical disease, more precisely, an infectious disease called 'Lycosis', which spreads among people through contact with saliva and blood."

After suppressing Ginny, Snape said slowly: "Werewolves will uncontrollably transform into wolves on a full moon night, but they are very different from ordinary wolves, for example, they can walk upright."

"After transforming, they will completely forget their identities and attack the people around them. They will even find the right opportunity to kill their best friends. So, don't have any sympathy for them, because they will kill you without mercy!"

Everyone in the classroom was quietly taking notes about werewolves.

Snape paced back and forth between the tables and continued to say to everyone: "I need you to copy down all the content about werewolves and then go back to study it."

After giving a few brief lectures, he took out the homework that Lupin had previously assigned to his students.

"The explanation is too poor... Professor Lupin seems to be unaware of some knowledge. Kabu lions are more common in Mongolia... Professor Lupin is very satisfied with this result and gave it an eight. If it were me, I would give you no more than three points."

After Snape's venomous criticism, the bell finally rang.

He stood on the podium and said to the students below:

"Next, I need you to go back and write a paper and hand it in to me. The content of the paper is about werewolves and how to hunt werewolves. The paper must be as long as two sheets of parchment and must be handed in to me before Monday. You should hurry up, otherwise you may not be able to finish it. Weasley, Thomas, the two of you stay. I will arrange for you to stay after class."

Hearing that Snape was going to keep her in detention, Ginny looked at Mark with frustration.

Mark could only give Ginny a helpless look.

He wanted to help Ginny, but there was nothing he could do in this situation.

After finishing Snape's class, Mark went to visit Harry who was still receiving treatment.

Mark, who was in the infirmary with Harry, Ron and Hermione, looked up at the sky above his head and suddenly thought of the werewolf that Snape mentioned.

"Are there werewolves in Hogwarts School?"

Mark asked Hermione and Mark curiously.

"I don't know, but I feel that Professor Snape would not suddenly talk about werewolves for no reason. Perhaps he wants to hint at something to us."

Hermione offered her own idea, "Perhaps I could go ask Mr. Padraic."

She said to Mark, "Professor Snape gave us the same assignment."

After some discussion, Harry, Ron and Hermione decided to seek Peter's help for the paper.

After school in the afternoon.

Harry, Ron and Hermione followed Mark onto the school bus back home.

Although Raven, Loki and Tom were a little surprised that the three would follow them back to the farm, they did not stop them.

"Is your injury healed?"

Loki asked Harry as he got into the car.

"Actually, I didn't suffer any physical injuries. The main purpose of Dementors is to absorb human souls and cause damage to them."

Harry said to him sincerely: "Thank you, Loki. I heard that you asked for a rematch after the game."

Loki shrugged and said to him, "You're welcome. I just want to create a fair playing field."

Although Raven, Tom, and even Mark didn't believe Loki's words, Harry was obviously fooled.

He really thought that Loki was a kind and upright "good man".

"It's like the Knight Bus, but more magical."

Hermione rode Peter's school bus for the first time and couldn't help but compare it to the Knight Bus.

The so-called Knight Bus was a three-story, bright purple bus that cost eleven silver Sickles.

On its windshield, the words "Knight Bus" were written in large gold letters.

The Knight Bus provides a service for wizards who need to travel urgently. All they have to do is extend their wand-holding hand. If they want to travel within the UK, they can also reserve a seat on the Knight Bus.

The Knight Bus had a jolt as it moved, rumbling along at breakneck speed and always trying to ram the sidewalk, but it usually hit nothing, and rows of lampposts, mailboxes, and trash cans jumped out of the way as the bus approached and returned to their original positions when it passed.

Several people took the school bus back to Smallville. When they were about to arrive at the farm, an accident happened unexpectedly!

"Oh!"

Following the sound of air exploding, a scream suddenly came from the sky.

A woman's figure rushed directly towards the school bus.
