Mark jumped up instinctively, and a blue beam of light brushed across the sole of his boot, burning a big hole in the billboard behind him.

Then Mark flew forward quickly, but the next second a green portal opened in front of him.

Mark passed through the portal and rolled onto the stairs in the room.

Mark dodged instinctively, and the chainsaw sword grazed his body, tearing a hideous crack in the metal wall behind him.

Before Mark could finish his words, a plasma cannon hit the spot where he had just stood.

The shock wave of the explosion blew him away and shattered the glass curtain wall behind him.

Gerstrand Levy, who had no idea that Mark had entered the world of Warhammer, stared at Debbie holding the baby boy.
