Chapter 253 Fengyun Book 1, Foundation of Enlightenment

Chapter 253: The First Book of Fengyun, the Foundation of Enlightenment
Wow
As the cover of the Heavenly Crying Sutra was opened, a chilly wind blew in from somewhere, bringing a chill and cold feeling.

The wind was extremely strange. It rose from the ground, swirled around the thatched cottage, and made the surrounding grass and trees sway back and forth. Faintly, Wu Gong heard indistinct and sharp howling sounds inside.

At the same time, he could also keenly feel that the moment the Heavenly Ku Sutra was opened, countless dense and unobservable thin lines were connected to the book.

It is something illusory, but it can be clearly reflected in our hearts.

"Heaven's secret!" Wu Gong understood and became more interested.

His eyes dropped to the book, and all he saw were miscellaneous notes that looked indistinguishable at first glance.

However, if you concentrate, you will find that between those characters, every stroke, every horizontal line, every vertical line, is emitting a faint glow.

These strokes, which come from different fonts, fly out quickly and reorganize as the eyes pass by, turning into strange and profound characters.

、齾、爩、龗、纺
One after another, seemingly ambiguous characters appeared from the Tianku Sutra. I could clearly recognize every stroke, but when they were stacked and combined together, they became something unrecognizable.

What’s even more terrifying is that every time a strange word appears, it is as if it is connected to an extremely extensive database, and a huge amount of information pours in.

!

Just by seeing this font, Wu Gong naturally understood what it meant: disaster.

Ever since the first ray of light appeared at the beginning of the world, there has been a sun hanging high in the sky, overlooking the countless disasters in the world.

Natural disasters, man-made disasters, solar eclipses, falling stars, earthquakes, wind disasters, thunderstorms, locust plagues, floods, killing, murder, abortion, war, serious illness, and wrongful death.
Countless pieces of information related to the disaster were like a flood that had been opened. Regardless of whether one could understand or accept it, it all poured into one's mind.

Feeling the dense information about disasters, Wu Gong seemed to see all the disasters that all living things in the Fengyun world had experienced from ancient times to the present.

"Haha, this is the Heavenly Crying Sutra?"

Wu Gong's eyes widened, and the smile on his lips gradually grew bigger, even to the point of overjoyed.

"Good! Great! This sutra really has infinite magic power. It can fill those who see it with infinite wisdom and let them know all the secrets of the world, whether in the past or the future."

Relying on his strong physique and soul, Wu Gong received all the information about the disaster.

Yin and Yang are disordered, violent energy arises, and even the three elements are out of balance, and all Qi is turbulent, which then leads to disasters.

After realizing the true nature of the catastrophe, Wu Gong began to have flashes of inspiration.

Those Taoist magical powers that were once learned have become more understood under the stimulation of knowledge of the catastrophe, and their power will inevitably become several times stronger when used in the future.

However, this is only the first word.

"Enlightenment Tea, I must have Enlightenment Tea! This is a treasure, and there must not be a single word missing from this Heavenly Crying Scripture!"

Wu Gong was overjoyed and quickly brewed a pot of Wudao tea to help digest the vast amount of knowledge. He even summoned the ancient Wudao tea tree for blessing.

Inside the thatched cottage, the Kunlun Mirror was hanging high, opening up and expanding the space. An old tree as vigorous as a dragon appeared, drooping down thousands of divine rays, with the aura of Tao filling the air and spiritual light reaching the sky.

Wu Gong was filled with excitement and looked at the second word.

yà!

Naturally, Wu Gong once again understood what it represented: missing.

The stone is like a moth, and its movement is like a cart. The stone is like a tung stone, and its fragrance is like the dry flower of a medicinal plant.

Within the Zhoutian, the nine heavens and the nine earths all have imperfections, which is called the incomplete heavens and the incomplete earths. All living things are imperfect.

Generation, restraint, and transformation, as well as the opposition of yin and yang, are the ultimate principles of heaven and earth.

If it is perfect, it means transcendence, immortality, flawlessness, and an immortal who seizes the creation of heaven and earth and penetrates the mysteries of the sun and the moon.

It is not in the Zhoutian cycle, not in the five elements, and it transcends yin and yang.

Wu Gong's eyes widened, his face full of shock.

This Heavenly Crying Scripture is more mysterious than any other Taoist book Wu Gong has ever read.

This book does not record any Taoist magic powers, it only explains the ultimate principles of heaven and earth and the origin of all things.

Although these things can only exist in the Fengyun world and do not involve the mysteries of high-level Taoism.

But you have to know that the sky is high and the myriad worlds, at least within a certain immeasurable range, all belong to the same great chaotic domain. The most basic principles of the Tao must be the same.

As long as Wu Gong finishes reading this Heavenly Crying Sutra, it will be equivalent to possessing the foundation of all worlds. This is the cornerstone of enlightenment. If he tries to understand and study it by himself, he doesn't know how much energy and effort he will have to spend.

However, now I have gained this knowledge just by reading a book, which is truly a blessing from heaven.

This day's crying sutra, in the words before the time travel, is a portal connecting to the roots.

Those strange and mysterious words are the source codes that explain the operation of the universe. No wonder this book is said to possess supreme magic power, and reading it can help one understand the secrets of the universe.

Inside the thatched cottage, Wu Gong was absorbed in digesting the knowledge conveyed by the Heavenly Ku Sutra.

With the blessing of the Enlightenment Tea, he was like a sponge that could never absorb enough water and accepted everything that came his way.

Every time a word comes up, it is immediately understood thoroughly.

The vast secrets of heaven and earth, like crystal clear diamonds, are deposited deep in the mind and form a flawless foundation of the Tao.

The clay Buddha standing by was so shocked by the rustling sound of pages turning.

Having once read the Heaven's Crying Sutra, he avoided this book like the plague.

This is a supreme heavenly book with infinite magic power, which explains the origin and operation of heaven and earth.

Although he had lost his physical eyes, in his mind's vision and divination mind, he could see a vast amount of knowledge like the Milky Way falling from the sky, continuously pouring into the Immortal's body.

The Immortal Venerable is like an unfathomable abyss, very much like the Guixu recorded in ancient books, swallowing up all waves of knowledge.

"This, this. This." His lips were trembling and he couldn't speak clearly.

Back then, when he had the chance to see the Heavenly Crying Sutra, it was not like this.

Those ancient and obscure texts, once read, can continuously infuse a vast amount of knowledge, causing people to have splitting headaches and making life worse than death.

Moreover, the knowledge of heaven and earth cannot be remembered just by flowing into one's mind. It requires a process of understanding and digestion.

It is like there are thousands of teachers explaining knowledge to students in an instant, but probably only one in ten can remember and understand it.

That was the case with the clay Buddha back then.

He read the Heaven's Crying Sutra, and a huge wave of knowledge flowed through his heart. He understood only a tiny bit of it, and then he fainted. When he woke up, the Heaven's Crying Sutra had disappeared.

The knowledge originally left behind was not enough to support him in predicting everything, but the passing of geese leaves traces, and the passing of wind leaves sounds.

The wave of knowledge will inevitably leave traces.

This is the mystery of the operation of heaven and earth, and what is left behind is the trace of the way of heaven, or the secret of heaven.

By following the clues and getting a glimpse into the past and present, he has since possessed the extraordinary divination ability to see through the secrets of heaven.

However, compared with Wu Gong, his achievements are nothing compared to his.

Wu Gong absorbed all the knowledge without losing any of it, which was beyond the imagination of the clay Buddha.

He listened to the rustling sound of pages turning, standing there blankly, like a sculpture.

Just as Wu Gong was about to finish reading the Heavenly Crying Sutra, rumbles of thunder suddenly sounded between heaven and earth.

bang
Along with the rumble of thunder, the sky began to darken. No dark clouds appeared, but instead it seemed as if it was covered with a layer of gloom.

A gloomy wind blew from the sky, mixed with lines of crimson raindrops, which fell down with a loud bang.

The raindrops seemed a little unreal. They disappeared in an instant after falling on the earth, without wetting any dust or nourishing any living things.

But in the blood-like raindrops and when the cold wind blew past, everyone in this world heard a shrill sound of ghosts crying and howling.

The sky weeps blood, and ghosts cry at night.

Reveal all the secrets of heaven and fill with endless hatred and jealousy.

This is the true origin of "The Heavenly Crying Sutra".
