Iron Snow Clouds

Chapter 36 Disappointment

"What do you mean? I just drank the soup you gave me. You are my good brother. Didn't I do the same to you no matter what you gave me before? Am I going to change my mind after drinking this bowl of soup? Oh - Brother Zhaolin, are you teasing me? Humph, you are so bad!" Yun Keyu smiled mischievously and mysteriously.

Zhao Lin was a little depressed and said, "I...I'm going back..."

"Are you leaving so soon? By the way, when will Brother Mo Ying come to play with me?" Yun Keyu asked with a smile.

Zhao Lin was a little unhappy when he heard Yun Keyu ask about Yan Moying many times, but he couldn't tell why. He already knew about the relationship between Yan Moying and Yin Ruchen, but he still felt a little uncomfortable when Yun Keyu asked him this, but he couldn't show it, so he said, "He will come with me in a while, and we have a new friend." Then he went out.

On the way Zhao Lin was returning to his Hualuan Palace, he happened to meet the wizard Chen who was walking hurriedly. As soon as Wizard Chen saw Zhao Lin walking towards him, he immediately turned around.

"Stop! Why are you running when you see me?" Zhao Lin shouted angrily.

"Greetings to His Royal Highness the Crown Prince!" When Wizard Chen saw that he couldn't escape, he immediately put on a smile and pretended nothing had happened.

"Wizard Chen, don't you have anything to explain to me?"

“Oh…” Wizard Chen groaned for a moment, “I don’t understand what Your Highness the Crown Prince means…” Wizard Chen’s heart was in turmoil, but he still had a smile on his face.

"Di Hu Hua... You are such a Di Hu Hua, you dare to lie to me?! Tell me, what is your purpose in lying to me?"

Wizard Chen said: "I dare not! I did not deceive His Royal Highness the Crown Prince!"

"Who said that using the ground lake flowers to make soup would be enough..." Zhao Lin did not finish his words because of the guards around him. He paused and said, "Come with me to see my father!"

"It's not the right time yet. The decoction made from the ground lake flower will take effect in three days!" Wizard Chen explained. "Three days? Why didn't you tell me earlier?" Zhao Lin was skeptical.

"Before Di Huhua came, I didn't explain clearly. Please forgive me, Your Highness!" Wizard Chen begged.

Zhao Lin thought: If it was true, why did he run away when he saw me just now? But it doesn't matter if I wait another three days. After three days, if it really doesn't work, it won't be too late to deal with him.

So Zhaolin temporarily let Wizard Chen go, and Wizard Chen left in a hurry.

On the way, Wizard Chen saw from afar that the guards were escorting a man in black. He didn't know where they were going. He thought that man looked very much like Luo Xu. Since the men in black had not contacted him, he had long felt that something was wrong, so he paid more attention to the man in black. After quietly following for a while, he was shocked to find that the man was Luo Xu! "How could Luo Xu be caught?" He wanted to continue following, but felt that he was already in danger. If he continued to follow and was discovered, he would be more likely to be suspected, so he did not continue to follow and planned to act late at night.

In the evening, Zhao Lin came to Yan Moying's residence and found him lying on the bed with wounds all over his back. A guard was applying medicine to him.

"Knowing His Royal Highness the Crown Prince!" said the guard.

"Greetings to His Royal Highness the Crown Prince!" Yan Moying wanted to stand up and salute, but was stopped by Zhao Lin.

"Mo Ying, what's wrong with you?" Zhao Lin asked.

"It's over. Your Highness the Crown Prince, please don't let Miss Yin know about this." Yan Moying said.
