Chapter 228 Rhodes' Incident
According to the Council's last request, matters concerning the Black Magic Cult and the Devil must be kept confidential.

At least Liz's parents have the right to know what happened to their daughter.

Mr. Joppa smoked two cigarettes in silence and put the third one in his mouth but did not light it.
